There may not be a finer person than Buck Showalter who is an accomplished Major League Baseball manager winning the distinguished award of MLB Manager of the Year four times with four different teams; New York Yankees, Texas Rangers, Baltimore Orioles, and the New York Mets. Buck talks about his early years; growing up in small town Century, Florida; the impact his father had on him building life relationship skills, “the guts he had to be a father”; the hope and new beginnings that Spring Training brings; some of his philosophy on life, “treating people with that golden rule”.
