He highlights the distinction between plant-touching and non-plant-touching jobs, the importance of certifications, and how individuals can transition into cannabis careers. Together, Herb and Professor Mejia also address the future of cannabis jobs, the role of social equity, and the potential for cannabis hospitality and tourism in New York.
