A 70 year-old Illinois man was arrested and charged with a hate crime after allegedly shooting his neighbor several times after several incidents of harassment and attempted intimidation which included yelling racial slurs at the racially blended family, firing his gun in his yard, and tossing fireworks between the homes, according to the neighbor's son. Donald John's former "fixer", attorney Michael Cohen, testifies in "hush money" trial.
