July 10th, 2016, in Lano, Texas Jason McCombs was accused of swerving across the double yellow line on Rt. 71 hitting Roland and Perry Greeves and resulting in their deaths. Jason was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault and 1 count of manslaughter. But why? This was an accident, so why manslaughter? Jason had some low levels of morphine in his body and may have been on his phone. BUT the evidence was seriously flawed. IS he innocent or guilty?
