The West Bow Wizard of Edinburgh

Taking place in today's Victoria Street, (Edinburgh, Scotland), there is no such story as dark as the tale of Major Thomas Weir, known in history of the West Bow Wizard. Weir, in his day, a renowned preacher suddenly confessed to his congregation horrific sins including incest, witchcraft and beastiality. His confession led to his shocking public demise, as well as his sister Jean’s. Their house was later known as "the most haunted house in Scotland", and to this day harbours the ghosts of sinners past.
