Episode description

As a supplement to our "2020: The Year of the Documentary" podcast, in our very first BONUS episode, the Jerks have a transparent conversation about the role of race in 2020 and a few documentaries that helped to highlight systemic racism in America. We initially wanted to involve the topic of race in our last episode but it didn't come up naturally when talking about entertainment value of documentaries. Although this is a movie podcast, we Jerks want to make known the importance of the black influence in our lives and didn't think we would do 2020 justice without discussing the Black Lives Matter Movement.
