Turns out we're all suffering but here are a few ways to clear brain fog, at least for a while.

The new normal has changed the way we do our meetings. What we need now is a guidebook to avoid the pitfalls. So, here you go.
Why has it taken me over a month to do a new episode? Here's why.
September 11th. A date that marks both the start of my radio career at WALK and what-felt-like the end of the world. Behind the scenes on a morning radio show, any given day and then the days after disaster.
Jim's radio work has quieted down, but the ShamWOW guy sent a gift! More bandmates missing music as Clutch and the guys report from the high seas. And then crank up the volume as the episode and season 2 ends with a great tune guaranteed to lift your spirits (from one of last summer's Bobby Nathan Band gigs).
I hear ya, sister. Got that low grade depression over here too. My best defense? Oreo cookies.
This time, we're checking in with some musicians. Drummer James Benard, sax player Mikey Vitale and singer Conor Hanley. Normally they'd all be too busy gigging to take time to talk, but this is the new normal and they've all got some time. Good news for us, not so much for them. Both Mikey and Conor are sharing their talents on YouTube, so check them out. But first, listen to how their lives are going now.
Listening in on David, Jen, Adele and Bernie... all sorting through and sometimes learning there can be new ways to look at life. Want to share your take? Write it up or record on your phone and send it to me at cindy@cindyclifford.com.
Listening in on Leer, Elizabeth, Marc, Lynn, Brett... all sharing the view from where they are.... not just in Hollywood, Huntington, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Boston... or just off the air... but where they are in their lives. And if you want to share your take, hit record on your phone or write it out and email to Cindy@Cindyclifford.com. We're all in this together even though it's not the same for any two of us. Weird times.
Here's how it's looking from where I'm sitting... But how about you? If you feel like sharing, leave me a message at anchor.fm/itsmecindy/message.
The comfort of (too much) food. Plus yet another idea for curbing stress and boosting happiness (can we have too many? I don't think so....)
Even in times of trouble, there are bright spots to be found.
Lessons, memories, excuses and a few great role models, in honor of the one day a year moms get a little glory.
Checking in to see how you're holding up and offering a couple of ideas and observations on slugging through this crazy misadventure.
More ways to combat stress include seeing faces, soaking and sobbing your heart out.
Ahhhh. My backyard chimes and birds team for this calming soundtrack. A bonus companion to the Coping with Corona series.
It's me, with tips on coping with isolation from an article by Astronaut Scott Kelly.
Fuzzy bathrobes, hot baths and dozens of more ideas to soothe our jangley nerves.
How Netflix holds your eyeballs, 'special offer' trickery and tales of lost things.
There's something really wonderful about women friends and all the realizations and laughter they trigger.
It’s my multi-purpose go-to word. And what's so funny?
An open letter, one brilliant idea and a very simple explanations for radio groups, corporations and stations. You're welcome.
Sure, today Marc Cartwright's a very successful headshot photographer, branching off to new success as a film director. But he's also smart, insightful, funny and every bit the same sweet guy as when he and my daughter went off to the Junior Prom. Nice that some things (and people) never change. Looking ahead with hope, a plan and a page from Fiona's book.
Big drama at my house as planned obsolescence, too many crap choices and nothing good on TV are getting me thinking I may break up with my cable bill.
From Stand-Up Comic to Warm-Up Guy for Dr. Oz,’ you’d better believe Richie’s got some great stories. Photo: Lisa Finn catching him in the act.

One of the very talented stars of the spectacular/Pub-tacular "The Choir of Man," Conor gives an Irishman's perspective of the significance of Pub life and why this show's homage to the changing landscape is so important. Plus, Irish pride, the connection of strangers and his first big role on stage.
