Kona Race Preview

When this episode airs, we will be six weeks from the women’s World Championship in Kona. This race preview covers everything, from heat training to packing to best food spots in Kona, and then of course, we go into the race! Amy and Angela will both be in Kona this year to race and as race support, and to celebrate women in sport. Lots of great info in here, and a few surprises, as usual.
