It's the start of February, so we're going towards the end of winter. Good stuff there. Now. I take biocurcumen five oxen. It's a supplement. It's two verbs. The active turmeric well absorbed turmeric very high in kircumen, super high in kircument, and a second herb called Frankinson's or Boswellia has
two different names. And reason I take this is for my brain. So some of you will say, well, I take it for my arthritic knee, and yes, it works fantastically for an arthritic knee. It works as well as advil or a leave or celebrates it works that well. But it's really safe, unlike the drugs. It's really safe. In fact, it's really beneficial in many levels. But I don't take it for arthritis. I'm taking it for memory. Now I don't seem to have any issues with memory.
I'm turning seventy on the eleventh, so a little over a week, and I feel great. I mean, I don't jog. I never did. Do I feel like I could jog sometimes I feel like I want, but I never jogged. That does a lot of wonderful things. And a typical day, a bad day, A
bad day for me is eight thousand, nine thousand steps. A good day for me about fourteen thousand steps, which is considerable. I think that's probably going towards six miles from my height and the length of my stride. So I do a lot of walking, but I go to the gym and lift weights and do some aerobic stuff. I play paddle ball. I mean, I do a lot of stuff. So that's great for your brain. But I also take biocaracum in five oxen to ensure that my brain works deep into
old age because I expect to be around for a long time. I feel like a bull. I feel very strong, I feel sharp, I feel very intensely happy and fulfilled. It's wonderful, really enjoying my golden year. All of a sudden, one day you decide to go a different way, so now you're going around. Your brain learns from that and it creates new pathways and new connections between brain cells. Your brain is actually growing. This is like fertilizer for your brain. So the BDNF is needed for plasticity, but it's also reducing
inflammation in the brain. This is very important to understand. Brain inflammation starts to increase at the age of fifty five. Now there are other things that cause inflammation. Alcohol, cigarettes and inhaling, pollution and a really bad diet. They all increase brain inflammation, so does diabetes, so does obesity. So biocurrictmin five blocks and strongly pushes back on brain inflammation in two ways. One it's an anti inflammatory in its own right, just like advil or a
leave, except without causing stomach ulcers. And two it triggers to release a brain rivenotrophic factor, which squashes inflammation in the brain. Because inflammation in the brain increases after the age of sixty dramatically, and it's rampant after the age of seventy, So it's really important to get on biocricmin five locks and take two a day with a meal you picked the meal. It blocks the damaging
effects of stress in your brain. Stress when you're stressed out over money or politics or listening to all the crazy stuff on the news, that shrinks your brain. Well, exercise helps with that. Going outside helps with that. If you could go outside and take walks, it's a very good antidepressant for older people. But also like a fish oil or krill oil, you know, something like that, or eating fish.
Anyone who knows three a fish oil capsule or kryl oil capsule or eating fish, that's great for brain depression. And the biocurcument five loxin is great for brain depression because when you release a BDNF, it's a natural antidepressant in the brain. So even though biocurcumin five loxin is fantastic for back pain or neck pain, or muscle pain or psciatica you know, nerve pain or knee pain you or arthritis pain, it's fantastic for that. I'm actually taking it from
my brain. So that is a key supplement that I take on a daily basis. I take to a day, and I have claxed my wife into taking it. And I mean when you're watching football, right, I mean, how much fun was those games over the weekend, right with Detroit and San Francisco and everybody playing. I mean, it was just so much fun, right, all these wonderful games. Kansas City, I mean, it was
so much fun, Baltimore and there. When you watch those games and you're like chipping off the couch and going, yeah, yeah, that's dopamine. That's really dopamine. So you want some dopamine. You want to feel good about your day. You want to go outside and take a nice deep breath of fresh air and look at the butterflies and say, oh, it isn't life wonderful? Look at what God gave us, Look at what the world is, look at what creation gave us. Look, it's wonderful. I
just enjoy it now. The second thing, you release serotonin properly. When do you want to release serotonin well after a meal, otherwise you're hungry all day. But serotonin also gets rid of depression and helps you with anxiety a little bit. But serotonin keeps you safe. Let's say you went into a dark room. Right If you didn't have serotonin, you'd go rushing around a room, hitting your knee on everything. It's the serotonin that says, oh, we're going into a dark room. I have to be careful now.
So serotonin is really important. And the other thing that alcohol with ala helps you create and release is a setyl coling. That is so cool because acetal colin levels drop with age and you need it for remembering something. So if you remember anything from today's program that I've said that might be new to you, something you didn't already learn, something new to you, the reason you remembered it is acela coling because a seal colin also allowed you to learn.

you start to forget words. You're fumbling for names, you can't rememb in the name of the book, you're reading, what you ate for breakfast, where you went for dinner? We hear you here for invite health. I want to talk about krill oil. I personally take two krill oil every morning at my breakfast. Now. I happen to love fresh fish. I go out to these places on the ocean where they have fresh fish all the time,
and I eat fresh fish like flounder all the time. I just love it. I'm a fish eater, but it has to be really fresh. When you have fresh fish that's grilled or broiled or baked, I mean, it's just the most delicious thing in the world. But I still take the krill because it's so good for the heart in many ways. So let's discuss that. So any three of these are acceptable eating fish, it's fantastic. Not only do you get the fish oyls, but you get some protein,
you get magnesium taking a fish oil capsule. It's a clean one like invite that's fresh. That's fantastic, but a lot officials are not clean and fresh. They smold and krill which is basically always fresh. Now the invite krill. I handpicked that one because there's many human clinical studies published in medical journals. We know what works, we know what helps with arthritis. We know what's great for the liver. We know it's good for the brain and the
eyes and vision. We know it's good for the heart. And that's what we're going to talk about today with krill. Krill is great for the heart. Eating fish is great for the heart. Taking curll is great for the heart. So this is the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, which is a good journal. It's a very good journal. It's the Journal of the American Clinical Nutrition Society. It's a six month study, so that's lots of time, and that's a multi set up, placeuper controlled human clinical trial. So
we call this a well powered study. Plenty of people, plenty of centers, plenty of time. Krill oil helped mild to moderate arthritis. Now that's a good thing. Mild to moderate arthritis, severe arthritis or really moderate arthritis going to buyer Kirkman five oxen. But Krill is fantastic. It's helpful. So if you have mild arthritis, krill might be enough. But now let's
talk about the heart. This is JAMMA Network, Journal of the American Medical Association, Toft University, University of Kansas, and Indiana University, Okay, Journal of the American Medical Association. Krill oil lowered very high triglycerides and it worked with or without statins. So these people at triglycerides over five hundred. Over five hundred, I mean that clogs the heart. That's bad for the brain. That's bad for the lungs and kidneys, but especially for the heart.
To clog the heart, it trigger's heart attacks and strokes. It lowered it by twenty six percent, and you could take it with or without states. Stantons don't lower traglist triglys rides are as dangerous as cholesterol, but nobody's really paying attention to treglis rides. They're just kind of it's like a foster
child that nobody cares about. If you're a forced child, forgive me, I apologize but you always hear those stories about the foster child, that parents pay more attention to the other kids, And I hope that's not true. There's plenty of love in your heart for every child and every person. But let's get back to it. I once thought that love was like an apple pie. You give that person a slice, and there's only many, so
many slices left. It's not like that at all. You realize that when you have your second or third child, you make a whole new pie for that new child. A whole new pie of love gets baked for that new child. It's just wonderful. Same thing with doggies. Okay, let's get triglycerides clogging the heart, and they inflame the heart and they make parts of the cholesterol plaque break off and causes blockage in the brain. Your brain can die, and blockages in the heart you have a heart attack. So the
triglycerides were lowered by twenty six percent. It raised a good cholesterol two points, and it raised a very very bad cholesterol VLDL by ten points. Now, statins don't really lower VLDL. So you get a lot of benefits from the krill that you're not getting from the statin. So I always tell people if you're on a state and add krill to it, it's just an important thing to do. So one thing, one thing krill does is it lowers
triglycerides. Now, there are prescriptions string fish oils, but krill works as good as the prescription string fish oils. It really lowers triglycerids. If you want to lower your triglycera. If your triglycerides are elevated, you want to lower them. They're bad for your liver, They're bad for your heart, They're bad for your circulation, and they contribute to strokes and heart attacks and clogged lotteries. They really inflame you. They're no good. They can destroy
your liver. They can actually lead to liver canser now or liver failure. So you want to lower your triglys rides. What are the best ways? Will? Exercise works, and cutting out sugar and alcohol helps tremendously. You cut out sugar and alcohol, your triglyist rights are going to drop within two or three months, and krill oil they are. You do those three.
You don't need a drug for triglist rights for most people. Some people will, but for most people, your trigonist rights will go to normal, would exercise, a really smart diet and krill oil. So that's the first thing krill does for your heart. It lowers triglyst rides, and that's a really important benefit that most people are not really paying sufficient attention to. Now, the second thing krill does for the heart is it helps keep the heart rate
normal. They found that when you have sufficient fish oils in your heart, fee less likely to develop arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation or ventricular a techy caardia, these nasty things that can cause strokes and heart attacks and just block the circulation of blood from the heart, of pumping of blood from the heart. So
krill gets into the heart muscle very effectively. It's very absorbable, and it helps prevent the heart from getting crazy with its beats, because you don't want crazy heart beats, which become more and more common if you smoke, They become more and more common, if you're overweight, they become more and more common if you're diabetic, and they become more and more common if you're older. So you don't want that. And here's the thing. The amount of
fish oil in your body drops with age. We don't know why. We don't know if it's food choices or it's just harder to absorb. It seems to be harder to absorb the oils from krill. The fish oils are easy for us humans to absorb. Always take it with food, you'll absorb it better. So the krill oil is a sure fire way of getting fish oils
into your heart to help prevent the heart from going crazy. Krill oil is a sure fire way of getting fish oils into your blood to lower triglycerides, to protect your liver, to protect your brain, to protect your heart, to lower your risk of stroke and heart attack. But there's a third thing that krill oil does exceptionally well. And this is the reason why I take krill oil, Because krill oil lowers inflammation in the heart. That's really important.
Who has inflammation in the heart. People with high blood pressure, people with heart disease, diabetics, pre diabetics, people who are overweight, people who don't exercise, people with a bad diet. You know they have like a hamburger and cheeseburger, french fry, milkshake kind of diet. People who smoke, people who inhale pollution, if there's a lot of cars and they inhale that pollution. All those people have inflammation in the heart, but unfortunately,
so do people over the age of sixty. So when you take krill oil, it strongly steps on that inflammation in the heart. So why is that important? That inflammation and the heart can clog the heart and lead to strokes and heart attacks. It's called HSCRP. Krill oil very effectively demolishes HSCRP. Are prevents that inflammation that destroys your heart. That is one other thing that krill oil does. It lowers the risk of sudden cardiac death. Now
that's what you need to know to take krill oil. Oh I won't. I'm less likely to have sudden cardiac death. It cuts it in half. Are you kidding me? How many studies show that about fifty human clinical trials, millions of people sudden cardiac death kills over three hundred thousand Americans instantly lea every year. Okay, the first sign of sudden cardiac death is death. So the heart stops beating and it doesn't come back, and that happens to
about three hundred and eighty thousand Americans each year. I saw it happen to a guy. I was in pinstation going the up escalator. The guy on the other side, all of a sudden, his face turned red. He keeled over. That was it. By the time the ambulance was there was too late. Didn't matter. Even if they got him on the ambulance, it's too late. The only way to survive sudden cardiac death is to be sitting in a cardiac department in a hospital. That's the only way. Any
other way you're not surviving. So eating fish like three times a week or taking enough high quality officials has to be clean, fresh fishles A lot of fish wols are old and rancid, or taking krill oil slowly pushes back on your risk of having sudden cardiac So, in other words, if every American over the age of let's say fifty, took fish weils or krill oil or eight fish, we'd save almost two hundred thousand people from sudden death each year.
That's worthwhile. That's a lot. That's saving a lot more lives than Nanny Statton can do. I'm not saying enough to use your staton. I didn't say that. I'm saying fish oils would save more lives if everybody took them. Krill oil would save more lives if everybody took it. Eating fish would save more lives if everybody ate it high quality fish. I'm I'm not talking about fried fish. I'm talking about baked or broiled or even grilled fish.
Because they only grilled it for a couple of minutes. It's not like they're barbecuing it, you know. So that's the deal. So krill four ways it's keeping you alive. One it's lowering inflammation in the heart, which is called hsc RP. Two it's helping ensure a proper rhythm of a heart to help lower the risk of developing a rhythmus. Three it's lowered triglycerides, which clog it inflame the heart and your statins don't lower triglycerides, krill does.
And four it's lowering your risk of sudden cardiac death. Need I say more? Noe? Okay. So even though I do eat fresh fish, I love fresh fish. I would take fresh fish over beat anytime, anytime. fissials in your brain and in your heart and in your muscles. You just want to get them back in there because these walls are also important for muscle function. There's a supplement that many of you probably haven't heard of, but it's an incredibly crazily beneficial
supplement in so many different ways. It's called NAC. NAC stands for Ncedo System. So I'm gonna stop right there and explain something else and then go back to NAC. Why it's so important this is related. Of course, there's a mother of all antioxidants in the human body. Now it's in a lot of animals, like your dog has it, cats have it, and the longer a species lives, the more they have of it. It's called
glutathion. Sometimes it's abbreviated GSH Glutathion well, here's the thing. Glutathione varies from person to person. It can vary by as much as fifty percent. And glutathione is key to survival. For instance, it's one of the three powerful antioxidants that super protect you from pollution inhaling pollution or eating pollution or toxins. The other two are superoxid dismutasees and catalyse. So glutathione a friend of
mine, doctor Alan Pressman, God rest his soul. He wrote a book Glutathione the I think he called it the master nutrient or the master antioxont and in it he called it the mother of holy antioxidant. So I said, well, that's really true, because glutathione recycles the other antioxidants. Glutethine recycles vitamin C, glutathine recycles vitamin E, and then these antioxidants are available to protect the liver, to protect the heart, to protect the brain, to
protect the eyes, to protect the kidneys, et cetera. So at a glutethione, the other antioxidants are shabby. They don't work well. In fact, some of the research on antioxidants fails because they don't take into account the level of glutethione in that particular person. But that's another story. So glutathione protects you. It is powerful in protecting your brain. It is powerful in protecting and shielding your eyes from sunlight. It is powerful in protecting the heart
and reinforcing circulation to the heart. It is super powerful in protecting your liver and getting chemicals and old drugs and pollution out of your body. It's key to that. There's like seven different pathways in your liver that break down chemicals and toxins and remove them from the body. But they depend on seven pathways all depend on glutathione. Now, they've shown this does not give you license to smoke, but they've shown that smokers that make more glue to thione are
safer from the smoke. It doesn't mean the smoking is safe. But every once in a while you'll say, oh, my grandfather smoked until the age of ninety and he was fine. It's like, yeah, that guy, his genes were crazy. You don't know what else was going on. You don't know if it's true he really smoked all that time, but he had a lot of glue to thion. That guy, he had a ton of glue to thion. So you can have fifty percent less glue to thione than
the person I'm sitting next to you, and that's not good. Now here's the problem. You can't just take glued to thion. It's broken down by the enzymes and your liver and the enzymes, especially in your intestines, so you're not going to get very much. For instance, asparagus has a lot of glue to thion, that's one reason why it's so stinky, but the enzymes in your intestines break it down. You don't absorb, it doesn't get into the system, So how do you increase it. Well, that's where
NAC comes in. NAC is a full proof way of improving glue to thime. Do I take NAC, You better believe it. NAC is one of my standards. When you're older, you absolutely have to start taking NAC. I mean, there are just certain things that are key to healthy aging. A multi vitamin, a good multivitamin like the invite ones because there's loutin and things I tell in there, krill oil or fissils are eating fish. It's
absolutely necessary. A probiotic alcohol with ala is very helpful. Biocurricument five lockxin is essential as far as I'm concerned. And NAC because glue to thytom levels really drop in your brain. All those protective enzymes dropping your brain, and they're pretty much gone by time you're seventy. They start dropping dressed clean in your sixties. It doesn't mean they're not dropping in your fifties. They are, but they drop significantly in the sixties. They're pretty much gone by the
time you're seventy. And that's one reason why the brain gets muddled, depressed, anxious, forgetful. You're not sleeping at night, you're not awake in the daytime because you can't protect your brain anymore. So all the bad things are accelerating in volume, they're increasing the volumement, they're accelerating in activity. So you want to restore glued to thine in the brain. NAC effectively restores
glue to thine in the brain. I'll tell you something. One of the best things to help your kid who might have some kind of drug dependence, some kind of drug habit. A sure fire way to help break the habit of drinking too much alcohol. A sure fire way of helping to break the smoking habit is to add NAC to whatever else is being done. NAC will help you kick habits biting your nails, picking your snozz, drinking too much
alcohol. Do I drink alcohol very rarely? Maybe I have a beer twice a week, maybe, or a glass of wine twice a week, maybe maybe less some weeks, not at all. I just don't need it. I have more fun without it. But let's get back to it. If you're abusing alcohol, ANAC will help. If you're abused, if you're smoking, NAC will help you break the habit. If you're hooked on a drug, ANAC will help. I mean really, it really has been proven tough
that. But for us being like I'm going to be seventy, it makes our brain feel better because our brain is less inflamed because you're restoring antioxidant activity in the brain. Now, let's go down to the lungs. NAC creates glued to thione, which is a major shield for your lungs. So, if you live in a place where a lot of car exhaust like buses and trucks and all, so you live near I ninety five, you want to be on NAC to shield your lungs. NAC opens up the arteries leading to
your heart, so you get better blood flow to your heart. That's really good. But here's something. NAC is special for removing chemicals from the body. Whether you inhale the chemicals, you swallow the chemicals, you drank the chemicals, whatever they were, they came in through your skin, it doesn't matter. They have to be leieve the body because if they build up,
they become really dangerous. NAC creates the glutathione that latches onto the chemicals, breaks them down, turns them off, and gets them out of body. So NAC is key to detoxified human body. And it'll help remove all kinds of old drugs. You know, there's old drugs and chickens and everything, and in milk and old hormones and milk, and I mean just all the stuff you're exposed to. You're breathing in all that pollution from the cause of
the trucks and the buses and the factories. When you put on makeup or when you use hair gels, or when you use sunsquence and all there's stuff getting into you that you really don't want inside your body. That NACA house break these things down and get them out of the body. But it's also great for heavy metals. So a lady is losing bone right, so she can have a broken bone, but she can also have problems with her heart and her brain because she's releasing lead that's stored in her bones. So over
your entire life, you're taking lead in right. Lead used to be in pipe fittings, Lead was in gasoline, and it was all over the place, lead paint. So anybody over fifty, we've got lead in our body. Where's the lead? It's in our bones. So if you're losing bone, not only are you losing calcium and minerals, but your lead is getting released into the body, and all of a sudden you have high lead levels. NAC takes lead out of the body. What about mercury. Mercury's and
fish. Fish is healthy. Mercury isn't. Mercury is very toxic for the heart and the thyroid and many other things. It can cause a heart attack. NAC attaches to mercury, pulls it out of the body. Arsenic arsenics and drinking water arsenics and chicken arsenics in that green wood they're using the playground. Arsenic causes lung cancer. Arsenic causes liver cancer, Arsenic damages your skin. protect you from. If you live in a city, there's a lot of chemicals. You're exposed to a lot of things in the air you're exposed to. If you live on a farm, why are you exposed to chemicals? If you play a lot of golf, there's so much chemicals on a golf course, it's unbelievable. You think it's natural
to have all that green grass. They have to spray it all the time down the flow. You're down to Florida right now, paying eighteen holes of golf. They're spraying for fire ants, they're spraying for herbs, displaying for crabgrass, is spraying for mosquitos. I mean that's getting into your body. You want to get rid of that because that stuff can contribute to cancer. It could kill brain cells, it's no good for the heart. NAC breaks
all these things down, removes them from the body. I'll tell you a couple of other benefits of NAC. NAC helps protect a woman's breasts and her endometrial tissue and her ovaries. NAC I already said it improves blood flow to the heart, and that's an important point. So NAC breaks down alcohol. Let's say your son came over and it's the weekend and he had three beers and he's got to drive home and a half four. Give him some NAC. It breaks down the alcohol. It's true, it really does. So
