Today on the show Jayson discusses why reinforcing self-confidence is so important in every aspect of your life. Overconfidence doesn’t exist, if you believe in yourself and you know you will succeed, that’s not arrogance, that’s how successful people think.

Everybody has a gift that they can use, you just have to find that gift and believe in it. If you need to fake confidence until you can look yourself in the mirror and invest in yourself, that’s what you need to do! You can’t expect life to get better and be easy, you need to work for the changes that you want to make and become a better person.
