My voice might get a little gravelly at times. That's because there's so much pollen this spring. Even people without allergies like me. I used to have allergies. First of all, if you have allergies, it's a good thing to drink enough water because what was a solvent and it tends to rense allergens out of the body. And once again, I'm not

having an allergic reaction. There's just so much pollen in the air that it's just you can't get away from it. You can't get away from it out here in Suffolk County. So if you have allergies, you don't want to do the ad to histamine. Do respiratory HX three capsules two or three times a day with food, drink it off water law because that's good for the symptoms, but it doesn't really get rid of the allergy. It just treats the symptoms. If you want to get rid of your allergies, which everybody

should want to do, use probiotic chex. Allergens are innocuous things, you should not have a reaction to them, but the body thinks it's an infection, so your immune system

Every morning I get up and I take three krill oil with my breakfast. And there's three reasons why I take krill oil instead of fish oils. There's three reasons. Fish oils help your triglycerides, which is one kind of greasy fat that's not good for your heart or your pancreas. It's a greasy

fat that could be dangerous if it's high. Triglycerides can clog the arteries in your heart and cause coordinary heart disease, which is very dangerous. So like fish you ols, krill also lowers triglycerides, so good. I could take either one for triglycerides, but krill also has a modest effect on your cholesterol. Fish oils do not, because there's additional nutrients and krill that help lower the worst of the worst cholesterol. The small dense LDL LDL is called bad

cholesterol. But there's different forms of LDL and the worst form, the most invasive form that's the most likely to infiltrate your blood vessels and cause Hearting of the arteries is called small dense ldl particles, and krill has an ability to lower small dense ldal particles by eleven percent. So that's really a very good effect. So one reason why I'm choosing krill over fishuls is because it lowers the worst type of cholesterol. The second thing is and fish wols do this

also, it lowers your risk for sudden cardiac death. How many studies on fishhaws are they were sudden cardiac death literally at this point, hundreds hundreds. It's very well documented and it's real. So you can have a situation that's really a serious medical emergency called cardiac arrest. Cardiac arrest could be because there's damage to the heart, maybe had a minor heart attack at one point, maybe it got hit in the chest at an act incident that happened to one

of the Buffalo Bills football players a couple of months ago. In any event cardiac arrest, the heart suddenly stops beating. This happens to hundreds of thousands of Americans every year. The problem is only about eight to ten percent of them it starts to beat again. The other of them suffer sudden cardiac death. I've seen it happen. I've seen it happens. It's like instant, It's virtually instant. You don't even have time to get them on an ambulance.

By the time the EMT gets there, it's too late typically, So sudden cardiac death effects of a three hundred thousand Americans each year typically, And the best thing for preventing it, I mean, besides controlling your blood pressure, getting some exercising and good food and all these good things is fish oils. But krill will have the same impact. So I take the krill.

I know it lowers greasy fats, including the worst cholesterol. I know it lowers my risk of sudden cardiac death, which is important to me because there's heart attacks in my family. But it's great for your memory. There are things in krill that you do not get in fish oils that are fantastic for your memory. You're getting a form of coaline that enters your brain. Colline

is a nutrient. It's normally considered part of the bee vitamins. It's considered part of to bee complex vitamins, and coline is involved with muscle function throughout the body and nerve conductivity. It does a lot of things, but in the brain it's especially important because in the brain it creates acetal colin. If you don't get coline into the brain, you don't make acetyl colin. So i's got an issue. Acetyl Colline is what lets you remember, what lets

you learn A setal colling levels normally decline as we grow older. But if you have a true memory deficit, a true memory problem like mold cognitive impairment, which is the precursor to Alzheimer's and most people, or Alzheimer's or any of the other dementias, you're lacking a setal coaling. So coline is what we call the rate limiting factor in creating a cetal coline. You don't have coline, you can't create it. Now they do put some colin in B

vitamins and multivitamins, but it's really mostly working in the body. Like it's very good for the liver, it's good for your muscles, it's good for a nerve tissue, but it can't really get into the brain. They're using forms of coling like coline by torch rate or coaline citrate, it can't really enter the brain. There's a more valuable form of coline called phosphatidal colling that very efficiently gets into the brain and then the colling is released and you create

a setal coaling. And acetyl colling is like magic in the brain. It does very interesting, extremely important things in a brain. Has crucial jobs for your memory. When you hear something new and you want to retain it, that's a cetyl colling pushing that thought, that fact and to your brain. And when you want to recall it you're talking to somebody tomorrow and next week and you want to remember it, it's a setyle calling that'll grab it out

again. Or if you're driving and you want to remember what to get at the drug store or whatever it is, that's a setyal colling that lets you remember if you have to remember when there's a wedding, or to take out the recyclables, that's aceetyal coling. But like I said, a cetyl coling levels drop with age. Krill helps put the acetal colling back in your brain.

And that's the major reason why I'm taking it for sudden cardiac death that could take fissiles, but with Krill, I get the acetyl colin effect. I get the phosphatyl colling that gets into my brain. You take it with food. Vospat colling gets into the brain very effectively and efficiently. It creates

acetal colling. Now, besides remembering, acetyle calling also sets you up for learning, also solving problems like figuring out how to get from here to there, figuring out how to use your cell phone, figuring out how to use your GPS, all of these things. Acetal coling, how to use your new cable system, that's acetyl coling. It's very important. It works with

other neurotransmitters. A neuro transmitter is these little splashes of molecules in the brain, typically in the brain, but yeah, they work all over the body, but in the brain. They're very important for the brain to function normal. And aceetl calling is a key one and it works with other important new transmitters to solve problems, to get from here that they are, to know where you are, to know who you are, to learn, to remember,

but it also repairs the brain. One of the effects of acetal colling is that at night when you go into delta wave sleep deep sleep, deep sleep, the acetal calling helps you release nerve growth factors, and these are super important. They are super important because they create new memory cells. They repay your brain at night. Now, when you were young, you had

the ability to create many, many new memory cells every night. You had the ability to create hundreds and hundreds of new memory cells every night when you went to sleep. But as you grow older and as less of these important substrates in the brain, you're creating fewer and fewer memory cells, and eventually there's a tipping point where you're losing more memory cells because every day you lose a memory cell, right, or many memory cells, where you're losing more

memory cells than you're replacing at night, and this is very bad. Obviously, obviously it's very good. So one of the benefits with Krell is you'll also release more aceto calling at night to help you release these nerve growth factors, like a brain derived neurotrophic factor. Now, although they call a brain derived neurotrophic factor, it also works in a heart to help keep the hearts run, but it works in a brain. It creates hundreds of new memory

cells. And this is very important because that's called cognitive reserve. And they started looking at cognitive reserve in the nineteen nineties, a good thirty something twenty eight years ago, twenty seven years ago, and they found that all the people, even if they had damage in their brain that would normally cause all the symptoms and the devastating memory loss of Alzheimer's, people with cognitive reserve, they continued functioning, they continued having a life. They sort of first in

the nun study. I think it was an Arizona It was like one hundred elderly nuns donated their brains to the science and they found that there were nuns who were very elderly in their seventies, eighties, nineties, who had to damage in their brain that would normally cause all the symptoms of Alzheimer's and the devastating loss of memory and the swept their total life. However, they went on functioning because they were very physically active, they were very socially connected,

they had a purpose in life. They were eating good food, they were not smoking, they were not drinking, they were getting enough sleep, they were doing a lot of good things. So krill as another thing that can help you with cognitive reserve. It's another good thing that helps you with cognitive reserve, and your brain can go functioning can function well deep into old age. claim. It's not a perfect claim, but the claim is that it is good for memory and it may help lower the risk of dementia even Alzheimer's to see you slightly, but they have to do a lot more work on that. Does it help prevent dementia? Hard to say, but is it good for your memory and your brain? That's a million percent rule. Phosphatital serrian is another thing that declines in a brain with age, and phosphatital serrian is first of all used to protect brain cells, and that's an important point.

combo for your brain. Now, while we're talking about the brain, there's something I really never discuss, but it's really good to calm you down. Now. I know how to calm myself down with breathing techniques. So even if I'm hopped up, hyped up, something happened, I'm very good at calming my brain down. But not everybody can do as effectively what I do to calm their brain now, so I tell them elthon l. Theanine is

an amino acid. It's an alpha amino acid that comes from the tea plant, the same plant where you get green tea and that English type of tea, the English morning tea, breakfast tea. They get althonine out of the leaves very early on in the process, and they concentrate it and al theanine literally can be They can actually do a study on your brain looking at althanin and they see that it increases brain waves that make you feel calm and well

adjusted and like everything's going wonderfully. You know, you know that feeling you're walking out, you're out in Jones Beach or someplace beautiful. You're walking along the seashore with somebody you really care about, and you just feel wonderful. You feel like you're just that one at peace with the world. That's what althoning makes you feel like. So in a daytime, like I used to have a lot of cab drivers, I'd give them Elthoning because they'd be driving

downtown Manhattan, they'd be stuck in traffic, they'd be construction. Then the light changes and all of a sudden, the fire engine where an ambulance goes by and it's stuck again. So they go crazy because they have to make a living. I'd give him Elthoning. I'd say, listen, you're really

you're driving again because elthony in calms you down without making you sleepy. So if you're using el theony and you could still cut a piece of wood, you could still write a book, you know, write a chapter in a book, you could still drive a car. That's one of the beauties of althening. It's very soothing for the brain and it actually seems to improve creativity a tiny bit, a tiny bit. But you know, when I used to write chapters in books, etc. I'd have to switch my hats all

the time, So like for I'd be doing a radio show. Then I'd have to go see clients. Then I'd work on labels for the products. So all of these are switching my hats, and then I'd have to sit down and write an essay or a chapter. I work in a chapter in a book or something. I'd take an l Theonen to clear out all the other thoughts and let me focus, and I'd be writing that chapter within like

ten fifteen minutes. But a great use for l theonen. It's very safe, and it's not habit forming, it's not addictive, and you could take it with your medicines. It doesn't have to fare with your medicines. I tell people who can't sleep well because they have too much in their mind, take some healthaning. Like if you're trying to get to sleep and you have a little trouble, take two, take three. It won't hurt you, and you'll be able to wake up if you need to. If there's an

emergency, you'll wake up. You'll be fine. You won't feel like you have a hangover, like if you take a sleeping pill, you feel like you have a hangover. Right. I don't take sleeping pills. I don't need any help sleeping. First of all, I eat well. I get a lot of exercise, So when you do those kinds of things, you sleep well. I get plenty of magnesium magnesians in mineral you need for sleep.

So if you're kind of like worrying about things, or your brain is just too juiced up and it's too active, too wired, take too wealthy inning, and all of a sudden, you just feel like at peace. I mean, it's wonderful. But there's another side to that. Some people could get to sleep, but they can't stay asleep. They wake up at three in the morning and they start thinking about work or the grandkids and their kids, and they have all these things to do, and then they can't

get back to sleep. Take too wealthyoning. You wake up three in the morning, you have to get up at six. You need to rest. Yeah, you have a lot to do the next day. Take two of the lthioning, which is a little water. You don't want too much water because you know you don't want to have to get up to go to the bathroom right during during the ninth So it takes some lthening with a minimum amount

of water and you'll be able to get back to sleep. And when you need to get up, no hangover, you'll be able to wake right up. So lthoning l H T E A n N. Lthyoning is fantastic to help you sleep. Or if you're in a stressful situation. Let's say something gets you aggravated and that makes your blood pressure go up. Lthoni it will

help that. Because some people their blood their blood vessels are fine, their hearts fine, but they're aggravated and that makes their blood pressure go up because they're releasing quarters all and other stress hormones, and it makes their bloodressure go up. Take some healthoning. It'll counter that and it will help you blood pressure get back to normal. Take some Mealthie, I mean there are other things that'll do it, like breathing exercises, a little physical exercise. They

I take a simple calcium magnesium citrate tablet by invite every day. I take it generally with dinner because I want to make sure I'm getting sufficient calcium. I want to make sure I'm getting sufficient magnesium. These are two incredibly important minerals. They're important to control

your blood pressure. They're important to control your heart rate. They're important to control your muscle function. But they're also important for building bone. In fact, they're both important for energy. Believe it or not. Without calcium, you don't have energy. Without magnesium, you can't stabilize your energy. So to make sure I'm getting sufficient calcium and magnesium, I take a calcium magnesium citrate tablet every night with dinner. And the reason I take the invite one

is it's really clean. How do I know it's really clean on the one who polices it. There's a lot of calciums that have problems like with lead, Like when they get bone meal calcium or dolomite calcium or oyster shell calcium, it could have a lot of lead in it. So we get a calcium and we fully react it. It's totally purified. Attach it to citrate. Molecule. Citrate is important because it's also important for detoxifying, and it's

important for energy production. There's actually the citric acid cycle for energy when you create food, when you convert food into energy, it's the citric acid cycle. So when you get calcium citrate and magnesium citrate, not only are you getting the minerals, you're getting the citrate that enters the citric acid cycle to give you energy. So that's a cool thing. So I take the calcium magnesium citrate with dinner, and I'm covered, and I know that it's a

And we also choose great sources. We choose really good sources. But what if you've lost bone, What if you've lost bone? Is calcium magnesium sufficient? Maybe not, So we came out with bone powder. We used to call a bone food powder because it's food for your bones. But I didn't want people to think it was a meal.

It's not a meal. It's only stuff that feeds your bones. So I changed it to bone powder because we try to be really honest, you know, an ethical and moral. So bone powder has a formula that's necessary for restoring bone. So you've lost some bone, Yeah, maybe you're fifty five and you've been dieting all your life and you've lost bone because you weren't eating properly. Well, this helps restore a bone. Or maybe you just weren't

getting enough calcil magnesium throughout your life. That's very common. Now you paint a piper because if you have a hip fracture, very painful, takes a long time to heal, is surgery involved, You have to go to physical therapy for months. It's a big deal and it could be very dangerous. It could be life threatening. A hip fracture, you could be life threatening. But there's also a spinal fracture, which is much more common than you

think. Some people's spines are so weak that they open a window and it cracks this spink when they sneeze, to have a bed sneeze and it cracks this bink. So the bone powder is needed to address that. Here's white. You have a great source of vitamin D in there a thousand units, which is a good amount. It's vitamin D three, the most effective form

of vitamin D, and it's called collicociferol. So the vitamin D allows you to absorb calcium and phosphorus from your food and helps keep it available for your bones. But the vitamin D is not capable of bringing calcium and phosphorus to the bone. That's where vitamin K comes in. Vitamin K is the actual chaperone for calcium that brings it away from other tissues and shoves it into your bone. Because most of the calcium in your body belongs in your bone.

So there's vitamin K in there. Most bone formula is lack of vitamin K. They don't have sufficient vitamin kN. They don't have good forms of vitamin K. We have a good form and we have sufficient amounts. So you get the vitamin D, you get the vitamin K, you get boron. Boron is found in green leafy vegetables. That's true, but a little bit extra is insurance that you're going to seal your calcium into your bone. It's a mineral. You only need a small amount. It seals the calcium into

your bone. You have silica. Silica helps create bone in the first place. You cannot create bone out of calcium without silica. You cannot. You're not creating a bone without silica. But then you have really good sources of calciumin magnesium, and there's enough in one scoop that you're covered for the whole day. If you've lost bone. You can't just take a drug, or you can't just take calcumin, item and d you need other things to build

a bone. Take a scoop of bone powder, which your dinner, mix it in anything you like, you can't hurt it, and you're getting this complete formula for filling in the bones. Again, so they're not weak. They're not like Swiss cheese. It's part and parcel of healing your bones. And in all the people it becomes even more important, and a person my age, it becomes even more important. So why am I not getting bone powder. I'm getting all the things in the bone powder and my other supplement,

so I'm covered, But most people aren't. And a bone powder makes it easy. You don't have to know all the things I know about doses and when to take the supplements and how much to take and what supplements to take. It's all the bone powder. It's easy and it's not a horse pill. A lot of the calcium pills people gag on they can't stand it. So it's easy to swallow bone powder. It's a powder. You just mix it in something whatever you like. It doesn't matter now. So it's

a powder. It's easy to swallow. But because it's a powder, it also gets into your system because it's already like it's chewed up, right, it's already like it's digested, So it's easy to get it out of the intestines and into your bloodstream where it could go to your bones and help effectively rejuvenate and rebuild your bones and make them stronger and thicker. But here's the thing. A lot of calcium pills they're made wrong and they pass out.

So a a lot of people can't swallow the calcium pills because they have horse pills. B they don't get absorbed well, because calcium gets absorbed up by the upper part of the digestive tract. If it misses the upper part of the digestive tract, you're not absorbing it. You're absorbing very little. Most minerals are absorbed from the stomach and small intestine. They're not absorbed from the colum, the big intest on, the large intest in a large bottle,

which are other names for the colum. Okay, So if you take a calcium pill and you didn't dissolve it by the time it gets to the stomach and small intestine, you're really not absorbing it. You're not getting good benefit out of it. Because this is a powder, you're going to be able to absorb it by the stomach and small intestine. You're going to get the benefit of the calcium and a magnesium and the boron and the vitamin kine of vitamin D and all those things. But it's also a really clean product.

It's also a very very clean product. You don't have to worry about lead because we worry about it. We make sure it's really clean. And once again, it's a really well absorbed form of calcium.
