Chris is a lifelong athlete... After competing in multiple varsity sports in high school, he went on to compete in 6 different Olympic distance Triathlons, compete in powerlifting in raw, single-ply and multi-ply divisions, culminating in three different appearances in the XPC World Finals at the Arnold Sport Festival in Columbus, Ohio. Currently, Chris is the owner of Strength Incorporated - a gym specializing in the development of teenage athletes. In addition, Chris is the varsity throwing coach at Mount Baker High School (in Washington State) and an Equipment Sales Specialist at Elitefts. He also handles the Ad Sales for Dave Tate's Table Talk podcast.
