¶ 風邪をひいてしまった

¶ 風邪の治し方とサプリメント
私はビタミンを取ってお茶を飲んでたくさん水を飲みますね熱はなかったので仕事は 普通にしていました運動はしたかったですができませんでしたネットフリックスを見たり 動画を編集したりしました風の時は大変ですよねあのやる気があまり出ませんよね でも早く風邪を治すためにゆっくり休まなければいけませんよねあとグルタミン というサプリメントを知っていますかよく筋トレをしている人はグルタミンを飲んでいるかもしれません 風邪の時は免疫が弱いですねグルタミンは免疫を強くすることができるらしいです だから私はいつもよりたくさんグルタミンを飲みました。いつも私は風邪をひくとき1週間ぐらい風邪をひきます。
