Ashley Marshall is an experienced Asia Pacific business leader in Government and Public Purpose organisations and he is currently the General Manager for Government at Australia Post.
Over his leadership journey Ash has led large scale government transformation programs at both a federal and state level. I have found Ash's capacity to deal with community and business executives at a peer level, while adopting a creative, innovate approach to unlocking solutions show his unique understanding of the political and bureaucratic nature of doing commercial business at the highest levels of government and enterprise. Ash also has a deep passion for his people and the development of his people to be great leaders.
I have been blessed to have worked with Ash for a number of years in an advisory and coaching capacity with him and his people so it was great to be able to get him on the podcast to lift the lid on his leadership journey and the beliefs and mindset he has around his own personal development.
