春と日本語ポッドキャスト22初心者 元気1レベル朝のルーティーンモーニングルーティーン どうもこんにちは。日本語教師のしゅんです。今はここは午前8時です。このポッドキャストの原稿を作っています。 皆さんは朝起きて何をしますか?最近よくYouTubeでモーニングルーティーンを見ますね今日は よろしくお願いします。皆さんは 朝のルーティーンがありますか実は私は決まった朝のルーティーンはありませんでした でもある日YouTubeでビリオネアのモーニングルーティーンを見ました本当に面白かったので私も 始めることにしましたまず朝起きて水を飲んでベッドメイキングをします

朝起きてまず成功を体験することはとても大切で一日のモチベーションが上がります そして10分間ぐらい瞑想をしますマインドフルネスの瞑想です私はインサイトタイマーと 私の生徒がこのアプリについて教えてくれましたとても使いやすくていいですよ おすすめですその後2分間だけ運動をします腹筋や腕立て伏せなど簡単な 運動です覚えていますか腹筋腕立て伏せ前のポッドキャストで勉強しましたね そして軽い運動の後冷たいシャワーを浴びます正直最初は好きじゃなかったです でもシャワーの後は本当に気持ちがいいですシャワーを浴びて歯を磨いて着替えて コーヒーを入れながら、ポッドキャストの原稿を考えて書きます。
¶ ルーティーン後の活動と効果
今私はそうしていますねその後はまあ日によりますね大抵朝は日本語のクラスをします クラスがないときは最近は日本語の新しいコンテンツについて考えたり編集したり スペイン語を勉強したりジムに行って運動をしたりしますこれが私の朝のルーティンですね 今このルーティーンを2週間ぐらいしました朝はエネルギーが一番あるので朝することは とても大切だと思います前は朝は起きてスマートフォンを見たりYouTubeを見たりしていました でも今は朝のルーティーンが終わるまでスマートフォンはできるだけ見ません。 と続けて皆さんにこのルーティンで何が変わったか話したいですね 言行実はある日 いつか is one day for the future 成功 体験 体験 瞑想 インサイトタイマーというアプリを知っていますか?
