And if I don't have breakfast, I'll take a U Bicknell with my lunch because sometimes they just give breakfast. To be honest with I like to fast sometimes until about one or two
o'clock. I did that a couple of times a week. And you know, let me give you a tip if you want to lose weight and you want to lose that, don't eat exercise first, and I'll tell you why. Right. But let's get back to this um So at the max Plank Institute, they did a study in people at my age, you know, seventies and eighties. I'm gonna be seventy in February. I'm gonna blink alb you seventy. Okay, that's how it
cost. At the max Plank Institute, they took people in their seventies and eighties and gave them either a placebo, which once again is an inactive substance, or they gave them two hundred milligrams of a high quality trans rest Virtual, which is what I sew I sell trans rest Virtual. died of a massive heart attack and he was just sixty. But I think that was because he had a broken heart because we moved from Ireland to America and he just couldn't adapt. And Ireland, he was an engine. Here in Ireland, he was making a great living. He had a million friends. We came to America, they had no friends. All of a sudden, he was working in the A and P. Because you know, you can't come to American you're automatically an engineer. You have to go through the
rigamar role. And he was already like fifty nine at that point. He just said, you know, I can't do it. So but he died of a heart attack. Amiss of heart attack, and I don't want a heart attack. And I'm going you know, I'm going to be seventy and I'm strong, and I exercise, and you know, am I healthy?
Yeah? I think I am. And that's that's important. Your perception of your health is an important thing because you know, we have that like sixth cents where we know if something's going wrong with our body, that's real, that's been proven to be real. And I feel that my body is like I'm going to be around until I'm in my at least mid eighties, at least mid eighties. So yeah, I have to take care of myself. So one way I take care of myself, as krill oil. Yeah,

they probably don't have inflammation. But diabetes causes so much inflammation. It hollows out your bones, so you're more likely to get a hip fracture. It damages your kidneys, It damages your eyes, It damages your heart, It damages your brain, damages you're hearing, damages everything, your skin. So you know, something like kryl helps head off that kind of inflammation. People with rheumatoid arthritis, they usually die for the inflammation because it triggers a stroke
or a heart attack. People with systemic lupus or arithmatosis, they have that inflammation. That's what those diseases are all about. But the normal aging process causes inflammation. The body gets disruptive and it's breaking down and nothing's working as efficiently as it should be. But the good news is fight back. One way to fight back is krill oil. It's called CRP ce reactor protein. We don't know what CRP is, but we know it signifies inflammation, So we don't know if CRP is something that hurts you or it's just telling you you're inflamed. So when you're inflamed, you release CRP from the liver, and the doctors look at a special type of CRP called HSCRP highly sensitive CRP, because they could detect inflammation in your heart with that. And at one time, my HSCRP and I don't know why. I think it might be because I just got over a cold.
My HSCRP was like two and a half and I go, what the heck, this can't be happening. And then I had to check a month later and it was down to zero point seven. So it was due to my cold, due to the infection. So it was a temporary click up in the level of my HSCRP. So why is that important If your HSCRP is frequently elevated all the time. Let's say, so that's quite chronically elevated. It's clogging your heart. You're developing heartening at the arteries, atherosclerosis,
arterio sclerosis. You're developing clogged arteries, especially in your heart. And if it's really high, like it's over free, not only are you clogging your heart, which is the biggest killer on the planet. It's called coronary heart disease. Not only are you clogging your heart, but the clogging is inflamed and it's likely to rupture and cause a stroke or heart attack. So you want your HSCRP below one, and krill is probably the best thing for lowering
HSCRP. Along with exercise, sleep, and a great diet. Those are lowering, but krill does a great job lowering HSCRP. So one thing krill does it helps prevent the heart from racing and taking pressure off the heart. A second thing Krill does it lowers HSCRP, which is long term. Elevates HSCRP can lead to a stroke or heart attack. And the other thing krill lowers the risk of sudden cardiac death and cardiac arrest. There was a player
on the Buffalo Bill's football team season, strong guy, unbelievable athlete. He got hit in the chest during one of the scrimmages during the game, actually during one of the plays, and he suffered from cardiac arrest. His heart stopped. But he's on a football field with is a bunch of doctors and he was fine. They saved him. You know, they have all the equipment there for restarting the heart, etc. But most people they don't have
that. Most people who have cardiac arrest die because unless you're in a hospital or sitting with a cardiologist, or you're like a football player and there's somebody did with those paddles they put on your chest to restart your heart, the heart doesn't restart. So about three hundred thousand, three hundred and thirty thousand Americans die each year because their heart suddenly stopped. What's probably the number one
thing to prevent that anything to do with high quality fishuals. So eating high quality fish like like ocean quote salmon, taking fish or capsules, or taking krill oil capsules. So it krill does three things for the heart and helps prevent arrhythmia. Isn't a racing heart takes stress off the heart, It lowers HSCRP and the heart something that shows your heart's inflamed that can lead destruction heart attacks eventually, and it helps prevent sudden cardiac death. But you also need
krill in your brain. There's a bunch of things in krill that the brain needs for the memory to work because there's a type of colin and krill that gets it to your brain very easily and efficiently. Coline is a bee vitamin, but most collins. Yeah, they'll help your muscles and your heart and will and your liver. They're great for your liver, but they can't get into your brain. They kind of bounce off the blood brain barrier and krill.
There's a form of coline called phosphatatl coline that the brains, so the brain allows it in. And what does phosphatatl colin do. It's responsible for brain energy. And I can remember who wrote the book I'm reading and all these things. I mean, why is there such a difference. That's because I'm taking care of myself. I sleep, I exercise. Exercise is
so essential. Great diet, plus all the extras for the diet, like a little bit of dark chocolate or coco, some green tea, you know, seeds and nuts, all these things. But I take certain supplements and they improve your big They restore you back to a more functional, more youthful you. That's the whole concept here. I'm more youthful, more vigorous,
more life enjoying you a real presence. Right. So the creatine monohydrate is something that resupplies phosphol creatine to your muscles so that if you're doing something like lifting weights or kayaking or moving things, you have more strength, you can go longer.
