the Cartel of the Sons. They wear red, says Police Chief William McManus in San Antonio, Texas, talking about the raids he did on Tandragua Tragua was sent here and our agents of the venezuel dictatorship government, and they are here to cause casts. They are here to burglarize us, to subjugate us, to rape our women, our children, our daughters, whether it be Lincoln Riley in Georgia, whether it be Joslyn Noongery in Houston. And here's one that very few
people even know about. There is I was filling in for a grade station in Des Moines, Iowa, the other day Mick Jagger came out. I saw the stones in des Moines, like in the nineties. He came out and he says, hello, des Moines. He knew what he was doing. He was doing on purpose, but I was talking to des Moines. And a lot of people didn't even know this.
But like right at the border of Iowa and Wisconsin is a tiny little time I've heard of before called Prairie do Shane, Wisconsin, where a Tree de Ragua member went into a home of a woman and her daughter, tied them up, beat them with an axe, and sexually assaulted both of them for hours. It'll come to me as Chattanooga and Memphis. This is a nationwide invasion and attack and the people are sent here to cause chaos. Their headquarters al Paso, their headquarters also in Colorado, and a lot of members in New York City, et cetera. And
now comes this district court judge. And look, there was a great, great column on the Wall Street Journal the other day from a man who I have great respects speaking of Iowa, Chuck Rassley. This dude is like eighty nine freaking years old, and he speaks like an old Iowa farmer. I remember back in the day, my first job out of college was in television and radio, and I would go downstairs with my awesome high rise. I was in a tiny, most tiniese department in this awesome
little high rise downtown Davenport. And then there was the opposite of Senator Chuck Grassley behold, and I just kind of thought that was really cool. But Chuck Grassley is like not one of these people that moderates would say he's way out there. He is so calm, respected and has so many years in the Senate, and he when he does something and he stands up on our side for things, then you know how big of a deal
this is. And Chuck wrote in the Wall Street Journal a bill to stop nationwide injunctions, and he says, first of all, they're going to curtail these district judges, because this is a district judge ruling on national policy, including foreign matters, which he has no he's not entitled to do that. Chuck says, I can find no clear record of universal injunction issue before nineteen sixty three Article three of the Constitution. He says, task to the judicial brands
with resolving cases and controversies, not making policies. He will introduce this week the Judicial Relief Clarification Act to restore constitutional role to lower courts by restraining these district judges their ability to issue universal injunctions. And if you are not a party to the lawsuit, you will not be able to do a tro temporary returning owner meeting. Whoever is exactly the one going after you. Only they can
get remedy. No one else. some bad stuff can happen. If you remember that case in the presidential election versus Trump versus that cackling Kamala. Do you remember in Georgia, the Alana General Constitution wrote an opinion piece that supposedly said that the regulation of MIFA pristone killed a woman in Atlanta. That is a lie. In fact, one of the physicians from that hospital wrote and editorials debunking all of that. She did not go for a week, she had problems, she delayed, She delayed.
She is why, unfortunately, is why she died. She did not take action. So the Democrats are saying, oh no, no, we don't want a district judge. We don't want a district judge. To stop women all over the country from taking myf for pristone. Ah. But when it comes to people that are raping and killing us and our twelve year old daughters or our Joslyn nungeres in Athens, Georgia, at Uga, we don't want to stop them from being said. We don't want them to be sent out of this country.
We want them to stay here. So do you understand this. We want district judges reigned in or you know, totally stopped when it's for something we don't agree with. But when it's something we agree with, leaving rapists and murders in the country, yes, we we want the district judges the rule nationally. So we need to stop this. We need to end And they didn't even exist. They're not in the constitution until the Congress put him in. And it was at the fifties, a sixties or fifties. I
think it was after what's his name? Oh, it'll come to me in a second. But in nineteen forty seven, who ran three times? Producer, Chris was it Roosevelt? Thank you? But listen, so now comes this district judge today, a new clown, a new clown that they have Democrats have judge shopped and taken in to stop the training to what people being sent over listening to this. This is wild. This is this is worse than Judge Bosberg, who is like, I want my illegals back. Hey, you have turned it playing around right now. I don't care if there's not enough guess to get back from the

This is a US District Judge Edward Chen who I believe is in San Francisco, shocker, and he just issued this this after a temporary injunction against Trump in his decision to end Temporary Protected Status TPS for the three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelan's living illegally while living in the United States. Joe Biden stamped environment stamp, bring him in stamp, Bring him in, and Trump's saying
no more, no temporary protective status. And by the way, we know where they're at, we know who they are, we have their I believe their fingerprints, they're all sorts of stuff, and we know the addresses they're supposed to be, so we can hunt them down and get them out of this country. And you're not gonna believe this. You will not believe this. I spent I have not seen
in person my Venezuelan relatives, my in laws. My father in law married a Venezuelan woman about twenty twenty five years ago, and her children have worked hard to do it legally over the past twenty years. And you're not gonna believe. I saw them recently, went to Miami and visited with them. Hadn't seen them in person for like fifteen years or so. And what they have to say about these these Venezuelans that Joe Biden brought in with
these temporary protective status. You're not gonna believe it. But I want to tell you what this judge said too. It is he is so attached to these illegals, and he's so angry at Trump. He wants these illegals and he'll do everything he can. He is literally concerned about murders and rapists and their welfare, not the people that were murdered and raped. All that is coming up next.

Literally, Trump has more restraining orders tros than Biden did in four years, already in two months. That's how bad this is. You know this.

So the judge says, no, Trump, you can't take the three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelan's that Trump excually me that Biden just waved in with his magic wand and kick him out, which he should and he must. Chen expressed concerns, that's such a move. Sending these three hundred and fifty thousand illegals that Joe pretended we've had temporary protective status could just severely disrupt the lives of Venezuelan beneficiaries and harm the US economy.

we're not sending him back. Listen. I think it's great. I don't want to send people that aren't criminals there, but on the same token it happens. But don't pretend he's a citizen, and don't call him a migrant. These are migrants. No they're not. They're illegals. And this guy's an illegal. Just because you married somebody doesn't mean you're a citizen, doesn't mean you're a titled to be here. You're out and that's just how it is. So not a criminal, but you're an illegal. So sorry about the
mix up, but you're illegal. Don't come here illegally. And then hey, if you're here legally, wouldn't happen. Don't you love how the Democrats make this crap up there. Oh they're a deporting they're deporting citizens. No they're not. Some guy called in on one of the shows I was doing the other day. Some guy called him and he says, well,
a deported citizen. I said, wait a minute, if Ice came to you and surrounded you, you know, like would see these awesome, awesome stuff with these amuse lovers on college campuses. They got the chain with a little badach.
Other than that, they got a mask over themselves. And they're surrounding you, coming from all directions, and they cuff you and stuff you can get you out here. And so that happens, and this guy says, what you me, You could be deported if it was you, dud, wouldn't you say? I'm a US citizen? Check my wallets in my freaking pocket. There's a driver license in there. I'll give you my social Security at five. In like three minutes, they know you were a citizen. It's ice. They could
pull it up. Probably in their squad car. They're whatever, they're in, mark card, they probably got a computer thing in there. Come on, nobody's getting deported. That that isn't illegal.

By the way, I forgot to mention my Venezuelan relatives, and as promised, so we had an amazing time with them in Miami a few weeks ago. And I speak Spanish, not as well as I like to, but I speak it pretty well for a gringo. Two years in college I studied in two years in high school. I loved speaking Spanish, and so were we had lunch with them or lake breakfast early lunch, and we talked for hour and guess who they cannot stand. Illegals from Venezuela. Guess
who they don't want here, Illegals from Venezuela. Guess when they came here. They came here by spending thousands of dollars waiting several years, and when they got here, they slept on my father in lawst floor and they worked menial jobs like a in Fort Worth. Several years ago, there's a winter storm and all these people crashed from ice and driving too fast. And one of the people that crashed them killed was a Venezuelan who's a dentist illegally.
You know what she'd showed. You know what she did to the day she died. She cleaned toilets, going from being a dentist in Venezuela to cleaning toilets here and loving this country. The Venezuelans who come here legally despised the illegals and don't want them here, and they say they're the worst. That's quotes from my relatives. It is true.
