talk about any product. So I'd like to discuss the stuff that I take because these are really useful, advantageous supplements for people over the age of fifty to take, and especially people over the age of sixty or sixty five.

I mean, it's just these are just fabulous supplements and they're key to ongoing good health, whether it's lowering the risk of a heart attack, lowering the risk of a stroke, protecting the memory, giving you energy, helping you sleep, regardless, these are excellent supplements, so I have to start it off with my concoction. I take a concoction frequently, pretty much every day.

I mix a supplement called active HX with powdered collagen with creatine monohydrate, and this gives benefit to every single cell in my body, every single organ and system, whether it's mental health, energy, strength, endurance, heart health, it's all covered here. I mean, this is fantastic infect If you did just these three in a multi vit adam and you'd be way ahead of other people in your age group if you're over the age of fifty.

So active HX is beta hydroxy beta methyl butyrate, which can be abbreviated HMB h is and Harry Amazon Michael b as In Boy. HMB is what protein is converted into, especially in amino acid called leucine, to give muscle health. And this is really important because starting our in our fifties, our muscles tend to deteriorate. Now, of course, you fight back by exercising and eating a wholesome diet rich in protein and antioxidants. Yeah, like fruits and

vegetables. So HMB spares our muscles. So let me go into that very quickly, because it really is key. We go through a process of muscle loss really kind of starting in our forties if we don't watch it, if we don't exercise, but it accelerates in our fifties, it really takes off in our sixties, and it's a disaster by the time we're in our seventies.

It could be called circlopenia, which is severe loss of strength and muscle, and of course this sets you up for becoming fragile and all those diseases of aging coming into your life, including a broken hip and a broken wrist, et cetera. So you want to maintain your strength. Muscle is a reservoir for energy. It's important for our immune system, it's important for controlling our blood sugar muscle. People with a lot of muscle, if they have

a serious condition, tend to survive much better. Like you know, have you ever heard of doctor say they'll be okay, they're young and strong. Well, young and strong is key, right, So muscle keeps you younger. I mean, there's no better way to fight aging than exercise, and HMB is a great assistance for exercise. They've done studies and hospitalized lead people and they see if somebody's in bed for two weeks or more, they lose strength, they lose muscle, and they generally don't get it all back.

It's hard to get it all back. So what they found is if they give bed ridden older people, people over the age of sixty the HMB, and we call that active HX, it keeps you active, it keeps you going. Okay, if you take the HMB in your bed ridden you don't lose the muscle. You maintain the muscle. You might lose a little bit. You might lose a little strength, but nowhere near you would have lost.

So if you were in bed with a broken hip or some kind of back problem and you took the HMB, it helps you keep your muscle. That's a really important point because it's hard to recover your muscle as you're older because the muscle repair pathways get damaged by the way. Green tea can help restore those muscle repair pathways. So that's another trick I use. I'm drinking green tea before I actually so activ HX is my really an important advantage I

have over people who don't take it. Where it keeps me strong. And let me tell you, I go to the gym. I walk miles every day, I ride my bike, I lift weights, pickleball, kayaking. I do all these things. Not an issue for me. Not an issue for me. So active HX is the HMB that's actually used in human clinical trials. It really works. Now. The second thing I put in there, and I put in a shaker and I add like like clean water,

high quality water. I don't use the tapwater because my tapwater tastes terrible. Oh it's horrible. So I put in the active HX two little scoops because they're tiny scoops. So I put two little scoops, and then I put a scoop into collagen. Because collagen is what you're made out of. So where the activ HX is specific for muscle, collagen makes up most of your body. It's the second most common ingredient in the human body after water.

You know, water helps you make blood or the fluids in your brain, et cetera. And so the collagen is converted. It's very useful. It has this helix structure that the body can twist and turn and use for different tissues. So somebody odd tissues that collagen is used for that you may not know of. Is the protective barrier in your brain to keep toxins out of

your brain. Protect the barrier, and your brain tends to break down with age and things Molecules get into your brain, and things get into your brain. They can damage your brain. That increases with age. But getting collagen, the immune system in the brain can use that to knit together what we call the blood brain barrier to help keep these toxins out of the brain. So that's the first thing. The second thing is the lining of your blood

vessels. One of the reason reasons we get into trouble and the cardiovascular system with age is we have less collagen to create the layers of our blood vessels. There's three layers to our blood vessels, so you need collagen for that to create the cells that create your blood vessels. A third use that you might not know of is the lining of your intestines. The lotting of your intestines is getting insulted every second by bacteria and toxins et cetera, and free

radicals and oxygen. So when you get the collagen, it helps you recreate your intestines because your intestines heal very rapidly. The filters in your kidney are made out of collagen. The valves in your heart are made out of your collagen. But you know, so is the tissue in your nose and your ears. Your skin is seventy percent collagen. Basically, your skin is collagen attached to high aluronic acid. So if you have no collagen, there's no

place for the high alluronic acid to attach itself to. Who make good, lustrous, healthy, young looking, wrinkle free skin because they've shown in adults using our collagen, the invite collagen pep. to make bone, they don't work as well. So collagen is a tool for helping to prevent ostroporosis or to even rebuild bone until lower your risk of having a fracture because collagen also gives bone the ability to absorb a shock, like if you hit your arm and there's enough collagen. Collagen allows the bone to absorb the shock because it prevents the bone from getting rigid and stiff. Older bones that are lacking calcium in collagen get rigid and stiff, and it's

easy to fractionure them. It's either to chip them. So with the collagen you have that absorption of the force to help prevent a fraction. But the collagen also makes you join tissue. The cartilage in your joint is what prevents the bones from rubbing together. So when they say bone on bonus, because the cartilage is gone. The cartilage is sixty seven percent collagen, and this type of collagen is reworked by the body to create all different tissues. Ligaments

and tendons are made out of collagen. Spinal tissue, your spinal joints called faster joints that hold your spinal vertebrae together. Your spinal vertebrae the disks in between them all of those are usually dependent on collagen. So collagen makes your skin and related tissues like your nails and your hair. So you nails in here will look better too, you younger. It makes you bone. It's a key ingredient for bone. It makes your joint tissue. I mean,

it's so important. So every day I'm getting collagen, a scoop of collagen, and then a third ingredient. And this is really key. And if you had asked me about this ingredient five years ago, I would have had a completely different opinion on it. It's called creatine monohydrate. So I'm discussing the nutrients I use, which are very important for people over the age

of fifty. Don't get me wrong, somebodys have benefits for much younger people too, But this is a great format for me to explain why I use certain supplements because they're going to be good for you. They're basically going to be good for everybody listening who's over the age of fifty, which is probably ninety five percent of listening dings. Okay, So I'm talking about my shake that I make in the morning. And when I say shake, I'm not

putting any cream or anything in there. I'm putting water. I use the active HS for my muscle to maintain my muscle and my strength. It's research quality. In fact, it's been used in many clinical trials published in medical journals. Research quality HMB hydrox methyl buttery. And then I spoke about our collagen. So those two things were in to shake. The collagen helps create my body. It keeps my boy young, ke's my skin young. It's good for my hair, my nails, my bones, my joints, all

over the body is used. It makes up over thirty percent of your body to collagen. And then the last thing is creatine monohydrate that I put in the shake. And the creatine is a super powerful age defying nutrient. And I said, it re establishes the phosphor creatine creatine cycle in your muscles to give your muscles and door runs. This is real. But it's also dependent on creatine monohydrate. So to make things function in the brain, you need a process called methylation. So

I'm going to try and make this as simple as possible. Methylation is certain B vitamins like FALL eight and B twelve and B six. Methylation is methionine and amino acid and semi acidenosyl methionin. So if you don't have enough creatine for your brain, which happens in people over the age of sixty. We're making less creatine and we're eating fewer creatine rich foods. If you don't have enough creatine, you use up all the methylation and what happens well, you

can become depressed. There's a huge connection between inadequate creatine in the brain and depression, and creatine is very promising to help people with depression. So if you lack creatine, one of the first things that happens in the brain is you start to get poor mood, you start to get mental issues of depression. And in fact, they've shown now in studies that a person on an antidepressant, the antidepressants don't always work well, but when you add creatine monohydrate,

the antidepressant structure really work much more effectively. And this happens within the first couple of weeks. And some people just take creatine monohydrate and it helps them with depression. So older people who are prone to mood changes and depression taking creatine is very good for their mood, and that includes me. The second thing is brain energy. The creatine creates phospho creatine that allows us to use the currency for energy called ATP much more efficiently. It recycles it because

we're using up a treminous amount of ATP. If we didn't have phospho creatine in the brain, we'd use up all our ATP within less than a minute, we'd have zero brain energy. So the phospho creatine recycles the ATP for our brain energy. So besides mood, in our older brain, creatine monohydrate is great for brain energy. And like I said, a lot of people are sitting around watching poorly done TV shows because they're lacting creatine because they don't

have brain energy. They don't have brain it's not their body. The body is plenty of energy, they don't have brain energy. Now, the other thing is I looked at a whole bunch of studies and if you look at the data, creatine doesn't really help memory in young people unless they're vegan. If they're vegan, it helps their memory because they're not getting creatine in a vegan diet. The's not eating eggs and chicken and you know, salmon and

stuff like that. So vegans, even if they're young, if they take creatine monohydrate and you don't need that much. One scoop a day, which is a teaspoon, it helps their memory. But people over sixty creatine helps memory. So if you look at a normal, healthy person who's an omnivore, who's like forty five, creatine doesn't really do anything for their memory. But if you look at somebody over the age of sixty, a scoop of creatine every day is very good for their memory. So here's what creatine does

for the memory. One for the brain. One brain energy, which almost everybody over sixty complains about a little bit of energy. They mean brain energy. They have plenty of body energy, they don't have brain energy, so creatine is great for their brain energy. Mood. If you lack creatine and you're older, you're much more likely to get the blues. You're much more

like And I don't mean music. I love the blues music for you know, like from places like Memphis, but I'm talking about the blues like depression that age related kind of doldrooms. And the other thing is memory and older people. So that's my shake, and I really recommend it. If you're over the age of sixty, a scoop of creatine monohydrate. We have research

quality creatine monohydrate, very pure stuff. Our collagen has been used in research the scope of our collagen and two tiny scoops of active h X, which is also used. So all three of these are used in human clinical trials by major academic research institutions and double blind, place controlled, gold standard human clinical trials that to publish the medical journals, so you can't go wrong. Now, the next thing, you need a good MULTI when you're older.

When you're old, you know, a young person, a multi is good for their energy, but it's not going to do much more for them. So you know, if you have this brain intensive, focus intensive kind of job, like an IT person or a mathematician, and you're twenty five, a multi vitamin can give the brain a spark and it can make a difference.

But when you're older, multi vitamin is almost life saving. They've shown in big human clinical trials like the Physicians Health Study and the Health Professionals Health Study, where all the people who take a MULTI they're less likely to have cancer, they're less likely to have vision problems like cataracts, they're much less likely to have a stroke or a heart attack. But it's great for their brain, it's great for their heart, it's great for their energy and endurance.

All the people need a MULTI, and you're not going to get a better MULTI than ours because we do something really important and you're multi. A lot of us older people are under methy laters. We have trouble activating our melotonin, so we have sleep problems. You need to methylate melatonin aromee will work. We have trouble methylating our hormones for our metabolism, you know,

like our thyroid hormone. We have trouble methylating neurotransmitters in the brain, which course there's all kinds of problems in the brain, including lack of focus, memory issues, mood disturbances. So in our MULTI, we made sure that we put the forms of B vitamins in there that restore methylation in the body of older adults, people over the age of sixty. Methylation seems to decline

in older people, and poor methylation is a disaster. It's harder to protect yourself from cancer, it's harder to regulate the brain, it's harder to create, and everything suffers. Everything suffers. So we have methyl tetrahydrofoliated in there. Multise have follic acid, which is cheap stuff. It's cheap stuff,

and a lot of people can't utilize it, especially older people. And if you don't, if you can't chase the folic acid into the active form, which is methyl tetrahydrofolate, you can't protect yourself from Alzheimer's because a substance in your brain, a metabolite called homocystein, will increase which is like acid in the brain and eats a way to brain tissue that kills brain cells and it increases your risk of not just depression, but Alzheimer's disease dramatically. So because

we've put methyl tetrahydrofolate in our MULTI, you don't have that issue. So we have the active foling And the second thing we have that's active is methyical balomin, a form of B twelve that's really key to brain health and neurological functions in the brain, so the brain gets messages and works quickly. Methical balomin forms all the different forms of B twelve like Cobama mind, so you don't have to worry about B twelve if you get our MULTI. But we

also have in there lutine research quality loutine. These are research quality ingreetings. The lutine in our multice comes from marigold flowers. It gets into the eyes of the brain. In the brain, it protects the brain from the effects of aging. I do a tremendous amount of reading for research, and my eyes get tired. I'm on the computer for hours, and I just love it. I mean, it keeps my brain the lutine. If I take a lutine, my tired eyes go away and my

tired brain goes away. It's just amazing. So lutine is needed for good vision, and it's harder for people to obs You are lutine from food. As you grow older, lutines and like green leafy vegetables and corn and stuff like that. It's hard for you to absorb lutin from your food. As you get older. By getting a lutin and a multi, you're making up for that and a help maintain an agile while functioning brain and vision health.

So there's a lot of things that are multi you're not getting in other multis. So what I'm doing here is covering nutrients that I think are really important for people over at age of fifty or sixty. I mean it basically must have. And one of them is ubiq win wall. You could take regular Cohenson Q ten. It's a super well known nutrient. It was discovered in finn to seek times in Japan a Japanese researcher, so I think early twentieth century, like nineteen ten or something. But a great deal of research went on in Texas and our ubiqu when all comes from Texas Kanika, a Japanese company. After all, they discovered coq ten

and the human body and in all other living organisms. They make it in Texas where the line's share of ubiquinyl research took place in the fifties and sixties and seventies, and ubiquin all makes it easier for you to create energy out of food. I mean, that's what it does. It gets deep within the cell. It gets right inside the cell, very intimate. Most things don't get inside the cell, but ubiquinal gets inside the cell and cleans it

out. It cleans the free radicals out. See have a Loger cell life, and a Loger cell life adds up to prolonged health and prolonged energy and prolonged life span. So the ubikonal cleans out the free radicals from deep inside the cell a part of the cell called the mitochondria. You know, depending on the part of the body, your mitochondria. Your cells are a load of with mitochondria according to their needs. So high energy organs have more mitochondria.

Mitochondria is where you convert sugar into energy, so it's inside the cell. So like a brain cell or a heart cell, skin cell, and testino cell, they have a huge amount of these mitochondria. And ubiquinyl allows them to function, It keeps them going. So the ubique all allows you to use sugar for energy and cleans the free radical side of the cell. So what does the research say, Well, the research says it helps offset

physical fatigue in older people. It's great for muscle conditioning, it's great for muscle endurance, muscle strength. Not only aging takes away our ubique wall, which is the active form of coenzone q ten. Coenzon q ten is not active until you convert it into ubiquin all, and not everybody does that very well. That's why we have depletion of ubiquin wall. As we grow older, it gets harder. We're less effiicient at converting coqi ten to ubiquenl,

so we tend to get fatigue and lose stamina, lose endurance. It's very easy to study that. Just if you're sixty five, get on the basketball quote with a twenty year old and you'll see what I mean. But a major reason for a drop in stamina and endurance and performance is a drop in a conversion of cocient to ubiquinal. So it's easy to get around that by giving you ubiquiny and ubiqul is absorbed the coast to every so on the body

and it's utilized for energy and health and endurance. So do human clinical trials show that in older people it helps get a fatigue and the people with like Gulf War syndrome, it helps them with fatigue. People post matic stress disorder, it might be a little beneficial. That's a different story. That's a whole different bowl game. All the people it helps us with fatigue, all the people it helps us get back into our game. All the people it

helps protect us from heart attacks and strokes and heart failure and dying. People have had a heart attack, it helps keep them alive. That's what the un clinical trial show. You got listen. If you have damage to your heart, you could be on the best drugs and they will help keep you alive. It depends on the kind of heart condition, whether it's a beta blocker or you know, certain diuretics that aldosterone spring diuretics or different drugs.

But the thing is adding you biquin wall is further insurance that you're going to stay alive. So ubikonel is very important for people who've had heart damage at any age, whether they had twenty or forty or ninety. It's very good for people over the age of fifty or sixty for energy and stamina and endurance and physical performance. It's very good for in older people, helping prevent a stroke or a heart attack in older people. So ubiquenol is something I take

every day. We have one hundred and twenty milligram. We add ANYDH to it. Any DH is a molecule made out of vitamin B three that is very important for recycling energy. It recycles to ubick When all so do, ubiquenol last longer. So when you're older, it's hard to take coke ten and convert it into ubiqu When all taking ubickenol, you got around that problem and you have more stamina, energy. Your performance is better, but your

heart is better. So it's really really good. It's a very important supplement. Your muscle performs better. Wall muscles. Now another thing I take, which I believe is extremely important for older people. You know, probiotics are important, Okay, and you can eat fermented foods and get some probiotics. But we have probiotic strains that have been used in human clinical trials that increase levels of hundreds of different beneficial bacteria. So, these probiotics are good for

women's breasts. They clean toxins and chemicals adible women's breasts. They're important for women's vaginal tissue to help prevent east infections. They're important to prevent urinary attract infections in women. They're important for anybody who gets stomach cramps after eating or gaseous or bloating. They're important for anybody with editable Boll syndrome. They've been studied in people with editible bosano. They help assuage the symptoms of veritable ol

syndrome. They're good for people who are chronically constipated or who have diarrhea. They're good for anybody who's been on antibiotic. So our probatic are research determined. I don't take them every day. Initially I did to really help with my immune system, my allergies, and my digestive issues. I had problems with all three. So and I'll give you some benchmarks. And one of the manifestations in diabetes of not having enough ubiquenol is increased likelihood of damage to the kidneys, increased likelihood of damage to the heart, increased likelihood of damage to the eyes and the brain. People with diabetes have to have ubicwe people over sixty really should be on ubiquinal and certainly over seventy. So I just wanted to clarify that. Okay, Now, another product that I think is fundamental to good health and aging people is a well absorbed curcumin.

A well absorbed curculum. Now we have a h a turmeric with ginger powder, and you can add some black pepper to that and you'll absorb that. Okay, you can add some black pepper to that. You'll absorb that. So you could you could. You could take our ginger and turmeric in the morning and add a little lemon juice to it and mix it in if you want yogurt, or mix it in water, put some pepper in there, and you'll absorb that turmeric that's in and you'll get curcumin in your system.

That's a less expensive way of getting turmeric into your brain. I personally take by a Curcumin five blocks. Over the course of my life, I injured my shoulder, my knee, my moniscus, my back, sports and kayaking and these things. So to buy a Kirkman five blocktion is great for pain. I don't have any pain. I don't, but I'm not. That's not believe it or not. That's not the reason I'm taking it.

great for nerve pain, it's great for muscle pain. We have a lot of of dancers who progress through life and they're no longer maybe professional dancing. Maybe they're giving dance lessons or their choreographers, and you know, when you're sixteen, you've been dancing all your life. You've warned things down. people. Older people are antiox defensive mechanisms have declined. These things defend the brain, they defend the entire body, but they're really incredibly important in the brain. don't have a lot of time left. I'm talking about nutrients that I take that really are incredibly beneficial for anybody over fifty and certainly anybody over sixty, and incredibly important for people over seven. So I discuss discussed active HX and creatin, monohydrate and collagen. I discussed a multi vitamin ubiquin all a probiotic biocurrectman five oxen. I eat fish. I happen to love flounder. I

like salmon. There's different fish, grouper. You know. I like fish, but I still take krill every morning to make sure I get really important nutrients out of it. I get the fish shoil.
