Two killed in Manchester synagogue attack

Met Police chief Sir Mark Rowley says the sexist and racist police behaviour uncovered by BBC secret filming, broadcast yesterday, is "reprehensible", but stopped short of saying these problems were institutional. And, two people from the Jewish community were killed and four patients are in hospital after a car and stabbing attack took place at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Manchester this morning.
