Biden’s attention is focused elsewhere, especially on the Russia-Ukraine tension; and his spokespeople have taken to talking about measuring the deadline for Vienna - not by the calendar, but rather by quantities of enriched uranium produced and stocked by Iran. In Israel, defense officials briefing their political superiors have adopted a tone of relative approval, supporting even a flawed deal over no deal. What are we to make of these clues?
