JRE Review of 1297 with Phil Demers

Phil worked at Marine Land and has been in multiple lawsuits with them for the past 6 years. He continues to fight against them and work with members of the government in Canada to help these marine mammals and bring exposure to their condition. He's a brave guy and I enjoyed his conversation with Joe a great deal.
