You're listening to KFI on demand and Jose, welcome to the Jesus Christ either good morning. My question is we have the Ladies of Perpetual Indulgence. Um, you mean the Sisters Indulgence. Correct, Yes, So they're interjecting their influence in sports now, it's been it's been happening in schools, in politics. So my question is why is it okay for them to influence their values on on us? What do you mean on us as just as a society.

You have the Archdiocese of Orange County that says they're anti Christian and anti Catholic by mocking the Catholic religion. You have the Archdiocese of Los Angeles accepting, accepting them for what they appear to be according to themselves, that they're

heroes. So I'm just a little confused on why it's okay for them to be, you know, interjecting their whatever message they're trying to are you are you asking me, Jose, that in a country like the United States founded upon liberty and the freedom of both speech and opinion and faith and all of these things, they're pushing their beliefs on you. But when you have beliefs you're not pushing them on them. They've been around seventy nine, long as

the Catholic Church been around. I'm not certain on that, but a lot longer than nineteen seventy nine. Okay, So do you think the Catholic Church has ever pushed their faith on others? I would agree yes they had. It was that wrong? Is it wrong for people to proselytize? Is it wrong for any faith based group to go out and tell people about their beliefs. No, But when it's grown men with beards marking uh, you know,

the Catholic Church or the religion, it's just a little confusing. So what do I tell my you know, like my twelve year old son, if I take into the game, like, you know, if you ask me why, you know, why is this guy dressed up which appears to be a nun and he's got a beard? Well, for one, I'm okay, well, let's look at this, because I think people get to the emotional place and they don't think about their place in the world. They're

only concerned about others. So, first of all, although there's nuns in many different denominations, not just the Roman Catholic, but Oriental, Orthodox, Eastern Orthodox, Lutheran, Anglican, other Christian domination. Even Buddhists have nuns, although they go by a different name. So it's not just the Catholic Church. But I would say that who do you think drew first blood?

You think the Catholic Church or Christianity as a whole drew first blood. In the the conversation of sexual orientation and the like, I'll cut to the chase, it was the church. You have people running around wrongly with signs that

say God hates and the pejorative F word for gays. And then you get a group of five O, one C three the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence starting in San Francisco Easter Sunday, nineteen seventy nine, and they, by their own words, devoted themselves to community service, ministry and outs reach to those on the edge. Some would say that's what this show does as well, even though some people are offended by it. Many are offended by it. But I would say I'm in line with that as well, try and outreach

to those on the edge. I like to think that promote human rights here, respect for diversity, and spiritual enlightenment. They say those same things I know you may not like it, but in the United States to have somebody, and I would bet that there's a good number of former Catholics in that group that felt abandoned, hurt, mocked, minimalized. And so if you're going to turn around and call them a hate group, you'd have to look

at the church and the belief systems that started that first. There's more to it than just these But I want people to think differently because it's very easy to say you're picking on me, But you know someone else who mocked the religious leaders merciful Leslie was me, Matthew twenty three. Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees are the official interpreters of the Law of Moses. So practice and obey whatever

they tell you, but don't follow their example. They don't practice what they teach. They crush people with unbearable religious demands and never lift a finger to ease the burden. Everything they do is for show on their arms. They wear extra wide prayer boxes with scriptural verses inside. They wear robes with extra long tassels, and they love to sit at the head of the table at

banquets and the seat of honor in the synagogues. They love to receive respectful greetings as they walk in the marketplace, and they love to be called rabbi. And it goes on and on and on. Those who exalt themselves will be humbled. Those who humble themselves will be exalted. What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law, you pharisees, hypocrites, for you shut the door the Kingdom of Heaven in people's faces. You won't go in yourselves, and

you don't let others enter either. How is that any different than a group of people that I said probably came from religious backgrounds or felt oppressed by them, turning to the church and saying the same thing. You leaders are hypocrites. You let pedophiles get away with things, You push things under the rug. You sit there in your fancy clothing and preach to everyone like you have your hand on the door to heaven and that you and you alone let people

in. How is that different than what I said to the religious leaders two thousand years ago. I understand your message, and I would agree with some some of it, and I appreciate you clarifying this topic for me, I would call them. If you have questions, I would call them and say,

well, what are you doing? What am I missing? But when Christianity has the Inquisition, when the christian when Christianity has the Crusades killing people if they didn't believe what they believed, I think maybe getting a grip on

some of those things before casting stones as people. Human beings who believe differently are dressing up to get your attention, to use their pain and their confusion the way they've been treated, to help others and to raise money so that others won't be left in those dark little corners that nobody wants to look at. And I think until that scene, until people understand each other and listen,

nobody's listening. Everybody's talking over each other and nobody's listening, And until that happens, it's going to be looked at at just mocking faith, and it's not. It's mocking religion. And I too mocked religion in scripture. So keep that in mind. Susan, Welcome to the Jesus Christ Show. Good morning, Thank you hire Hi. Okay, so as far as I got through, and let me see if I can formulate this question. So

my question is about the trinity. And I've always believed that there's brand one father, son, holy Spirit, that Jesus is the equal to God. Basically, Jesus is God um. And you know, and I know the scriptures before Abraham, I am. The big scripture I think is John one one where they talk about in the beginning with the word the word was God God. Yeah. So but I've seen across a woman that she believes in the divinity of Jesus, that he is the son of God, the only

son of God. But she believes that it's very important that there's a differentiation that the Father, that the son submits to the Father. How he says, thy will not mind be done. My food is to do the will of the Father. You know, I do exactly because she believes that that the spirit of anti authority is kind of what causes people to rebel. And so that was a very important example that there is the Father and the Son. So I guess my questions is about the trinity. How do you be

is Jesus equivalent to God or is he beneath God? Kind of Nope, no beneath there is no status or upper position lower position. The way it works for humanity is that I, Jesus would bring you to the Father, and when I left, sent the Holy Spirit that would bring you to me, and then I would bring you to the Father. But it's not in the sense of separation, and there's not a lot of ways to look at this in a human although there are examples, most examples that people give about

the Trinity are considered what they call economical. So it's like people will say it agg is three parts, but it's one. That's not true because they can eat should be separated. You can have the shell, the albumen or the yoke, and then the bumen is the whites and then the yoke. So there is a way to separate them if you think of it more like time. Time is one and simultaneously three past, present in future. You can't separate them. Now. You can use a clock that makes you think

you're separating them, but you're not. Past present in future is happening simultaneously. Right now, we have a past present in future that are constantly moving but never separating. You can't separate it in any way, shape or form, and it's the same with the Trinity. There's no separation. There's no higherarchy. It's the Godhead. All our creators of the universe, all are sustainers of the universe, all are one one God. Yeah, Schma,

Yeslayelahad is one Ah God, God is one period. Glenn. Welcome and thank you for your patience. Good morning, Jesus. I love you. Thank you for your blessings. God bless you. How can I help you today? Well, my life hasn't been easy, but I'm so grateful. I'm happy most of the time. My mother, she specially, abused my brother and sister their whole lives. I haven't spoken to them in twenty years. All three of them still lived together. My father was a drunk his

whole life. Now he's just a damn gambling at it. And spoke to him in three years. But I'm haunted by my memories occasionally, so i think about them every day. Well, I have these memories in heaven. Well, first of all, you say that your mom sexually abused your siblings and they still live with her. Yeah, all three of them still live together. That spoke to any of them in twenty years. Wow, And your reasons are not reached out to me? Okay, they haven't reached out

to me. Nothing, no repentance, nothing. Well what so if they were abused, why should they reach out to you. I don't know. You know, they don't even they don't know why I'm going. The last thing my mom said to me was, you know, some people think incest is normal. And I said, well, I gotta go, and I got my car and I loved and I haven't spoke to her since, or my brother or my sister. So they don't even know why I'm going. Well, I mean obviously came up enough to have the conversation and them to

make a defense for it. That is bizarre. Is this a very remote part of the United States? This is in Salt Lake City, Utah. I see, Well, they're not Mormon either. I know all about religious people. Lord, I don't trust religious people at all, none of them. Okay, Well, religion, the Bible. I love the Bible. I love the Lord, and that's all I need. I think there is a big difference between religion and faith. For one. For two, you

had asked if you are going to think about this in heaven. So let's pull apart because I have a feeling this is a very, very very deep hole to start playing in. Because incest is incest is a legal matter, moral matter. Indeed, there is no okay for incest in scripture. Some might say, well, what about the need to populate the earth when there was Adam and Eve. The reality is that the law of incest didn't come

till much later, some nine hundred years later or so. But the reality is that it was ultimately condemned, and so there's no scriptural place that you can look at and say that it is okay. Secondly, it's illegal and that is a legal issue. And then the reality of what it does to the individuals, it's strange. So there's so much to get in there, and why you weren't a part of it. In all this, I'm going to stick, for the sake of time to your question, which was are

you going to remember your earthly life? And the reality is Revelation twenty one. Ford declares he will wipe every tear from their eyes. Isaiah sixty five seventeen says, for behold, I create new heavens and new earth, and the former shall not be remembered nor come into your mind. Now, some think that that means you're not going to remember any of your life. And

that's not through either. It clarifies in Isaiah sixty five sixteen, for the past troubles will be forgotten and hidden from my eye, which is different. So no, there will not be that. You will not remember the painful or the ugly things. You will simply be washed from the troublesome and the heavy stuff. So that is the reality and what it comes down to. I wish you well, that is quite the heavy story. Indeed, let's see if we can fit Mike in here. Mike, Welcome to the Jesus

Christ Show. Thank you Jesus. My question is I was reading the Bible. It seems like Jesus disappears for a couple of decades. Very any stories about those times? Oh no, there's yes, go ahead. Also, I think it felt angry over the radio a couple of calls ago from you. What's that? I think I spelt some anger from you a couple of calls ago. I've never heard that before. Oh no, you don't think that there's anger in scripture, you know, I'll just from this show,

I don't. I think that's the first time. Well, no, there's righteous indignation for sure. And what you might have heard is anger. Doesn't necessarily mean that it is. As a matter of fact, you remember in scripture when they turned over tables in the marketplace. Yeah, the Bible does get kind of violet in some spots. Well, it's not violence as much as it is intensity. Righteous indignation has its place when it comes to screen.

You will hear it on this show as well. When people don't listen or they read, or they take scripture and use it to cause harm. It absolutely absolutely angers me. And anger again, is not a sin. Rage is a sin. Anger has its place, Mike, and sometimes it needs to be used. As far as the so called lost years or disappearance, you say a couple of decades, No, there are eighteen quiet years. You go from the fact that I was twelve years old and I was

celebrating a feast and it refers to me as being a normal youth. And then again the incident of me being baptized at the age of thirty and that is actually the start of my ministry. Is well, so you get two things there. What some will say is the lost eighteen years, but it's not. It was strictly working the carpenter shop. My ministry was a small part of my life. The other part was being practical living on earth.

And you know this because there are references when I started my ministry that people were like, isn't that Joseph's kid, the carpenter, and now he's preaching and doing miracles. So they wouldn't have known me if I was gone. Some people say that I went into bed or went to with these different places or somehow studied something different. No, I was in town. They all knew who I was. I just first stated at twelve my mission and my ministry would come and who I was, and then at the age of thirty

started that ministry. That's all nothing magic, nothing mysterious, certainly nothing to write hundreds and hundreds of books about. Oh boy, Tony Sarantino, our music director, playing some social distortion. There. We're sending prayers out to the lead singer, Mike Ness, who was diagnosed recently with tonsil cancer stage one and all things are hopeful to get him singing back on stage and all those things soon enough. So from the Jesus Show, we're sitting prayers and

love and of course good vibes out to Mike Ness. I know that it's been a very busy morning, and a lot of questions on the board. I'm going to do my best to get to as much as we can. Let's talk to Glenn. Glenn, Welcome to the Jesus Christ Show. Thank you, Glenn. I had a friend that died about three years ago. He told me when he got to heaven, he's going to send me a signal or let me know. So after you die, how soon do you go to heaven? Well, a couple of things going on there. There's

nothing that says in scripture that someone can send a message. As a matter of fact, it's frowned upon in Deuteronomy to try and receive one. But I will tell you that in scripture it's pretty clear that it's immediate. Now, there are different things between the soul and the physical body. Obviously the physical body is not what goes to heaven. But it says in scripture and he Brews nine twenty seven, and just as it is appointed for man to

die once, after that comes the judgment. It also says in Second Corinthians five eight to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. If you remember, also on the cross, you hear me say to one of the thieves that they will be with me today in paradise. So there's nothing that shows any delay or any of that. But again going back to the question at hand, if you're expecting to hear from an old friend

heaven, that's not something that is said to take place. There's only one example where someone brought someone back and it was condemned, and really coming back beings trying to connect with someone. I know that in the human emotions, it's nice to think that someone's there and they're looking over you, and we even use that terminology here on the program from time to time. But it's it's not literal. It's the focus of humans being in heaven is to be

back with their maker, to be reconnected with their Maker. It's not about the earth. It's not just like, oh, here's heaven. It's just a really cool earth where you get everything you want and everything's great. No, it's about reconnecting with God. And yes, you will have memories of your family, you will be able to connect with your family that are there, but it's not about that. It's about focusing on God, connecting with God. I hope that helps to close us out today. Just a reminder

about hate and even a call that brought up anger. There is righteous anger, righteous indignation, and that's okay. It's okay to get loud at times. But the United States is going through a very problematic time of not listening. Everybody wants to shove their view out there, and as a matter of fact, social media has falsely told individuals that their view is the most important. And I will tell you that you have two ears and one mouth for

a reason. Listening is imperative. Listening must be at the forefront. You must do your homework. Don't go out there with some sort of righteousness that you think you understand someone else unless you've heard from someone else. They crucify me because they didn't like what I was saying. I mocked modern day religion. In my day, I was seen as a threat the way I dressed, the people, I hung out with, whores and tax collectors. I

was referred to as a drunkard. If you have concerns, asked, find out the truth before you jump on a bandwagon, call names, or even worse, start fights and division and ugliness. The world has plenty, do your part to not be a part of that. Above all things, remember these words. I am with you Always, kf I AM six porty on demand
