Steph Claire Smith & Laura Henshaw met as two young models who bonded over their struggle with diet & exercise culture and a mutual desire for a healthier, more holistic relationship with food & their bodies.

In 2015, Steph and Laura launched a recipe ebook accompanied by workouts and posts from their social media.

The response saw them realise a gap in the market for a health & wellbeing business model that genuinely empowers people to live a balanced life.  And so, the evolution of Keep It Cleaner began.
