More and more salacious details are coming out about p Diddler. Yes, P Diddy, the former king of pip hop and rap is now on his downfall, is being deep throned and exposed for the sex trafficker and Epstein
like agent that he actually has been all of this time. He's being exposed left and right, so many dozens of witnesses and people that were in personal relationships with him are coming out with really insane allegations about him. And interestingly enough, a lot of Hollywood, though, has remained very eerily quiet about this, and we don't hear a lot of these allegations on places like CNN
or MSNBC or even really Fox News much. So we're wanting to see what the latest allegations are and some just different things that have been exposed about Pete Diddler in the last couple of weeks, and of course I invited back on Jay Dyer. Jay Dyer is a podcast host and best selling author, researcher, reporter, and the host of The Jay Dyer Show, as well as
the fourth hour of the Alex Jones show he hosts. Always great to have you on Jay to expose the elites and the deep state happenings and all the things that are kind of happening beneath the surface. I like having you on because you talk about this a lot on your show and in your research and in your books. Just how how much of a system this really is? That people think just people in Hollywood become wealthy or famous just because they've got
talent. But really it seems like if you're famous in Hollywood, or in the music industry or in the political world, there's a reason behind it, and you can't seem to get up to the top echelon of fame or wealth or notoriety unless you are blackmailed and compromised and go through certain gatekeepers, so to speak. So welcome back to Shots Fired. First of all, what do you think about some of the latest P Diddy allegations and what have you?
What have you discovered? First of all, well, we have this kind of rumor going around now that this figure Cassie, who was close to Kim Porter, was warned and that she claims allegedly that they were interested in her. Menstral fluids. None of that actually surprises me, and actually consuming the fluids because this is actually part of the Krollian sphere of the occult.
Croley came up with this idea that for one of his sacks, one of his groups called the Gnostic Catholic Church, they could create a kind of Eucharus, to kind of sacrament through menstrual fluids. Fluids, just to be clear, seats in the back menstrual fluids of these women. Okay, gotcha. So this is a real thing in the spheres of the occult. We know that for a fact, jay Z and Beyonce are openly into to Alister Croley, They've talked about it, they promoted it for many, many years,
going back maybe even fifteen years. So I wouldn't be surprised if the domain of sexual compromise and sex cults doesn't closely overlap with what we see with a lot of the rap world. We already know that R. Kelly, for example, was caught creating his own sex cult and it was literally a cult. So this is a repeating pattern. As you noted, we know that Epstein was doing this. Maybe it's not so much with the occult side of
it. Probably I mean, I think I think there's rumors of him sacrificing babies and all the things that his temple on Epstein Eilean, I'm pretty sure. Yeah, I mean we have that weird building. I'm just saying that we don't. It won't surprise me when that when that comes out. Yeah, but you know, with with Kat Williams, we had him saying, you know, months back that they're into rituals and what they do in terms of even in the black secret societies and in the rap world is very akin
to too Crowley and stuff. So he was speaking in this way, I wouldn't be surprised. And usually it deals with I don't mean to be too graphic, but it deals with anal sex primarily because that seemed to be something specifically degrading and very easy in terms of compromise. Yes, so so, And this was Cassie that came out with these recent allegations. She was she's not really big anymore, but she was, you know, a hip hop
artist. She dated P Didty for a while and she's one of the first ones witnesses that have come out against P Didty years ago with a lawsuit against him, and now she's sort of being validated finally with all these other witnesses coming forward, But she sort of paved the way just so people have a little bit of a background. She sort of paved the way to start opening up Pandora's box around P Diddy. So she's the one that came out with
these allegations recently about them about P Diddy and his peeps. I guess using menstrual blood or her menstrual blood her flow. Correct. Yeah, And there's you know this I forgot to mention too. A lot of this overlaps with organized crime. We know with figures like Shooe Knight, and we know with figures like a guy named Frank Lucas. So P Diddy's dad was very close to a famous black gangster name named Frank Lucas, and so he was a
drug dealer. And the story is that when P Diddy's mom had had enough, they basically had to flee this relationship, moved to the suburbs or something like that. That was the world that he kind of came up in, and then he eventually found his way into the circles of a famous producer named Clive Davis who's openly bisexual in the music and so this kind of his rise was always kind of connected to both organized crime questionable sexual stuff going on.
And then there have been rumors about you know, bisexual stuff in the wrap world for a long time, and that includes a lot of the circles that did he was in. There was rumors of gay dates. Way back in the day. There was a character that was always hanging out with Diddy who was a gay guy named Fawnsworth. So there's a lot of weird things going on throughout this this whole period. Well, no, that guy was actually very flamboyantly gay and he was like the pet or something. I don't know,
it's just weird. It's all very weird. Yeah, the pet. They sort of have these kind of terms for people that is like the pet or the you know, everybody needs to turn with them. You know, it's not to be graphic. But and it looks like there's a lot of bodies over the years too, So a lot of people have been making videos documentaries about the bodies that have piled up around on these figures for the last twenty thirty years. But I think to hit your first point about compromise and
not being talented. Somebody dug up a clip of Diddy in the nineties when he was telling his interns on whatever that stupid TV show was that he had don't hire talented people. We're not actually interested in talented people. And the interns were kind of, you know, bum fuddled by this question. Why would we not hire talent? He said, because if you hire talented people, they know they can go out and start their own career without you.
But people that are not talented, they know they need you. You're the handler, and you are the source of their rise to fame, and so you can always control them. So even back in these old clips in the nineties, he seemed to have figured out a lot of the way this stuff works. Yeah, it's the pseudo god complex. They're going to make you and then they're capable of breaking you. And that's why, you know, we see all these stars sudden rise to fame and then oftentimes they're fall from
fame. Yeah, I think the quote is our job is to kill talent because without us they ain't shit. That's so crazy, and you know, not to be graphic again, but I've heard rumors too about in the hip hop and rap industry and in the music industry in general, that in order to get to the higher echelons they have to have sex with a goat and it needs to be videotaped. So sex with a goat other potential animals apparently
are involved in getting into higher levels. Sex with children. Of course, that's part of the levels too, of getting to the higher levels of fame. Have you heard any things about that? And again, it just seems to line up with what we've heard about Epstein, Clinton and you know, all of these different types of illuminati secret society. Yeah, I mean, I think the most degrading things are probably in the mix for sure, because if you go back to the Franklin cover up, that famous case, it
dealt with elements of SRA and that usually includes these kinds of things. So yeah, I wouldn't be surprised, And you know, I don't It doesn't necessarily have to go there, because you can have blackmail that's I think much more innocuous and easily attainable. Most people will probably engage in some kind of illicit activity for a contract of a million dollars, you know, or less.
So I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't get to that level, and I would imagine that it gets even worse in terms of videotapes of anything imaginable. But I mean, you know, just seeing that, you know, I say one thing about that last part that you asked me. Fatty our Buckle. Fatty our Buckle was in the silent movies. He was a superstar in silent films, and his career was lost because he was at look at you google it because you're young. He was at a freak party, which
has been going on since Hollywood existed. This is nothing new. It might be new to these just your generation. This ain't nothing new there. The game doesn't change John, only the players. This generation doesn't understand that because they don't know what happened before. If you don't know your history, you're going to repeat the same dumb things in the future. Fatty r Vocal was
a superstar in silent films. He was at a freak party which all the big studios used to throw, and he was a cube accused of inserting a bottle in a woman and it killed his career. His career became flatters. Three D old bit what I know about the overseers, I don't want to use that gatekeeper nonsense. That's a modern term, is that as long as they're producing, they're good. No matter what they do, no matter how file it is, the gatekeepers will make it go away. Now what I
know because I went to the top in my industry. As long as you are making money for the powers that be, even do anything short of watch somebody watching you murder somebody, the moment you stop making the money for them, and you have no intrinsic value. And I knew that, and that's what I used in the business of show. So I'm not talking about this young man. I don't know him. I don't swim in that pond. It's not necessary for me to bring all these people in. How he took
advantage of they wanted something, He wanted something right exactly. And then because again they're compromised. A lot of people might think, well, who's going to sell their country out? If they're a politician, for instance, who's gonna sell out by telling the world to take a vaccine that they don't believe in or to vote for this candidate. Well, someone that isn't just caught
on tape having sex with somebody or having an affair. It's got to be something really really awful for them to sell out as much as they do and really be used as propaganda puppets for the CIA and for these upper you know,
secret groups of elites. Yeah. I think the sex cults and these dark Satanan cults they've always had an overlap with both organized crime and intelligence agencies, and they're perfect, you know, vehicles for blackmail because if people are getting into these kinds of groups, these kinds of circles, we already you already know through that fact of them joining the cult what their proclivities might be.
Maybe they think they're going to get power out of this, I'm going to be part of this Satanic sect to gain influence, network, get power. And then more specific in terms of sex cults, you can very easily profile what that person's particular fetishes or proclivities are. So they're very useful in that way. And that's why we've seen, I think throughout the we overlook
and we forget even the religious world. You know that many of the prelates in the Roman Catholic world have also been compromised in exactly the same way through a lot of the pedo stuff. Right, So people think of that as oh, there's just a scandal in the Cavin Church and they just have a lot of you know, gay priests that are tempted with this or that. No, it's actually more than that. It also ties into this blackmail as well, and I think a lot of the high level of prelates in Rome
are blackmailed. In fact, this goes back to the If you research Gladio, the Paul Williams book, he says a lot of the upper level cardinals in Italy and back at the time of the Cold War were compromised through being being invited to the Bunga Bunga parties. I don't know if you remember. You remember Silvio Berlasconi was famously accused by women of you know, being raped and whatever, and that was at his Bunga Bunga parties. He was part
of the He's famously part of the P two lodge. That was the Gladio lodge. So they were doing the exact same thing in the Cold War, Gladio bringing in prelates, getting them to fondle diddle, do whatever, and then they were all blackmail. So this is a repeating pattern. Maxwell. Apparently some people alleged that Robert Maxwell learned this from some of the British elites that he was running with, uh, some of the Ralph Chow family, if you know what I mean, yea Lord Victor. And then that is
the pattern that just Lain learns from her father makes sense. And also remember Keith Ranier the downfall of Him absolutely of Them cult and those allegations came out, and you know, I believe that there's a lot more going on even than that was. Well that that actually ties into if you remember, like the highest levels of the Mexican government, there were there were yeah, famous pop stars in Mexico, I think like a pop psychic. They were all
connected to the Next Him cult. Wow, And and these women in order to get to the higher levels of that cult, they had to write really horrible, compromising material, secret confessions of their personal family secret. It's things that they would never ever want to get out, like it would destroy their families, their parents' relationships and everything. So they sort of had to burn bridges with their own family in order to get to those higher levels of the
Next of Them cult. This is the same structure that you see in organized crime and gangs. It's a very common basic pattern in the mafia. You make your bones to become a made man. You know, we think of this in terms of pop culture, The Godfather, all this kind of stuff, Goodfellas, You got to kill somebody to be a made man, same idea, a lot of rap, a lot of pop music, a lot
of Hollywood stuff. I would assume there is this overlap then with going up the ladder to go to the next level, things like mass public degradation, humiliation rituals. You're going to wear the dress, this is what Dave Chappelle, many of the comedians have talked about. But you've got to go through these stages of degradation humiliation, And I would assume, yeah, exactly.
John Cena at the Oscars right recently, very recently, he was prancing around on the stage naked and they're all laughing about it and having a good laugh at it. But most likely that was identified as a potential gay naked humiliation ritual. So they do a lot of this right out in the open too. Yeah. Yeah, And I think they like to take you know that
We've talked about this many years with the pop stars. They take the young Hannah Montana's the Britney Spears, that kind of have that innocence and then they turn them into these sort of horror battylon you know, just totally degraded prostitute type type of personas right, it's crazy. Well, we're going to keep following the p ditty story. I'm also a little suspicious of the timing of this. Why would they let you know, their black music industry version of
Epstein just go down like this? And well, I imagine it's a giant. Yeah, imagine it's a giant. It's a much bigger thing, and he's probably taking the fall, taking the fall. Yeah, same with Epste. I think Epstein it connected much higher than him. If you read Whitney Webb's book for example, you know he's recruited into this early on Epstein, I'm saying he's just kind of a Wall Street scammer guy. Yeah, they recruited him. Maxwell saw him as somebody who could really, you know,
run this type of an operation. So he I think was a fall guy. Interesting, Well, we'll keep looking for the bigger story here, and it's always like the surface details that are probably going to come out, just like R. Kelly peeing on his girls, you know, like that was like the salt you know, the kind of the the tabloid version, in the water down version of the real scandals, you know, the real, egregious scandals that are probably actually happening. So we'll see if we get any
any more really scandalous details come out. But I don't have a lot of faith in that. Speaking of more scandalous details and scandals, another Boeing whistleblower has died this week, not even two months later after John Barnett, the other whistleblower for Boeing, died suddenly. He was shot from our self inflicted gunshot wound to the head in his parking lot while he was right before his third day of his depositions in this landmark trial against Boeing. Now another Boeing
whistleblower has died. He was fired from Boeing in twenty twenty three for raising the exact same concerns as John Barnett did, that the quality control was no longer there, Boeing was creating ineffective products and planes, things were breaking. He speaks up about it, he gets fired, and they were both represented by the same law firm. And now this guy very suspicious again, forty
five years old. He's young apparently really really healthy, according to his friends and family, in great shape and out of nowhere contracts a mystery illness two weeks ago, has to get resussicate, ne suscitated. He's in the hospital, he was put on a ventilator, intubation, dialysis, had to be airlifted to another hospital, and he was pronounced dead this week and again they said that this mystery illness came out of nowhere. I can't believe how brazen
they are. I mean, obviously, the list of Clinton associates and witnesses that have suddenly died has just grown tremendously. I mean, I think it's in the five hundreds now. But also not just Clinton associates or whistleblowers, but whistleblowers connected to the military industrial complex or big pharma. Those whistleblowers are dropping and dying suddenly too. What are your thoughts about this new whistleblower that also has died this week against Boeing. Yeah, I did see the headlines.
I didn't have a lot of time to look into the full story, but my first thought would be, although I recognize it certainly well within the realm of possibility for fortune one hundred companies to have somebody taken care of. I'd be interesting to know if he got the stabby, you know what I mean. Like that's I see a lot of headlines about mysterious illnesses and like,
you know, sudden death. No, we don't know, it's climate change, right, right, But a lot of those people like doctor Rashid Bitar or other other prominent people were vehemently against the vaccine, and they came down with the exact same symptoms, and they're clearly didn't take a vaccine as this Boeing whistleblower did the last week too, which is right, So he was anti stabby. I don't know. I don't know for sure, but based on based on I don't know a couple of different things about his views,
I could take a guess. However, the timing is just way too coincidental, and the circumstances are that two Boeing whistleblowers have died suddenly in the last two months. I I just don't think that's a coincidence. Yeah,
I would guess that. I mean, I don't know how Boeing works or whatever, but I'm guessing that they're probably between a rock and a hard place, because as a giant corporation that's tied in the military, those for complex they're now being told, you know, via black Rock Vanguard all this SDG DEI requirements that they basically have to put in measures that will cause the quality to decline. That's going to be the new policies that are rolling out via
ultimately WF we're looking Forum Davos Crew in link with Larry Fink. So it's sort of like a you know, cash twenty two because they can't say no to that. It's going to cause things to get worse. But then, you know, what are you going to do if your bottom line is damaged
through defective you know products? So you have to wonder why why are they Because it seems to me, just like another Seth Ridge, another Vince Foster, anyone else in his body camp body count that just suddenly shows up dead or dies under suspicious circumstance, is when they're about to expose something huge or when they're about to testify against these individuals or these powerful companies. And what I just wonder, why are they trying to hide this information so much?
Why is it so important that they hide this information? I think, yes, you're right about the DEI stuff that they're just hiring not based on quality anymore, but based on whether they're transgender or black or whatever. Sure, but I think there's a bigger agenda going on. That's been a concerted effort in the last couple of years to put fear into the minds of people,
to sway to dissuade them from traveling. And there's been a lot of fear and incidents regarding planes in the last two years, especially or since COVID fights suddenly breaking out inside planes mid flight. You know, flight attendants going nuts on passengers or vice versa passengers that aren't even real you know, Boeing crashes.
So I think that there's this this agenda to scare people away from traveling and kind of keep people in their little pods, keep them in their little cities soon to be smart cities, and that might be part of a bigger agenda that's definitely the long term goal. You're absolutely right, because they want to shut down the economy, they want austerity, they want all of that
down the road. So it's entirely possible that maybe they're deciding to roll that out now and just get rid of you being able to have you know, open commerce, open travel, going where you want. So, yeah, that's definitely the long term goal for sure. I think so I man Klaus and you know his career have said that. They've said they want to you don't need I mean, this is the this is the lodge behind the fifteen minute city, right, you don't need to go travel all these places.
Everything you have will be within a very close vicinity. Thus you don't need cars. And we're now getting to this point where they're want to start banning cars. What was the Germany's going to not allow you to drive on weekends or something? Did you see that? Yeah, they don't want us to drive on weekends like okay, but they keep putting restrictions on cars. They
keep fear mongering about planes and traveling. I just think it could be you know, Boeing is in on this greater agenda to maybe more plane crashes are going to be happening, and they want to hide that part of their agenda and people people need to look out for that too. Now then that I don't want to participate in the fear mongering because I do like to travel, but I wouldn't put it past them to be part of this agenda to put fear in us into traveling so we can stay in our little controlled pods.
Yeah, that will just be for the elite in the future. Yeah, right right. There's a movie if you remember. It's not very good, maybe it's kind of boring, but it has Tim Robbinson. I think it's called Code forty six. But it's a it's a dystopian future story where everyone is locked into the big megacities and the only people that can travel around are these sort of genetically determined elite who have you know, the based on their
genetics, they have the freedom to do that. Interesting. Yeah, we got to look, well, see if there's any more whistleblowers against Boeing that will be offering themselves or dying under suspicious circumstances or mysterious illness anytime in the future. all this themes. But Ukraine has just revealed the country of Ukraine has just revealed a new AI generated foreign Ministry spokeswoman. This is so crazy, so apparently, and they released this on their x account too, so they just really it's a new AI generated foreign industry, a foreign ministry spokeswoman who will now make official statements on behalf of Ukraine and their foreign ministry and give updates. And she has this really creepy video. It's all done in AI,
all right. And of course somehow this woman's black too. She's ethnically diverse, right, yeah, she's black. She's not even she's not even a Ukrainian person. And she has a very Ukraine like five like maybe right, right, they had to make a black person of hair of black women, and this is AI. Her name is Victoria She, and they released this teaser of their new AI spokeswoman. Dear members of the media and the public,

It failed, but you can tell that it's really the spearhead of the Western neoliberal establishments ideas of pushing transhumanism, the tech stuff, the sexual subversion agenda. It's all spearheaded via this
Ukraine stuff. It's very bizarre, but I'm not surprised that they would just up the ante to this ridiculous, you know, multi ethnic AI thing. So yeah, I mean, that's that's what that. It seems to be a big experiment. It does, I'm going to read, but they luckily this got blown up and ratioed. In the comments, I'm going to read some of the comments that they're so funny. Lmfao are there any black people in Ukraine? Even another one says, just easier one just in case you
were wondering what they were spending that sixty one billion on. Because you're running out of people, you have to create an AI person. You're running out of people. Another one says an actual black person was too hard to find in Ukraine, so they had to make it AI. Why not just use an actual Ukrainian for real? Why not use an actual Ukrainian or person? The Great replacement isn't real? W e f Ukraine speed running the Great Replacement?
That's interesting. And then a bunch of other people saying that they're obviously running out of people, so that's why they had to create this AI generated person. It's it's so like amazing how they think we're so stupid And maybe I guess the masses are that are not awake to their agenda, but they I mean, there's a giant portion of boomers and normies and you know, people that are totally locked into whatever the establishment says. So I'm sure they
think this is this is awesome and cool or whatever. But yeah, I mean it's just really pathetic if you if you know what's going on, it's and basically every time some new thing comes out about the Ukraine, it's just like another layer, another level of syop. It's all faking gay. Like you said, this is another this is meta level faking gay right here. To have a it's not even just an AI like they could have done an Ai Ukraine and looking woman. Yeah, and now it's like a multi ethnic,

that Russia can't get beyond certain boundaries and limitations. That's why Russia saw it is so necessary to try to take back that land in that region and why they want especially Kiev back, because that's the part of Russia. But yeah, it's sad, it's unfortunate, but it's also true. In the religious realm, the CIA actually went in and split the church in the Ukraine too,
to create a literally a full on CIA created fake Orthodox Church. So they did it in the this world as well as splitting the country too. So it's very sad because they they've actually destroyed a lot of Orthodox churches. They've imprisoned a lot of the priests and bishops of the Orthodox Church there, right, And it shows you to again like just showing you, showing us
what they're planning to do more of before they do it. They're creating this now AI spokesperson because they can't apparently get a real person or they don't want to. And it makes you wonder what other news performances or what other political figures or public figures have been AI generated or giving us AI generated videos or speeches that we've thought were real but they're obviously fake. I can think of one. Probably Biden said, yeah, the speeches are probably AI generated if
he's still even really still breathing. Well. I remember a lot of people in the past few years where it's sort of dissecting the videos and saying hey, and they were saying, oh, it's a clone. It's a clone. My first thought, like you're saying, was I wouldn't be a clone. It would, yeah, deep fake. You know, I don't think they've waste the money in time to clone Biden anyway. Yeah, they would
probably just do a deep fake. And then Kate Middleton, Princess Kate just came out with that super creepy video a couple of weeks ago explaining her absence and saying that she got fast growing cancer and that was the reason why she's been absent. But even that, if you looked at that video, it looked totally fake. Totally AI generated A lot of people spotted things in the background, so it's like they're they're doing this right in front of us.
They're showing you and I do you and I did you had me on you and I said our suspicion was the stabby. Yeah, and then it wasn't that before she put that video out and talked Yeah, it was right before. And so if she did get the stabby, and if she really did get cancer, that would definitely make sense. Yeah. Yeah, well, I mean the fast growing cancer is one of the right Yeah, the turbo gay exactly. Yeah. So I don't know, I guess we need to
start looking out for more videos. Speeches, performances from public figures and politicians and seeing and really thinking to ourselves is this really them talking to us? Or is this a deep fake? Is this a AI generated individual and message? And that's I know. Roger Stone, Yeah, Roger Stone was saying that they had done that with that voice clip of him saying that Democrats need
to be assassinated or something. And then wasn't there a guy a few days ago that they tried to ruin his career, some teacher somewhere where they had a deep fake. It was a racist rant, but it was a deep fake, and it was a deep fake. That's crazy, that's so scary with the repercussions of that are wow. Wow. back to Shots Fired. Well, I don't know about you, but it seems like, at least for me, eating healthier seems like it's a lot more expensive. And why does it seem like the healthier the food, the more expensive it is. But it really is cheap to eat cheaply, to eat junk food, to eat fast food, everything that's unhealthy for you seems like it's a lot cheaper. And right now, in this horrible economy where it's hard enough to afford basic groceries, is it even possible to eat healthy
and to improve your lifestyle when everything already seems so darn expensive. Well, of course we have our favorite doctor with us, doctor Mark Sherwood, good as Sherwood Dot TV slash Shots, to learn more about his incredible products and nutritional line and coaching. Always great to have you on our show for our Dot Ask the Doctor segment, Doctor Sherwood, how's it going today? Going
well? Thanks for having me, and really important topic because in the economy that we have right now, it is irrelevant, no question, it is relevant, and it just seems like, you know, you go to McDonald's, or you go to Burger King, or even something in the grocery store that isn't very healthy for you or is just straight up really junk food for you, it's cheap, but the salads and the and the healthier things for you are more expensive. Is that true? Is it more of it just
sort of like our eyes or the media deceiving us. What are your thoughts about it coming from your standpoint and kind of what can we do about it? Well? I think unfortunately it is true, but there's a silver lining here that you know, us we're going to come up with the hope side of things. But what is true, and it's sad, is our government subsidizes those things. In other words, the government assists the producers of that
junk food to make it available to our public cheaper. And if you want to really get into conspiracy theories here, you know the idea of the people being in put in bondage government that has to control them, feed them, and medicate them, because we know these foods are not going to help anybody, and they're really based upon this faulty system called calories. I know everybody's heard about. You know you're supposed to have two thousand calories a day.
Well, oh yeah, I didn't see it, Ritt, anywhere in Genesis chapter two. I don't understand where that comes from. And to top that off, you know, calories are nothing more than hypothetical units of energy potential, and so everybody's different. And you're right about it, though, Deanna. The foods that are subsidized are cheaper. But here is the catch. They are highly caloric and low in nutrients. In other words, thinking about
a high come work load, but they have low nutrients. So the catch is we're going to go back and have to have more because the body doesn't run on calories, it runs on nutrients. Study after study shown that after you make the switch, and it might take you a couple of weeks going from highchloric no nutrient dent nutrient absent foods to nutrient dense regardless of calorie foods,
that we end up eating less because we are less hungry. And I think most people that have everyone this journey, they really understand it to be true. And study after study has shown that it's actually cheaper per cap at, even by organic food, per week over a course of time because of the high nutrient dinity and less opportunity or even desire to eat more. Yeah,
I would say that that's true. I mean, you have a big Mac or something and it might be satisfying junk food in the moment, but then your sugar spikes and you know, you feel like crap afterwards, like you want to take a big nap because of all the carbohydrates and the fact
that it's so low low in nutrients. And it's interesting too. Lately, I've been one of these meals that I've been It's become sort of my healthy favorite where I take some high quality ground beef and cook some liver in it and chop it up and cook that pan fry it cook that with a bunch of butter, and I know that signs really weird to a lot of people, and a little tomato sauce, And it's actually really really good when you get used to the taste of the liver, because liver is actually what I'll
ask you this, I guess, but it's supposedly really good for you and packed with vitamins, and so is ground beef. That's high quality. But afterwards, I feel like I feel better than I've eaten a big back. I feel more satisfied, and with all those good fats and everything in there, I feel like I'm my appetite is sustained for a lot longer. You're right. First of all, liver is highly nutrient dense. We used to eat from tongue to tail, you know, years and years ago. We
don't anymore. Most people don't eat even organ meats. But probably one of the things lacking in people's diet today is bee vitamins. And guess what's full of B vitamins liver and so livers as a high amount of just a lot of things in there. So I'm a big proponent if you can find good grass fed and finished liver products you should add that to your ground piece.
So I absolutely do the same thing. I think it's a wonderful fine taste to people that are even a verse to the taste of liver or the aftertaste. You can just mix less in there and use a lot of spices and it really blends quite nicely. Now to your point, this is fascinating and people need to understand this that there are two things that can convert to blood glucose. One is carbohydrate, one is protein. Fats cannot convert to good
blood glucose. So what you're doing when you put good full fat butter in there is you're blunting any sort of glucose response, meaning you're creating more satiety there, and so you by default will not want any more. You'll be completely full and satisfied, and actually you'll have higher nutritional density in your system
at that point in time. But when you eat a big mac, yes it comes in, Yes, it has some quick, sort of spiky type of energy through glucose, But glucose comes up very high, which signals to pancreas to create insulin, which by the way, is also a fat storing hormone. Folks, just listen to that. But insulin comes up, it grabs the glucose by design, and it takes it to the cells of the liver and the muscles to say, hey, guys, i've got some potential
energy that you can store later. But if you're not doing any activity, that glucose turns around because those things are still already full, and it turns into triglycerides, which gets stored as fat. The problem with that is we can't live a glucose in our system very long. So insulin does its job and it drops out the bottom of the glucose, creating more hunger once again.
So it's a spiral that goes in the wrong direction. My wife calls it the vicious cookie cycle, and you know she's not far off from that one, all right. So that leads me sort of to my next point. How do we get off of this vicious cooki cycle? And does it have anything to do with things like these these awesome nutritional bars that you have. This one is called Kingdom Candy and it's amazing. It's salted caramel crunch flavor. It's a nutritional bar. Is this the kind of thing that would
lead us off of that vicious cookie cycle? It is, Deanna, because we made those things not to do anything other than, you know, solve our own crisis here. You know, we thought if we could come up with something sweet, yeah, without the cheat, as my wife again says, you know, with no sugar, and that bar has no sugar in it. We sweetened it with monk fruit and some stevia. It's got high protein, high fiber, and it's even gotten some vegetables in it, no
kidding. Wow, that's awesome, very very good. And I had one probably a half an hour ago. Actually nice. It's really wonderful because because of the fiber content, you're going to get a nice, full filling and because of the non sugary sweet taste, you're gonna still satisfied. That sweet taste that we can all have, that does bring some satisfaction. So the Kingdom candy are really revolutionary in that area. And there's two flavors we made.
One is salted caramel and another one's peanut butter chocolate chip, and they're really awesome. But that does help kids, it helps adults, and all of us adults are just big kids. So I think that's a win for the team right there. Win for the team and by the way, this is my favorite flavor too, the salted caramel Crunch flavor. I had one earlier today and it is really good and it satisfies you. But it's also
it's nutritious. I mean, it's not a candy bar. It's got things like coconuts, cocoa powder, pure cocoa powder, and like you said, vegetables, almond butter. It's stuff that you should be having in your body anyways, but not in a Nestley you know, Nestley candy bar type of format. Well that's true. And know full well that the government doesn't subsidize these I'll just say that right now. We're actually putting our hard earned sweat
equity to these things. And we developed those bars. It's not something we just got from somebody else and slapped a label on it. No. No, we actually put together the formula, tested it out here, and it took about probably a nine month window to test it, formulate it, and they get it into production finally, so it is not anything of a short process. And we're actually going to come out with some other cool stuff like Kingdom Crunch, which is going to be a cereal peanut butter and also ASSII
berry, So I'm excited about those. That sounds really really good. Keep me posted for that, because I love a good cereal, but not in like the fruit loops format. I feel like I can't indulge there, but I would like a real nutritional form of cereal. And then last thing I wanted to talk about today is your awesome book, Surviving the Garden of Eton, which is awesome. I love it. Surprising biblical insights to enjoy optimal wellness. I love this, and I love the title Surviving the Garden of
Eton. About halfway through the book, but for those of us who or those of my audience members who has not not read this book, can you tell a little bit about it speaking of our topic today of just simple thing that we can do to overall improve our health and vitality. You bet well. That was our third number one best seller, believe it or not, and we really that was written. Kind of sounds crazy by speaking into a voice recorder on a cell phone. So when I talk about it being the
word of God, I mean really it was. It was a wild experience and it just started and never stopped, and then we got it transcribed and buffed it up a little bit. But what that one is is it goes right back at the beginning, the beginning of time in the book of Genesis, where God scripted it out. He had the earth and the animals and mankind there, and they had guard and we were eating well, and there was no sickness and disease. So what was God's intent? And that's what
I want to go back to in that book? And we do. We lay it out there and then we go well, while went wrong? And what went wrong was very simply is we started focusing on with health of this serpent, the enemy devil, you know, Satan. We started focusing on the things that we shouldn't be doing instead of the abundance that we had. So he wantedus to focus on that one tree, that one thing that we didn't need to do while we had all the rest of the whole garden to
have at it. And he got us to believe that God was holding something out on us. And he convinced Adam and Eve, like he convinced many people today, to take one bite, and could that be one bite of something that gets you off an addictive land of food? Can that be one bite of something that gets you off and other addictions like gambling or pornography, or drugs or alcohol. Could that be that one bite? It is?
And he always tries to get us to take one bite. And so that book lays out what went wrong, where it went wrong, and how we're supposed to restore that. It's very simple to read and probably one of my favorite books that we've written, just because of the sim implicity of it and
the sensibility of it. So that's one that I think would sort of spur some good conversation about, you know, with pastors and even churches on why we're having donut ministries, you know, because you see in the front of that book has a has a donut tree, right, And so I got it from good sources. I asked God himself, where there any donut trees in the garden of Eden? And I got a good chuckle an affirm no, exactly, there's no donut garden, donut trees in the garden of Eaton.

Yes, we have to have water to live. Our bodies are sixty five percent water, just like the earth is. Go figure, wow, does that not give you
chills? Right to think about it? Totally? Yeah, when we drink that water, if we can bring hydrogen in there, it can reduce inflammation, it can reduce free radicals, and it can be calm, calm and peace to the cells. So I don't know how better we can get to those two tips, and we need that more today. Dan. If we're stuck and just locked into what's next in the news, it's going to lock us in, all right. It's like locking into a self imposed prison.
And you have an incredible water hydration device as well that we can talk about real quick. I know that you probably have it on your desk right now. I drink this every day. This is you know, forgive me for sound like an infomercial, but this is trude man. So my desk, you know, live. right, I mean, of course you want to be replaning. We want to be hydrating with lots and lots of water as one of your tips, but not all water is necessarily created equal. No, get your water filtered, you know, the reverse hous most is my favorite, and there's a lot of little portable filters. One can get it from a hardware store to pull on your fountain. They're already on your pictures in your in your house. Or you can get an indoor filter system where's pretty good. We have
one, or you can I buildrin water too. But the cool thing about this is when I drink this, it reduces not just the inflammation the pree radicals, but it can bing self respond in a younger manner, so, you know, just cheers to being young or older. I guess I suppose. But it's really important to really you've got yours too. It's important to do the right things that are simple. Yeah, I'm a big believer in
the kiss principle. Keep it simple, selling, you know, Yes, And what we talked about is learning to redefine stress, understand the addiction stress, getting outside and getting away from it all, and then filling your body with the water, which is life.
