Michael Oates is my special guest this episode. A senior strategic executive bringing 20+ years of commercial success across Oceania with roles at logistics giant DHL, professional services firm EY and Australia Post amongst others. I have been lucky to work with Michael as my client at both EY and Australia Post and was keen to left the lid on his success and his leadership journey.
