Chuck Cary, a 13-year Major League Pitcher, might be one of the most successful salesmen in the history of real estate responsible for over $7 Billion in sales throughout the US, Caribbean, and Mexico. A California free spirited athlete, a Cal Berkeley grad, who oversaw real estate projects in Destin, Florida; The Caribbean; Los Cabos, Mexico; and Kohanaiki, Hawaii while working for firms like Intrawest; Sotheby’s; IMI Worldwide Properties and Kennedy Wilson. He discusses “the importance of creating a team atmosphere. You build your team and then work your ass off.” Oh yea, did I mention that Chuck also played Professional Baseball as a MLB pitcher for the Tigers, Braves, Yankees, White Sox and the Tokyo Yomiuri Giants.
