Larry Schmittou is a sports Legend. He was my baseball "Coach" in college and Vanderbilt  had winning teams long before the Corbin Era under Schmittou.  Coach started from humble beginnings coaching in youth baseball leagues in Nashville, TN and later moving to High School and soon College as a request to help build the Vanderbilt baseball program beginning with only one scholarship in the mid 70's . Coach Schmittou later founded the Nashville Sounds Minor League team and his efforts were the beginning of Professional sports teams in Nashville.  His genius in marketing landed him a job as head of marketing for the Texas Rangers. His life lessons catapulted him to own a minor league team in every league at one point. He now runs an empire of bowling centers in four states. His talents have awarded him deserving recognition with hall of fame honors at Vanderbilt, Tennessee Sports Hall of fame many  other baseball awards. Hosted by Scotti Madison
