Building confidence

It takes me 4-5 times as long to figure out anything which may take others only a few minutes, that's just how I am wired and I am okay with that because I will calculate that time into my own targets. But it can be challenging when you're asked to do a task and have no idea how and what to do... Building confidence in your co-workers and anyone close to you, is a real skill. But I think before you can help others, it's important to know who you are and what works for you. So on today's episode I want to talk about building confidence through repetition.
