Today on the show Jayson is talking with John LeBlanc about the importance of taking action on the things you say. You need to make things happen in your life, by making mistakes, learning from those mistakes, and continuing to improve!

Success isn’t something that just happens for people, they take action and pivot if they need to. When Jayson’s executive team told him not to expand into Texas, he thought it was a good idea, so he went ahead with it, and now the team is changing their mind.

You won’t always get everything right, but doing and learning is better than talking and waiting.
