We do a lot of comedic things too, But the serious stuff comes from the geopolitical elite themselves, books like Tragy and Hope, books like Bertrand, Russell's works, H G. Wells works, the writings of Jacques Attalie Kissinger, Brazinski, the brain Trust and the power elite of the West and we've been doing this for many years. We didn't start this exercise recently. We've been reading through
these books for almost eighteen or twenty years. And so people wonder, why is his information convincing? Why do people listen to this yokel, this goofus, this countryman, this redneck philosopher, Why does Emma listen to him? Well, because people that are over here and people that are intelligent, that like to read and like to research, know that I've put the time and effort into this. And one thing that we focused on quite a bit is
psychological warfare and psychological operations. I did grad work that focused on researching this topic, particularly in the realms of fiction and propaganda spy literature, and so I wanted to remind everybody that all of this is usually easily found. And I was reminded as I read this article today that we're gonna look at here in a second and reminding me of the Gray Zones piece about NATO's cognitive warfare. Now, I remember, none of this exists, and if you talk
about it, you're bad. But also it exists, and it's a good thing, and if you don't like it, it's because you're bigot because it doesn't exist. But yeah, of course it exists. Well, if the mainstream media is now writing the hit pieces, then we know we're on the right track. So we'll talk about that later. But notice, the deep state doesn't exist, but it does exist, but it serve
to save you from Donald Trump and what is this? Why does this exist? Well, this is what's called cognitive warfare, and we have done extensive lectures on exactly what cognitive warfare is. According to NATO itself in the Cognitive Warfare Document, Remember I'm bad for talking about public documents because it doesn't exist. But also if you don't like it, you're bad because it's a good
thing. Now what is the Cognitive Warfare Document about. Well, this was put out by NATO as a way to update their approach to psay ops, and the updated approach deals with not just hacking the brain or changing one's ideology. Classical psychological warfare deals with targeting the mindset, the world view, the Velton schenks Krieg of the enemy. This is geared towards actually changing the brain
itself, changing humanity. And that's of course precisely what the World Economic Forum, CLOUDS and others have said is the goal to change your DNA, change your RNA, to change you. But again that doesn't exist. But also it does exist, and if you don't like it, you're a bad person. So NATO's developing new forms of cognitive warfare as a battle for the brain.
The US led NATO military cartel. It says it is testing out all these new techniques of psychological warfare, including economic warfare, cyber war, infowar, cydewar. It's more sophisticated social engineering, hacking the vulnerabilities of the brain. The NATO sponsor study was interested in mastering what they call the sixth level of the human domain. And this really fits into the broader Pentagon plan from
under Rumsfeld full spectrum dominance, right. That goes back to older Pentagon phraseology and terminology from Romsfeld full spectrum dominance. In it really is mastering all domains, not just economic, not just information, all spheres. And so that's been the Pentagon warfare strategy for a long time. This is just an updated version of that. But what was interesting about the updated Cognitive Warfare document was how much it dealt with the tech element, the tech stuff tech psi ops,
and particularly changing the human brain itself, changing its patterns. Canada hosts the NATO Innovative Challenge on Cognitive Warfare, and so there was these lectures and slides that were put on here as you can see how Canada would utilize this, and it's not an accident that this was in the midst of COUP, and so they wanted to test out these new updated SSIOPS techniques using COUP obviously, which itself was largely a sayoup Admittedly Harvard univer admittedly we've got to use
psy ops to scare the crap out of the people so that they will get their stadies. And that that was a Harvard research project as well. And don't don't forget Harvard is where we get Davos. Klaus and Davos are a Harvard research project creation that comes out of Kissingers working with the CIA to set up yet another steering committee type of outfit. And that Bird Davos and of
course Klaus prior to that was at b Berg before we're going there. The Canadian government utilized a lot of this information warfare technique syops that they talk about in this lecture, I think very clearly during Coupe. Right, you can go read this whole article. I highly recommend it. It's really good. I've covered it many times. And so cognitive warfare overlaps with big tech mass
surveillance. It is about leveraging all data they said in this conference relating to the during this during COUTH, the Canadian conference We produce data everywhere that we go, Every minute, every second is data. All this data needs to be cold and utilized. You'll notice you'll see that the advent of cognitive warfare relates to hyper connectivity and the use of hybrid warfare. And we've lectured and talked about hybrid warfare, fourth fifth generation warfare in recent videos. Make use
of those videos. Go watch them, particularly the former military people that we've interviewed on that topic. We've also interviewed Colonel Douglas McGregor, and I think some of these topics were brought up with him as well, so you could refresh yourself on that interview too. Now, cognitive warfare, as we said, is much more than setting up new ways of changing people's minds. The chilling document, as the Gray Zone says, notes that contemporary warfare has reached
a kind of dystopian stage. The nature of warfare has now changed the major majority of current conflicts shows that it is time to consider cognitive warfare. And this kind of builds on Remember the Satanist Michael Aquino's document from Mind War to si War. This is kind of like that, but like an updated version of that, because it goes on to say that this is kind of long, and I want you to see exactly what they said about the text of
it. It gets really crazy when it talks about it's a new form of hybrid warfare. But there's a specific section in this that talks about, yeah, here we go. This is the really meaty part of every here. Cognitive warfare is not just defensive, it is offensive. Developing the capabilities to harm the cognitive warfare cognitive abilities of the opponents is necessary. NATO will needs the ability to safeguard or decisions the process. It's the adversaries and that could
be the use of these on all targets. It targets the whole of a nation's human capital, so this is not targeting the enemy combatants, so it's targeting the entire nation of the supposed enemy, as well as potential execution of cognitive war to the forces, the battle forces, in other words, not just the population. This battlefield is also in the Internet, with no beginning of no and this conqu conquest knows no respite. It is punctuated by notifications
on our smartphone. All the breakthroughs in neuroscience and technologies will use these findings to integrate human machine interfaces, to optimize combat capabilities in drones, and bio neuro weapon So it's biological neurological weaponry is what this is about. In other words, binary weapons. Pentagon, DARPA, et cetera have pushed this research and it's the direct weaponization of neuroscience and neurotechnology. So there you go.
The weaponization of this tech is sponsored to utilize and mitigated aggression and foster cognition, induce morbidity, disability, and ultimately neutralized opponents. So there you go. And it goes on to say that this also includes the changing of the biological reality and the genetic reality of people if you read the rest of the document, So it's all forms of that. So this is what's really going
on, and if you don't believe, you should go read it. And it's not just talking about fighting against the Russians, talking about target populations and anyone conceived of as an enemy combatant, and that's anybody who dares to doubt the establishment, you see. Well, the establishment is not actually interested in combating falsehoods. The establishment is interested in fostering the establishments narrative, which is usually some degree of
falsehood. So this just means combating questioning the establishment. So it's a it's a way to control the narrative and utilize this information which we've seen previous examples of this, the cognitive warfare document of Cast Sunsteam, which we've covered, which I read ten years ago about cognitive cognitive infiltration, which is just spread a bunch of disinformation, fake conspiracy theories. Sweden's navy tried to hunt down a suspected enemy in the submarine in the Stockholm Archipelago eight years ago. I didn't have to do with EMP weapons. It had to do with his spying on these individuals been in Spain, So it's like Franco type stuff, spying on them. That's what Gold
and I was. But the legendary figure of German intelligence, Galen, he was able to set up pretty extensive spy networks and he was like super talented that to the extent that Bill Donovan, the CIA and British intelligence wanted to coax him into joining with Western intelligence after the war, and so they basically co opted the German intelligence networks. The CIA did OSS and CI right.
So then what happens is they keep the networks that are there but now they're working under the auspices of the people that actually run the West right, very wealthy people Rockefellers and others, Ralph Childs and others. And so these networks become very useful for training a lot of hit squads and the Cold War, particularly with Gladio fending off a supposed Soviet invasion of Europe under Stalin should that
potentially happen. We've gone through Gladiol. You can read Daniel Ganzer's PhD thesis Natives Secret Armies. You could read the Paul Williams book that I lectured through Operation Gladio, and many many others. Is there's tons of books now that come out on Gladiol. And as you know, this is the alliance of This was actually Kissinger's plan to utilize the P two lodge of Italy and the
stay behind trains stay behind fascist units. Thus you can see how it would be intimately connected to Galen and company, and they were engaged in fake flag t E R O R. Stuff. Now, the point I brought up with Dullas and Donovan and paper Clip and all that is that, by the way, the origins of German intelligence are actually from this guy if you didn't know, right, this is where the B and D comes from, is

relates to Ukrana. The history of Galen organist relationship with the American intelligence is declassified recently in two volume editions of the CIA's Foraging and Intelligence Partnership CIA and the Origins of the B and D.
