Laura Wesley (she/they) spent 20 years as an intrapreneur, change leader and executive in the federal public service. Their curiosity led them through six federal departments in Ottawa, which is built on unceded Algonquin territory. While completing a Master’s degree at Concordia University they learned to host conversations that enable deep connections to form. They continue to learn and unlearn, including the ways in which they have been conditioned to see the world as a white settler. Laura offers facilitation, coaching, workshop design, and training.
