You're listening to KFI A six on demand. Keith, still there, Thanks, thanks for holding on. Okay, so very passionately you described, even as a Christian, how you look around and think about those of differing faiths and how if they're left for not and only Christians get into Heaven it seems unjust to you. Is that where you're coming from? Right? I was always taught if people do not accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior and confessor,
sins that you'll go to hell. And so these other faiths, to my knowledge, do not profess Jesus Christ as their savior. And so I asked my stepfather, I said, what happens to these people? Said, they're just as passionate as I am. Do they go to Hell? Okay? Well, when you put the different names on the different faiths and you think about real people, it's hard not to become emotional, and you don't
want to say anything ugly about another person's faith. That's not fair, and especially in the United States, it seems very it's just inappropriate the way people are brought up in the United States. However, separate those things, put aside the names and the faces for a moment. And think of it academically to maybe help you get your mind wrapped around it, because that is the
view of Christianity. So let's understand that view a little bit. If when you call nine to one one Heaven forbid, you have the need to your number in your address, coincide they match up your phone number and your address so that they can find you. Right. Yes, now, there's probably dozens, if not hundreds, if not thousands, of Keith's in your general area where you live, right I suppose. Sure, it's a possibility at least, and there might even be people in your area with the same last
name. You can even say that there is maybe even another Keith with the same last name in the same general area as you. That's a possibility. That is so all of those things could become convoluted and make for problems. That's why you don't pick up the phone and say, hey, come to Keith Smith's house and then hang out, because most likely they wouldn't find you that way, or if they did, it would take a long time.
There is a specific address to get to you, Keith, and if you don't take that address, I don't care how sweet you are, I don't care how your intentions. There is sooner or later a point where you were rejecting the path that would lead you there and accepting another alternative path. Now, if that is wrong, even if you're sincere, because you can be sincerely wrong, wouldn't you agree on anything, then there's going to be a problem. So think of it more along the lines of one God. Now
everyone calls God something different, but that's that's that doesn't matter. The truth is who is that God, the definition of that God. And if God has a home, for the sake of discussion, Heaven, and you don't go and you reject that path to that home, and you don't know who lives at that home, you won't be invited into that home anymore than I would be invited into your home if you didn't know me. Right, Keith, you don't just let anybody and everybody in. You let those in who
know you and you know them. When it comes to this thought of well, you know, God is rejecting people. It's it's not about that, it's the people rejecting God. God says there is one way to come to me, and man is the one that says, no, I don't want that, I want this or I reject that way. I want this way, and I don't believe in that. So the only way that you could really make all of this work is that if all of the religions were true.
The problem there is that religions are contradictory. Their basic tenets and views are different and contradictory to one another. Their definitions of a human being are different. So it'd be like saying, well, if this person thought that JFK was a you know, five foot ten Asian man, and this person thought JFK was a six foot African American woman, and this put you know, it's they they they aren't all the same thing, and it's not the
same person. And so the definitions would be a problem, and you'd never really understand who JFK was if you thought he was a woman, or if you thought he was an Asian man, or you would never get to understand him if you were going down those wrong paths because they don't lead to him. And likewise, there are many different religions and many different belief systems. Now you could say they could be right, but you can't say that all
of them are right because they contradict each other. So the Christian perspective is this is the truth, this is the way, this is the light, and that nobody gets to the Father but through Christ, as it says in scripture. For a Christian, it makes it even more difficult to believe in this kind of universalistic everyone gets in, or everybody's a okay, or you can believe whatever you want and get in, because then you're calling me an
idiot because I came, I died on a cross and resurrected. That would mean nothing if everybody gets in. As a matter of fact, the conversation in gets simony where I'm praying to the Father and I say, if this cup can pass from me, do you remember that? If this cup can pass from me, and that's not my will, but I will be done.
That is saying God, if there is any other way to get to you, if you can just be a good person by human standards, if you can just be a nice guy, if you can just be spiritual, if you can just believe in whatever you want and get into heaven, then I don't want to go to the cross. But that's not what happened. What happened is that I did go to the cross, and I did pay for those sins, and only those who respect, understand and accept that will
get the benefits of that. But it's not about ignorance. People say, well, these people believe this and they didn't know. Everyone will know. Scripture says that every man, woman, and child of appropriate age will hear the truth of God and either accept it or reject it. And if they reject it, Keith the Father is not going to force them to accept it. He's going to allow them to make their choice and to live by their choice, whatever that may be, and the consequences that come with it.
I like that you're thinking, but understand that it's as kind as it seems. To say, well, everybody kind of gets in and you can believe what you want. Doesn't make sense. You wouldn't do that to children. Unfortunately, some of the school systems do. It's like this method where you know, when you're playing sports, everybody gets an award or it doesn't matter if it's the right answer the wrong answer. It's about the creativity of the
end. No, that doesn't help anyone. That doesn't show people what it means to be good at something or to be strong or strong, because if they're not good at baseball. They might be good at soccer. They're not good at soccer. They might be good at football, and they'll never know if you constantly tell people that they're okay where they are. And the same goes for religion. And you're not going to look at a paper and say
tuoplus two equals whatever you feel it equals as long as you're sincere. That doesn't help anybody. And so it's not about you know, pointing fingers or calling people names or telling them their religion stinks. It's not about that. It's about people being honest with each other and saying, what is truth. That's what you follow. You don't follow a religion, You follow truth. Virginia, Welcome to the Jesus Christ Show. Hello Jesus, Hi, Hi.
I appreciate the gift of life, and as sure as I'm alive, I know I'm going to heaven and I can hardly wait to get there. I'm so looking forward to it. Is that wrong? Well, yeah, sort of, because it's like saying that in one sense and I and I understand and that that that excitement and that desire it comes from a good place. But it's it's like saying that God's wrong for putting you on this earth and wanting you to be here. If the Father wanted you to be in
heaven, you be in heaven. And so to to want to skip the plan is to say that the plan is bad. And that's to say that God's plan is bad. And God's plan is for you to here on this earth and that he has a purpose for you, and and these things have
to be experienced on earth, and that's why there is earth. And so if you try and skip that, you ever see a child who's trying to act so grown up, sometimes it's kind of humorous at first, and then on the other flip side, if you thought, wow, is that actually how they see the world, that's kind of sad because they're missing out on their childhood. And that's always sad. If you see maybe the parents are split, or the parents work all the time, and the kid kind of
grows up too fast and is a little too adultified. It's sad because they missed this huge part. And if you want to skip the earth, you're missing this huge gift that the Father gave to you that has purpose. And I don't want you to miss out on those things. And so I have gotten a lot out of my life, and I appreciate what He's done for me. Is like giving me the breadline Breze. I love living, But more than that, I love the fact that I know I'm going to be
in heaven. And that's really so much what I really want so bad. But it has to be in its proper time. If it's if it's done under false pretense, or it's not. And and this is not like you're suicidal or anything. You're just excited about the concept of heaven, okay. And and when it comes to those things, there everything in its time. If you read the entirety of scripture, you see that it's it. It lives and breathe. That's why it's considered the living word of God. And
it continues to grow. You see the patterns how God interacts with the world and and and his creation, and those things are beautiful. And if you cut that short or if you you miss that in this sense, it's not like you're looking to die. But if you if you miss that by focusing on heaven, then you missed the beauty of earth. And this is a
precursor, prerequisite. This shows you a lot of the attributes of God in a way that will make more sense in heaven and will be a quite beautiful experience, but you have to experience it here first, so don't rush things. Everything has its proper time, and God knows that you love earth. But there's an old saying, don't be so heavenly minded. You're no earthly good. That if you get so caught up in the things of heaven that you stop focusing on the things that are at hand and that are in front
of you, and that's a shame. This is a gift from God to you. You should enjoy it and love it and breathe it in and experience it because heaven will be different, and this is the time to appreciate those things and to live your life for the now is important. Joe, Welcome to the Jesus Christ. Hello Jesus, Hi Joe. What's going on. I just give you a quick background, if you don't mind. I've just over the last few months, I've just been having a lot of different issues
in my life, health related. And I've always been very healthy. My whole life has never been health has never been an issue. I've never even thought about it, and over the last few months, you know, I guess this has been a culmination of things. But you know, I used to be involved in the church, and I just have gotten away from church and gotten away from my relationship with God. And I don't think I've been
setting the greatest example to my kids and my family. And just recently, you know, I don't know whether God's humbling me because my attitude I think, just towards you know, life or people in general, has been very pathetic and very self serving, and that, you know, if anything's going to be done, it's going to be because I'm getting it done for my you know, I'm going to get ahead in life because of the things that
I do. And without really much of a thought to other people, I said, I really have a lot of you know, apathy towards I think, just a lot you know, other people in general, and that the
only thing that I'm concerned about is me and my family. And so then, you know, over the last few months, I've just you know, consistently been having health issues, and due to those health issues, of court, and it's brought me back to reality and I've just been having constant anxiety and I just cannot get rid of the constant anxiety and thinking about you know that you know what a good life I have, and you know I want to enjoy my life to the fullest, and I just really don't know how
to get rid of the anxiety, how to get back in touch, and really what to do. M Well, as you know, this is not a medical show, so we won't necessarily address the medical things that are going on, but a lot of those things go hand in hand, especially anxiety, and I would encourage you to be checked out to make sure that it's not something more serious. And I say, based on that there's something physical going on, whereas anxiety a lot of times can it really depends on you.
There are chemical reasons that are physiological and all those things, But a lot of times this is something that you exacerbate by the way you think of it, and you dwell on it and you create it bigger. Sometimes it can be just that mouse with a flashlight, like in the cartoons. I refer to the devil this way quite a bit, and the mouse puts the flashlight behind them and at an angle and makes them their shadow look really huge
on the wall. But really they're just a mouse. And with anxiety, a lot of times it's really about you creating it and making it worse, and which can mean that there's things that need to be done, or that you know things need to be done and you are not doing them, or you're kind of turning away from the right way to do things, continue to do the wrong things, and that anxiety can build up and can get incredibly
debilitating if left to its own. So the doctor can tell you different things you can do, simple things to kind of get you refocused, because it's about doing. If you sit, I know that your health is in question right now as well, but this, if nothing else, is a time for you to get your priorities straight. That's for sure. Like that's what
you're hearing loud and clear. Yes, you've that kind of blind ambition, that that it's been said that ambition, sheer ambition is birthed from failure quite often that that usually people just jump into ambition when you when there's when they're lacking substance. You know, you have you ever heard somebody just by, you know, spit out, Oh, I'm going to make a movie or I'm going to write a book, or I'm going to do and it's they
haven't done anything in the process of building upon that. They just spout off the you know something and say this is what I'm going to do rather than the process. The process is incredibly important. It's one of the reasons why you're here on earth and you don't just go straight to heaven. The process of learning and experiencing life in a you know, time continuum where you have to build upon something and learn something is incredibly important. Now, are you
being punished by God? I don't like when people look at things that way, But are there legitimate consequences to putting everything off and not thinking about other people as we spoke about earlier. Absolutely, and are you experiencing some of them? Yep, most definitely. And it's about getting your priorities straight and getting back into focus and just taking care of business. You want to tackle something. It's funny, you know, people who are ambitious are always trying
to tackle the things outside. Oh you know what I'm going to do. I'm going to build my empire, I'm going to start this company. What about your home? What about yourself? Your own health? Those things. It's take that same kind of aggressive attitude and that desire to get things done and put it on yourself, on your family, back on your health.
What health issues are you struggling with besides anxiety? I you just had back injury and just recently a very hard to cure infection, and you know those it's the lack of you know, not being able to control these things that you know might seem small, but that just that cause you know, nagging in the back of your head that you dwell on because you have no control over these things, which in turn causes you know, extreme anxiety thinking about
you know, why am I not healthy? Why am the way I used to be? Okay? Well, as far as the as far as the government in China is concerned, how often do you stay up at night worrying about that? Well? Right now, every night you're worrying about the government in China. Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I thought you were talking. I see you're saying as far as the government in China is concerned, Now, I don't So then you sleep at all? How come?
Because there's nothing you can do about it? Right? You have no effect, You can't even you have no voice, there nothing, It would be a waste of your energy. Now to have worldly concerns is a noble thing and to understand how the United States reaches out to others, and all those things are fine, but you've gone through a lot of being very hands on and very in control on everything that you've said, that you've mentioned to me, and now you're being told by God that you're not in control and that
you don't have the power for those things. And the things that you do have power over and things you do have authority over and can really make a difference in where the things that you were ignoring and trying to apply everything only to the success of your household sort of, but it wasn't the success of the household, because that would be mining your health and everything else that goes around and and being forward thinking as to what if something happens and having plans
that that's what builds stability. So I think it's it's fairly obvious that the lesson to be learned here is that as you're as you're stopping and you know you're you're forced to stop, is to is to take inventorious to the things you can make change in and the things you can't that you need to trust and and it's funny how people sometimes don't look at God until they're on the back and then they're naturally looking up. But refocus yourself. Any success that
you had was based on what you've done. A big mistake in people that are starting out or want to achieve something is they try and duplicate success. Never try and duplicate success. Try and duplicate the path to success. Now, your path to success started out simple, started out focused, started out god based. But the more successful you became, the more you ignored how you got there and now focused on the success. Do you see the difference.
It's like saying, well, to get to the top of the ladder, you got to you have to stand on the top rung. But that would be stupid if to kind of jump from the ground to the top rung of the ladder doesn't make sense. You couldn't even walk that, You couldn't stretch your leg enough to get it. Doesn't make sense. But that's what people try and do every day. And rather than understanding every single rung of
that ladder and the purpose of that wrung that brought them there. So you need to reverse your sites, not on moving forward that way, but learning why you got to move where you did and what brought that success and duplicate that, and that really is being more focused on your faith, being more focused on your family. And as far as anxiety, there's all kinds of things. Talk to your doctor, but I will tell you that breathing all you need to do is break in most cases, is to break that bond
where it's really trying to pull you down. You're gonna have triggers things that trigger it. Being going to bed at night is going to be one of them, because your mind is spinning and everything like that. But learn to breathe in your belly, Breathe in deep, let your belly expand, and concentrate on that for ten minutes. Concentrate on breathing, making slowing down your
heart and breathing making your belly fill there. You just need to break that cycle of dwelling because that dwelling is what causes you to spin out of control and see a doctor. Roz Welcome to Jesus Christia, Hi, Hi, Hi Jesus. I have a kind of a two part question. My husband is Jewish, so he doesn't believe that you were the Messiah, but he has a strong faith in God. He's a very good man. He doesn't
have one mean bone in his body. He has been told by many people that if he doesn't believe in you, he's going to go to Hell. My second question is about one hundred and forty four thousand that are saved in the end times. From what I understand, they're Jewish. Okay, well, that's a lot for especially for the amount of time that we're going to have on this, So let's look at this as quickly as possible. There are a lot of different beliefs when it comes to Judaism from the standpoint of
a Christian. Christianity is birthed from the very loins of Judaism, so they are brothers and sisters. Indeed, in many, many ways there are differences. Practicing jew does not believe that I Am the Messiah, the Mashikh that was spoken about in the Old Testament. But obviously that's not the case across the board because Christianity was birthed in Israel. So there's there were, obviously and are obviously today Jews that believe I Am the Messiah. If he does
not, there are different factions within within the Church that believe differently. There are some that believe that Jews are under the original or the First Covenant and as long as they're practicing Jews and religious Jews, that they're under that Covenant. And there are others that believe know that's not the case because of the
New Covenant. There are some that believe Jews being chosen in Scripture and by God, that they're different and special and that God is dealing with them differently, and there are others say that's absolutely false. So there's a lot here, a lot of different avenues that one can go down when talking about this. So I like to make it a little more broad. And then the
forty one hundred and forty four thousand fall into that category. Two, that there's a group of denominations and believers that would categorize that group as being Jews. And then there's other, many, many other interpretations as well. I will say this that it is reasonable to believe, taking Judaism away from this and just making it an individual, it is reasonable to believe that if somebody
rejects God, it's not about ignorance, it's about rejection of God. If I am the Messiah and I am the Son of God spoken about in Scripture and I'm rejected, then I will reject them it doesn't. It's not as mean as it sounds. Really, what happens is, if you don't want to love me and be with me and consult in my will for the handful of years that you're on this planet, then why would I force you to
do it? For eternity? There's not if he if he doesn't believe now, if he doesn't want to believe, if he if he doesn't care to believe now, then why would I force him to do that throughout the all of eternity? That doesn't seem very loving or caring. So as far as as far as your husband's concern, that's going to be individually decided by him as to what his belief is and why. But it doesn't. It kind
of waters down the purpose of going to the cross. If if people just get to decide what they want to believe in get in anyways, that doesn't seem very reasonable either. K f I A M six forty on demand M
