The Children's Advocacy Centers of Illinois are getting a big budget boost from the State of Illinois, providing more resources for their work assisting children who are the victims of physical or sexual abuse or other trauma. WMAY's Jim Leach spoke with executive director Kim Mangiaracino about what the money will mean for CACs across the state, including the one here in Sangamon County.
