Whew!

Like I say “One day at a time, one step at a time” 

This happened and in a second, one I wasn’t looking for, things went south.

Lots of energy then collapse. Pretty par for the experience. Today in my life I don’t have to let this go.

I can stand up and be seen and heard. And even do it with out MW
