Whew! Joe's four-week streak (16-4, 80%) was busted in Week 7 with a 2-3 performance. Picking Green Bay (over Washington) and New Orleans (to beat Seattle) was spot-on, but Philadelphia (Raiders), Kansas City (Titans), and Baltimore (Bengals) didn't exit the weekend with wins. Now at 63% on the year (22-13), Joe is ready to reveal his Week 8 picks--devoid of the usual "Plus-1" call because the Ravens have a bye.
