Episode 42 - The Smiley Face Killer Theory

Josh & Sarah discuss a story that involves hundreds of murders that stretch across multiple states and a 20 year time period! Young College aged men are disappearing later to be found in bodies of water. Authorities rule all these cases as accidental drownings, but 3 men claim that there are too many similarities involving these drownings and that a serial killer or killers are behind these heinous acts. They also claim to have proof that these were homicides and that the killer or killers are leaving behind a Smiley Face as their signature!
