EP 7. EMOTIONAL CAPACITY

I experienced emotional capacity before actually being aware of what I was experiencing. In the midst of discerning wether to respond or react , I googled what I was feeling to make sense of it all. I came upon emotional capacity and it described what I felt perfectly. I had a conversation with my partners on how we choose to react and respond in regards with our emotional capacity.
