Which really sucks, because I love being judgemental - it’s one of my most favorite things.
And here’s what is sneaky about being judgmental towards others. We think it’s something they deserve, something that’s hurting them, without realizing it is destroying us from the inside out.
In today’s episode, we are going to talk about what judging is, why we do it, why it’s a joy killer and why we’re gonna stop so we can live these freaking lives to the fullest without wasting precious moments on trivial, meaningless, joy sucking things.
