The Vienna talks have been dragging on with no reported breakthrough, and the Iranians are slowly but systematically enriching uranium to the fairly high level of 60%. If there is any overlap between the Ukraine crisis and the Iran negotiations, it has to do with news of an offer made by Washington via Moscow - and outright rejected by Tehran - regarding an intermediate agreement.
