Episode 253: Out of Context - Philippians 4:13

Today we start a new worship series called, "Out of Context." For the next four weeks we will be looking at four verses people love to quote, put on their walls, or engrave on their jewerly or bodies. We will take each of those scriptures and put them back into the context they were written. Then we will ask the question, does this verse really mean what we think it means. Today we look at the most quoted scripture in Hobby Lobby and in locker rooms, Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
