There's increasing evidence that collagen is important for the
muscle of aging people. Collagen is the second most common ingredient in the human body. Before that is water than collagen, and the rest of it is some fats, some carbohydrates, some minerals and odds and ends, but we're mostly water in collagen. The problem is, once we stop growing our collagen production declines at a rate of about one point five percent per year. So between the age of twenty five to thirty five, you've lost fifteen percent of
your collagen production. So your skin starting to look a little different, and it gets harsher with age. So by the time you're fifty, let's see, you've lost about thirty eight percent of your collagen. So now it's really making a mark on your hair, your skin, your nails, your bonds, and your joints because it makes all these tissues. But there's increasing evidence,
like I said, that it's needed from muscle. Now this is very important for a guide my age for people over fifty, because at the age of fifty we start to lose about one point five percent of our strength each year, and that accelerates after the age of sixty, we lose about three percent of our strength per year. So if you're seventy years old, you've lost forty five percent of your strength already. Now, of course, you
can help offset that with exercise. Resistance exercise like bands or lifting weights, igh lift weights. I love to lift weights in any event. Here's a study on middle age guys. Their average age is fifty three and then not accustomed to exercise, and they randomly gave them a placebo powder, an inactive powder plus exercise or collagen plus exercise. This study was performed and then Nipond Sports Science University. It's in the journality International Society of Sports Nutrition. And
I found that adding collagen to exercise really improved the benefits of exercise. So they gave him the collagen an hour before exercise. They usually technologen. After exercise, the collagen reduced muscle fatigue. The collagens significantly reduced muscle soreness, so it significantly improved their muscle energy. It's significantly reduced uscle soreness. But collagen improved the benefits of the exercise also by increasing muscle strength more than exercise
only. And cousin also reduced muscle damage. Now they've also seen in other studies, like there was a study in people in their twenties that you recover faster from about of exercise or collagen. That's important. I left weights, and generally I left weights three to four times a week, so every other day, but every once in a while I have to take another day you
off. So if I left weights Monday, generally I lift weights on Wednesday, but every once in a while, my muscles are still sore on Wednesday, so I wait till Thursday. Otherwise I can have a soft tissue injury which could take weeks to heal, especially at my age. Healing is slower when you're in your fifty sixties and seventies and beyond, and I can really impair my ability to play sports or exercise where I just cause pain just doing
random things, you know, everyday things. So you recover faster when you do coologen. But it also benefits your bones and your joints. So there was a similar study in people who are sarcopedic. That's really important. This is a study in fifty three sarcopenic men. We lose muscle size, so muscle volume and strength with age, and when it gets really bad, it's quilled sarcopenia. So these are fifty three sarcopenic men. They've lost muscle,
they've lost strength. Their mean age was seventy two, so they're want to be in their sixty seventies and eighties, early eighties. And it was collagen versus placebo. Now, this was a twelve week exercise regiment where they exercise three times a week. It was resistance training. The collagen improved their muscle mass. This is really hard to do in older guys and older women. It improved their muscle mass and improved their muscle strength. It prevented further muscle
erosion muscle loss better than exercise only. So it is to the benefits of exercise, but not only that, it also benefits their bones in their joints. So so here's a number of studies show that collagen benefits your joints. Collegen benefits your joints. Sixty seven percent of your joint cartilage, like in yourknee or your hip, is made out of collagen. And that's what the condrouten and the glucosamine and MSM and things like that insert themselves into. If
you don't have collagen, they're not going to help that much. So collegen is really important for your joint health. And there's many many studies from leading academic research institutions. Penn State over in Happy Valley gave collagen to their athletes, and these are athletes what real knee sore on us. A number of them had osteoarthritis. In the new you already even though they were not older. When they gave the collagen, they could run again. They could get
back to their sport. They could change directions running. I mean that takes a lot of power in your knee right, a lot. They can't be Sorenus in a knee. When you're trying to change direction, you'll fall over like they did in that pain. Just standing still or sitting on the couch or lifting things up. It really meant something. And MIT did studies collagen
and they found that they did a three part study. It was very interesting because they were the first ones to show that collagen actually helps to rebuild joints. There's research that collagen helps with joint pain and it prevents joint erosion. The fact is at least one hundred studies now that collagen prevents further worse thing in the joint. It helps make stem cells in the joint, It helps
recreate joint tissue, It helps stop joint erosion a lot it does. The collagen easily gets into the cartilage and it accumulates, It builds up into cartilage, and it triggers the condracites the joint building cells to build joint tissue. So it's not just treating the pain and the stiffness, it's actually preventing the need from getting worse and actually helping to reverse the problem. And at MIT, they did a three part study years ago, probably ten years ago last
time I looked at it. And the first part of the study they gave people with arthritic knees collagen and it reduced kneed pain and stiffness, and they could function better, like they could work further on a treadmill without pain. Their range of motion that's how much you could be in your knee without pain in this case, that improved. So on the second part of the study, years later, they brought the same people back whoever was available, and
they found that the collagen prevented the need from getting worse. This was like two years later, and in the third part of the study, like an additional two years, they found that the collagen was actually rebuilding the joint. That's amazing. So not only was it treating the pain and the stiffness, helping these people get back on their feet and have a good life, improving the quality of life, but it was actually preventing the need for getting worse.
Drugs don't do that, and it was actually helping repadity. They were growing new joint tissue, not dramatically, but that's amazing. Now seventy percent of your skin, your hair, and your nails is made out of collagen. So in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology they reviewed ten studies. Researchers looked at ten studies. There was no inconsistencies in all ten studies. The collagen got rid of the creepy look at the skin. It was healing the wrinkling,
it was improving the texture of the skin and hydration. The skin was more shiny, there's no doubt about And another review eleven studies. A newer review collagen has an anti aging effect on your skin. So that's really important because people judge us by what we look like. Now, what about bones. So collagen you needed for your skin, hair and nails. Your nails will grow, your hair will look thicker and then look younger, and your
skin will definitely get younger. You need to feed your joints, you also need to your bones. So this is the Journal Nutrition. In the hospital and their researchers in Barcelona, one of my favorite cities in the world. They looked at scores of studies. First of all, they found that collagen is absolutely safe. Yeah, well, a lot of evidence shows that. I mean, I take collagen myself, scores of studies and improves joint health
because it's sixty seven percent of collage. But also many, many studies, it improves your bone health because it makes up thirty six percent of your bone. The bone starts out as a core of something called a matrix, the foundation of the bone, and then the calcium is inserted into that. The matrix is ninety percent collagen. If you translate that into what percentage of total bone it is, collagen makes up thirty six percent of your bone. It's
exactly what calcium attaches to. So your bones are stronger and they're more resistant to fracturing and chipping because collagen also gives them the ability to absorb a shock. Now, there's an awful ought to be said about collagen, but let's discuss collagen in the brain. This is the journal. They're studying collagen now to heal the brain. They're seeing in studies that collegen makes the scaffolds in the brain that holds the brain together, that it helps heal damage tissue,
and people with severe injuries, so it's just at the nexus. It's just at the start of this not nexus, but at the start. So it seems to be very useful for brain repairs. So this is the Journal Nutrients. So a part of the brain called the hippocampus, which is important for learning and memory and problem solving, shrinks with age, and our collagen production also declines with age. So these researchers kind of put together and said,
well, is it the collagen that's messing in the brain. And it turns out the brain is mostly three things. Fats like fish, oils, water because all the fluids, the cerebral spinal fluid, and collagen. I mean, that's the lions share of your brain. Almost all your brain is collagen, water, and fats. Just a tip on collagen. It has to be hydrolyzed. Collagen is what we call a high molecular weight, which means it's a really big molecule. So if you swallow regular collogen, you don't
absorb it. They add enzymes to it to break it down and release the collegeen peptides, so it's absorbed, and you want a collagen that's really clean and high in collagen peptides and it's been used in many human clinical trials, like our collagen which has been used in the Mayo Clinic. It's been used in the University of Rochester for research. It's been used in Germany, and it's been used in Japan for research. In Brazil and all these other plates.
South Korea, a lot of people have used our collagen in their research because it's really high quality. It's from a French Italian company. It's called PEP ten PEP ten B five thousand, so we have a really high quality collagen. It's high to lize so you can absorb it. It's rich in collegeen peptides. So here's the general nutrients. It's the Department of Anti Aging Medicine eh University Graduate School of Medicine in Japan where they study Alzheimer's and memory
loss and brain aging. And they gave people between the age of forty nine to sixty three hydrolyzed collagen every day for four weeks. I don't know what brand they used. Over four weeks, it improved the size of their gray matter because the gray matter of shrinks to hippocampus shrinks with age, and it's made out of collagen. The gray matter was regrowing memory improved in all these different tests, and the collagen was what we would call is an estrop.
An estrop is the ability of a material to adapt to different uses. Like gold, Okay, they can use golden drugs. They can also use gold to make jewelry. They can use gold conduct electrical currents. The collagen adapted to different parts of the brain to create the tissues. So collagen is not just for your skin, hair, nails, you spine, your joints, your bones also fee break so our collegen sat especially we have three collagens. We have to Doctor Pressman one, which is the one I use college XHA.
I take a big scoopy after breakfast, after breakfast or after exercise. Then as to College in HX from Invite, which if you're really sore like your spine or you need, that's the one to take. So if you're trying to regrow your brain or your your your bones at Suttery, your skin, hair and nails, you could use the Doctor Pressman one. If you have a really sore knee or spine, use the Invite one, the College HX collagen hex, and then we have to Collegeen tablets. If you don't
like mixing powder as you can do to collegen tablets. Okay, let's go to a break Charey Hickey, Invite Health unt go anywhere, I'll be right back. Summer is not just about fun in the sun. welcome back, Happy summer, Happy Saturday. It's summertime now. Collagen helps regrow a very important part of brain coiled the hippocampus, which you need to learn to remember important. But fishals also help, and I prefer I put our regular fishal capsules, which are super high quality, super clean, super fresh there on special. But I put krill on special, which I consider superior officials. Fishals are grain. I consider quill to be better.
I take kill myself. So here's the journal Frontiers and Aging Neuroscience. Neuroscience would be the brain Frontiers and Aging Neuroscience. This is fishuls and cognitively normal people. So it's people like you know all the people, but their brain
is working well and they gave them fish oils. By the way, it's a bunch of academic research institutions in Japan like Sikopa University School of Medicine and Tokyo Institute of Technology and Key out of University giving these people with a healthy brain fish oils improved the size of their gray matter of volume, and this improved their memory. So both collagen and krill or fish walls or eating fish
have an effect on the brain. So here's Duke University Medical School that's in the Journal of Clinical Investigation, and they're talking about one part of the fish walls called DHA. So if you look at fish walls, there's basically two important fats EPA and DHA. There's other fats too that are important, but these are the two that are in the highest concentration. EPA is more for
the heart, DHA is more for the brain. So they said, da this is Duke University Medical School, so you know it's you know this is going to be quality information. DHA plays a major role in regulating brain cells by ensuring nerves are protected with myelin. Now that's amazing. Myelin insulates the brain cells. So if you burn your finger, the myelin sends the message that you're burning your finger quicker to your brain, so you pull your finger
out of the boiling water. So milein's really important. And damage to myelin is common in like a multiple sclerosis, but in Alzheimer's and other forms of dimension. So you need the DHA and krill or eating fish or fish oils to build the milin and mylin is important for mobility and balance and nerve conductivity
and muscle function. But milin is also important for your brain and cognition functioning in a brain, so as we age, the mielin breaks down, and this is a key reason why all the people have mobility issues and muscle issues, balance issues, movement issues, and problems with memory and mental skills and cognitive function. For instance, there is a terrible breakdown of myelin and Alzheimer's
disease. So you need the fish oils to rebuild a milin. So while you're taking the krill to rebuild a part of the brain called the hippocampus for memory, you need to fish oil to rebuild a milin. Otherwise nothing's working now. One other thing, fish walls, especially the krill. It's really the krill. Krill is really important for creating acetyle colling. A seedyle colling
is an amazing neuro transmitter of a body. It's involved with muscle function like in the back of the brain and the substantial negro parts COMPACTA acetyl collin works with dopamine to control your muscle function. Your balance, your mobility, etc. The ability to play sports, etc. But in the fun of the brain, acetal coin is involved with solving problems. It's involved with memory,
it's involved with learning. So if you're beginning to forget things more than usual, or you're having trouble learning something new, or if you're losing your train of thought when you're talking to people during a conversation, it may or be related to a drop in acetyle colling. This neurotransmitter commonly drops with age, even an as smartest people, scientists, etc. So acetic colin is produced naturally in your brain. It's needed to create memories. It's needed to learn,
it's needed to remember. So it's needed for learning and remembering what you learned, but it's also for problem solving, logical reasoning, for you to focus, for you to concentrate your attention span. It's needed for it interacts what brain deriving nor trophic factor at night when you're sleeping and nerve growth factor for your brain cells to survive into a deep old age, but also to create new memory cells. And krill is a great way to create acetal colin
because krill has a form of coling that gets into the brain. B vitamins might have a little coline, and multivitamins have a little colline, but that coline is by tarch rate for sight rate. It doesn't get into the brain. It's more for your muscles and nerve conductivity et C. A kind of gets into your brain is called phosphatitle coline and rich in phospha title colin is
krill oil capsules. Our krill oil especially is rich in phosphatable colin. The phosphatable cooline is getting into the brain and it releases to colline and you create a cetal colin. And that's important because as a cello cooline drops, you make fewer and fewer brain cells at night. Where you learned about ten eleven years ago that when you're go into deep sleep at night, periods of deep sleep, you create new brain cells. We didn't notice ten years ago,
eleven years ago. And the thing is that if acetal colin levels drop, you create fewer and fewer new brain cells. So eventually there's a deficit. You've lost more memory cells yesterday did you replace last night? When you take the krill your reinstitute the formation of a cetal cooline and an interact with nerve growth factors at night to stimulate the formation of new brains. So you can make like six hundred seven hundred new brain cells at night. But that's not
happening in old people. Older people, I don't mean old, but older like myself. But when you take the krill, it helps reinstitute that formation. So kroll has dynamic effects in your brain for memory, for learning, for logic, for paying attention, even regulating sleep because the CEO collins needed to regulate sleep, sleep and awake. Now, krill is also great for your heart. There's studies showing that the ingredients in krell reduced the risk of
heart failure and heart disease, even in diabetics. Even in diabetics, So the research has shown that fish oils and krill oil reduced the risk of sudden cardiac death. There's a situation where your heart stops beating, and this happens to about three hundred and fifty thousand Americans each year. It's called cardiac arrest. But here's the problem. Unless you're like in a hospital surrounded by nurses and doctors, chances are your heart will not stop start to beat again.
It stopped, it's not going to restart. Only about eight percent of people who have a heart seizure their heart will restart. So over three hundred thousand Americans die each year because of this. It's called sudden cardiac death. Fish oils. So eating fish or taking fish oils or taking krill oil reduces your
risk of sudden cardiac death very strongly. And there are scores and scores and scores and scores of studies that show us scores and scores of studies, but they's also shown that the things in krill oil, especially reduce inflammation in the heart. And this is really important. Is a type of inflammation in the heart that triggers are built up a plaque in the heart that clogs the arteries in the heart and leads to ordinary artery disease, the biggest killer on the
planet kills millions of people each year. And the krill has the ability to lower the inflammation that triggers that. The inflammation is called HSCRP. Very few things lower HSCRP. Krill does, big win All does to a degree diet and exercise to but krill and ubiquinol are very successful at lowering HSCRP. I get it check twice a year. That's how important I think it is. So besides krill being great for your brain and your memory, krill is very
important for your heart. It also helps lower triglycerides, so you take a statin drug to lower cholesterol. But that's only part of the problem. Another part of the problem is a greasy fact called triglycerides, which are worst than cholesterol. Okay, they're worst than cholesterol. That's what the modern research I would have past ten years proves. Krill very effectively helps you lower treglycerides.
And fisheries do too, by the way, So we have two products on special right away that a great for your break krill to release Acey la Coolie from memory, and also to sheet your nerve cells in your brain with myelin and collagen which helps rebuild a hippocampus. They're on special and I take both. I take krill every day and college and they take most days most days, about five days a week. I should take a seven. Okay, let's go to a break. Jerry, hiyah. We have a really high
quality krill. It's Norwegian, it's really clean, it's really fresh, and it's super high in official oils and the fosterhotab ofcoline and a very powerful protectorate of body could acts you have in super high those We'll be right back here you hit the Invite healthstone Coom. invitehealth dot com. Hello, welcome back to your hit invite health Happy Saturday. Now you know our products are super high quality, They're super fresh, they's super clean. There's such high quality. They're used by these academic research institutions for studies. For instance, our collagen has been used in many many studies throughout the world, like the University of Rochester has looked at our collegen
for bone health and joint health. And our krill has been used in so many studies for heart health, for brain health, for lowering traglycerides are Ubiquitol has also been used in many studies. We have the only coqu ten made in America. It's called ubiquinol. It's made by Kinika in Texas. All the other ubiquinols are made by China. These companies. It's just me. All the other coqu tens are made by Chinese companies. Are you? Biquino's
the only natural cocu ten. It's the only one made in America. It's the only antioxidant form, but it's also body ready. So when you take regular coqu ten, which is called you be queen on, it has to be changed to you be queen oil to work. You could call it you biquin ol or you be queen old. I don't know. Nobody said it has to be said one way or the other. You can pronounci it either
way. I usually call it you be queen ol. So you could take either you be queen on, which is classical cocu ten, or you be queen old. The problem is you have to change the regular cocu ten to you be queen ol before it works. Many people can't do that. As we age, we lose that ability. So people in a sixties and seventies, we're not converting cocu ten to you be queen old, to you bickquin ol. We're not doing it. And people with diabetes can't do it.
People are chronic progressive no or a muscular cans can't do it. So a lot of people fail to convert cocu ten to ubiquinols and they're not getting the energy, they're not getting the heart protection that they should be getting it from it. So are ubiquinol has been proven to be better absorbed than people, and it really works. It's already functioning. It's absorbed many about twenty times
better than coqu ten, but it's already working. To get one hundred and twenty milligrams of ubiquin wall, you'd have to take thousands of milligrams at coqu ten. Literally, they get one hundred and twenty milligrams at eubeckwinol. You need thousands of milligrams at coqu ten because you're only converting a very small part of it into ubiquinol. So this is the American Journal of Audiology. It's the University of Kansas Medical Center and their medical school and their School of Nursing,
and it's a phase to study. And people with heart failure their hearts still pumping, but it's not pumping well, so they're like fatigue. That's a little heard of to breathe. It's a serious situation. So it's two hundred and sixteen patients with heart failure. Usually you get heart failure because you had a heart attack. That's the usual casum And they were trying placebo or ubiquinol or d ribos. When you gave the patients either ubiquinol or d rivals.
We sell d rivals. When you give the patients either ubiquinol or d ribos, the patients improved clinically. Their heart was pumping more blood. So let's talk about that. Usually a healthy heart pumps about seventy percent of the blood inside it. With heart failure, maybe you're only pumping fifty percent. With extreme heart failure, maybe you're only pumping twenty percent, which is really dangerous. So these people are pumping about fifty percent. When they gave them
the ubiquinool, they started pumping more blood. They became more vigorous, more energetic, their life improved, and clinically all their symptoms improved. You bickwinols are real thick. Eubickwinol is are real thick. This is the University of Geison in Germany, and the Lencec Heart Institute in Nancona, Italy, and the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. Doctor Baker was a very famous heart doctor. He was involved with heart transplants. It's the heart. It's the journal
Heart, Lung and Circulation, and these are people with damaged hearts. When they added you bickwinol to their regular medication, it helped keep the patients alive. They also had more energy, and they went on to say, everybody on the statin should be on eubickwinol. Yeah, they should. They should be on krill. Also because statins like were suvastatin, simba statin, antos a twavastatin, they lowerty amount officials and the lowerty amount of eubickwinol in your
body. They also already amount of looting in your body, So you need to put those back in your body. What us up them? You're not going to do it with food. Food never really gives you ubiquinol. But as you grow older, it's hard to absorb the loutine for your eyeballs,
it's harder to absorb the fici oils for your brain and heart. So if you're on a statin, you really need to be on like krill or offici oil, you really need to be on loutine and you have to be on ubiquinyl because you beconol helps prevent damage to the heart and your bickeryl gives the heart energy. So the Baker Heart Institute went on to say, for everybody on statins, they need to be on ubiquinyl because the statins lower eubickwinol and
this weakens your heart tissue. This is true. Staton's lower. The amount of you bickuonol in your heart, it already dropped because your rage, the amount of eubiquonol in your heart already dropped. If you're seventy years old, the amount of you beconol in your heart muscle already dropped about seventy percent. So your heart's already at risk because you beckono gives the heart the energy to pump, and it's got to pump over one hundred thousand times a day for
most people. So if you don't have enough, you bick. When all it's hard for the heart to use sugar for energy, to use oxygen for energy, the heart gets under stressed and it's easier to trigger into rhythmia or sudden quadiac death or heart failure or a heart attack. So when you give an all the person, you bick when all normally the heart becomes younger.
Young hearts don't have heart attacks. And that's what they're seeing in the research that when you give an older person you bick when all the heart literally becomes decades younger biologically and it functions better, and you don't have the heart attacks. There's a number of study showingness, and that's especially true when people with heart damage. When you give somebody with heart damage you bick when all, it cuts down on heart attacks dramatically, like fifty percent, but it also
keeps them out a hospital, and it also keeps them alive. But anybody on a statin, the statins lowert the amount of you bickwhenol in the heart, but you need you bickmen on the heart. So that's kind of like a quandary, right, that's a paradox. That's a paradoxical situation. You're giving statins to protect the heart from plaque, but the statins lower the amount of you bick when wall and that's dangerous for the heart. So it's simple
to solve. You just add you bickmenol to your statin because very quickly the Stanton's lowerty amount of you beckman in your heart, and it's already dropped because of age and sickness and infirmity. So when you give you bick when all, along with the statin, it makes the heart younger, It gives the heart more muscle energy, improves the ability of the heart to function and pump
out blood. It strengthens all of your muscles. It feeds all all high energy tissues your skin, you deliver your panc rush, your kidneys, your your heart, your lungs, your eyes, your brain. They all require you. It's really important for them. You're pancreas. So so here's a twenty nineteen review of studies. It's called Critical Reviews and Food Science and Nutrition.
It makes you biquetal must have because according to their data, the amount of ubiqueal and your heart by the time you're in his seventies has dropped greater than fifty percent, greater than some studies say seventy seventy and new studies and new analysis of electing the Nutrition and Food Research twenty five studies, you biquinal strongly reduces inflammation and your kidneys and your brain and your heart, especially in
older people. Inflammation increases in our brain and our heart and our kidneys with age, and it can damage us and it slows us down, and it makes us feel cranky and tired. It takes away our energy, and it increases our risk of diseases like alzheimer is, like heart attack, like heart failure. When you give ubiquito, According to twenty five studies it lowers this inflammation in the heart something called CRP, but twenty study shows it lowers into
lucan six. That's really important. And people who get a viral infection where the virus damages the lungs and damages the heart, it's IL six that the virus is causing the release of, so ubiquanol lowers ile six. IL six also inflames your blood vessels and causes them to stiffen and leads to coordinary heart disease. So the ubiquanol not only lowers CRP, but it lowers into lukan six, and it also lowers tum acrossis factor alpha, which is also called
cochexi. According to seventeen studies, these are things that increase in aging people, that really damage our brain and our memory and the funk of our brain, that really damage our heart, that really damage our kidneys. We've got to get these things down. So oh, by the way, there's a lot of new studies too that you beckwenol gets rid of fatigue and people with diabetes, in very overweight people and couch potato people, and in elderly people.
There's a lot of studies now like in the general pharmacology. There was a recent study that you bickwen wall restores energy to aging people. So you bickwin wall is a safe thing and protect your heart. It's neither buy all your high energy organs. It's even good for your skin because your skin has
to be replaced every twenty eight days. I don't know if you're aware of at so skin the energy to heal, and but your beckwin also gives you the energy to go outside and be active and have a good time and enjoy yourself. And at the same time it's protecting your heart. So we have one hundred and twenty milligram you bickwenoll on special today. That's what I take
in the morning at my breakfast. And I'm a high energy guy man, and I shouldn't be because I've got some conditions I was born with that really affect fatigue. But because I eat right, because I sleep right, because I eat a great diet, because I take my probiotic, because they take my ubiqunol, because they take my multi vitamin, I exercise. I've got a lot of energy. I run rings around most people, even though I have a thyroid disease, even though I was born with an autoimmune disease called
hashimoto thyroid itis. I mean, you know I still do well. So part of it is the ubiquinol, and I know it's protecting me from heart attacks. Its heart attacks in my family. Now, this ubiquonol has been used in many human clinical trials, just like our crill which is on special. Just like all three of our collagens, they've been used in human clinical trials. They're very high quality, very pure, very fresh, very clean.
But we added something to the ubequonol to make it work better. Our ubiquitol is made in Texas, and we absolated in New Jersey and in North Carolina. That's where we do all this. It's so it's a million percent of America, very high quality. It's not the Chinese ubiquinol. It's American ubiquinol. We add nadh. Nadh is a factor that's powerful for pushing back on aging. Just like ubiquitol, they're very powerful and pushing back for aging. Nadh is very active in your muscles, in your heart, and in
your brain. But nadh recycles to ubiquinol. N Adh recycles to ubiquinol, so the ubiqunol keeps on working so this is far superior to any co Q ten you're ever going to purchase. This is the one, and this is the only one made in America. So let's go to a break hease, what's that special? So far? Our three collagens, our Krillo oil, and our fishuls because some people want fishuals, and our Ubiquno hundred and twenty million. M Okay, don't go anywhere, Jerry Hick Invite Health. I'll

You know I do a lot of podcasts. So does doctor Amanda Williams now doctor Mandy Williams. Went to medical school, she got her diploma, she's got her doctor written medicine. She doesn't practice medicine.
What doctor Amanda Williams does is she works in medical school. But she's also our scientific director. And doctor Amanda Williams and doctor Patricia Selassie. It was an atropath. They do podcasts along with me. So if you go to our website or any place you listened to podcast, didn't find out Health has hundreds and hundred of podcasts. I just did three this past week. I just did three podcasts. For instance, I did a podcast on constipation.
You might want to hear Natural, Safe, Healthy ways to get rid of constipation or improved constipation. So doctor Amanda Williams does a lot of radio shows, and so does doctor Patricia Selassie. So you might want to check our webs and see the schedule, the radio schedule. But every other week doctor Mandy Williams does this program. So today I'm doing this program. Next Saturday will be doctor Mandy Williams. You want to listen to her. She really
knows her stuff. She's brilliant, great person to a really really nice person, just a genuinely nice, friendly, outgoing sharing kind of a caring sharing person. That's what you want in a healthcare professional. Someone who cares and they're willing to share. That's what you want. I could say the same thing for doctor Selassie. She cares and she shares. Okay, So our collagen powders and tablet around special they rebuild you and they're also good for your
brain. But they're good for your joints, your bones, your skin here and nails. Are you bickoning off? For your heart and for energy? Our krill oil and our fish oils for your brain and for your heart,
I mean they're really important. But I also put flex at checks on special You know, after I exercise, which is frequently, I'm always doing something active every day, I mix flex HX with colla x HA our collagen with our active X, which is beta hydroxy beta methyl beau to rate because these things is so good for my bones, my joints, my muscles, my ham my nails, my skin, my energy. So I mixed the collagen and the flex HX frequently five days a week. I have both the flex
HX is peptides that are specific for your ligaments and tendons. So the University of Freiberg did a lot of research on this, but it has been research on this all over the world. Your ligaments and tendons are your connective tissue that hold together your bones, your joints, and your muscles. So it's a common injury that somebody has trigger finger with the finger is like stuck in
a position and like it's clicking and it's it's in pain. They have a tendonitis in their finger that makes them look like they're pulling a trigger, or maybe the tendon on the bomb in their foot and it's hard for them to walk, or maybe the tendon and their ankle achilles tendonopathy, tendonitis, or the tendons in their forearm like golfer's elbow or tennis elbow. And there's a
reason why this happens. One it's repetitive use of those tissues. But two it's also because we're older and those tissues are neck getting regenerated and they're drying up, they're becoming dehydrated. See, just like we don't make the collagen for our skin, hair and nails, bones and joints and spine, we don't make the peptides for our ligaments and tendons, so that if it's easier
to have an injury. And if you injure a ligament or tendon in your fifty sixties and seventies, it may not heal at all, it may become chronic and persistent. But the way that the tendant under your foot that gets
sore, that's called plantar fasciitis. I didn't name it before, but um so, the flax check gives you the peptides that you're not making anymore, and they're they're rebuilding and rejuvenating your ligaments and tendons so that you could keep on lifting weights or riding your bike or gardening or playing with the grandchildren on the beach or whatever you're doing, playing golf, playing tennis. Pickle ball is replacing tennis, and well it should. I look at the tennis quad,
I go, oh, man, that's too big. I don't want But I look at pickleball and I said I could do this. I'm going to be seventy right. Things change, you know. Uh So, the thing is that these tissues are not regenerating. And and if you're playing your pickleball, or you're lifting weights, or you're running your bike, you can have a with your ankle or your forearm, or your fingers or your thumb or something. So by taking a flex HX, you rejuvenate nes tissues and
that's much less likely to happen. Now if it does happen, okay, To keep your alignments and tendance healthy, take one scoop a day, that's all you need. But if you have an injury, then do two or three scoops a day. That along with physical therapy will help heal that injury. Because when you're older, physical therapy alone probably won't do it, but if you add to flex HX to the physical therapy, it will make it better, but it's not complete. If you had to flex HX, you
can get complete relief from a torn ligament intendant when you're older. So that's on special today. It's it's it's it's very tasty. It's made in Germany by Jelida, and it's got real human data. For instance, there's studies on people who were athletes young twenties and thirties and forties who had Achilles tendinopathy
in the ankle. There's like three or four studies like that, and they gave them the physical therapy and some of these people had multiple surgeries at their ankle in one that still didn't come back, or multiple surgeries in the ligaments behind their knee right the anterior cruciate ligaments that prevent your need fro wilbling.
It's a common it's a common injury, the anteria cruciate ligaments tearing, and people who do sports where you have to change directions like soccer or American football. So they found people who had even surgeries to repay these ligaments and tendons. When they put them on physical therapy, it may not have been enough, but when they added the flex HX A it's supercharged the healing. They they healed better, and they healed faster, and the ones that weren't healing
at all, they were coming back. And as letters from like professional skiers and boxers and basketball players that they had these injuries and even with surgery, they weren't healing, and when they added flex HX to their physical therapy, it did indeed heal and they were able to get back to their competition. They were able to get back to their sport and the fun of it, but also earning a living, because some people they earn a living by skiing
or playing basketball, who or hockey or whatever it might be. So this is a real supplement and it is real data on all these supplements. Our krill, our fishuals are ubiquinol, our flex HX, and our three collegians have all been used in human clinical trials. These a top drawer, top quality supplements that are very fresh, that are very clean. We police in ourselves to make sure they're super high quality and they work. We know how
much to give because they used the human clinical trials. We know they're safe because they used in human clinical trials, and we know what to expect from them as far as their healing potential and their protective benefits. So these are real. Now I added a couple of other powders because we have the flex HX in the collegien on special, I said, why not add a powdered
multi vitamin. Doctor Pressman made a great one called Multi Energy powder. If you do the multi energy powder, you might not need a bone powder of any form. The Multi Energy powder has a good amount of calcium and a good amount of magnesium. Would you put these minerals in a powder? You could put in higher qualities because they become diluted in water, so you have better potential for absorbing a higher concentration at one time, a higher dosage at
one time. So the Multi Energy powder has plenty of bee vitamins for energy and to protect you from pollution, like you know, you know that pollution that was coming down from Canada from the fires. I mean it got pretty bad in some places. So somebod these supplements protect you from that pollution, like krill and ubiquinol lower the inflammation, and the bee vitamins and the Multi
Energy powder protect you from pollution. They protect your immune system, and they protect your heart, and they protect your brain and your lungs from the inflammation caused by pollution. So these are good supplements this time, Yeah, when there's all these fires creating all the air pollution. So the multi energy powder is simple. You take a scupa day. You're getting all of your bee vitamins. You're getting a whole bunch of antioxygens you don't normally get in a
multi vitamin. But you're also getting a significant amount of customer magnesium. You're getting a whole bunch of things need to create bone to help keep your blood pressure in control, to help you to rhythm, you your heart, to help you blood vessels function. They're all in there. So this is a fantastic, high quality supplement, the Multi Energy powder. So I put on spressure because the collagen padder was unspreacial and the flex HX padder was unsprecial.
So it's easy to mix these together and a shaker and just get it done, you know what I mean. And if you have poor absorption, this is the way to go. Like somebody who has chronicsse or colitis or celiac sprew, their intestines are inflating. It might not be absorbing things well or people with stomach problems. Your minerals are absorb from your stomach. Your minerals are absorbed from your stomach, and you need a lot of acid to absorb
minerals. So if you're on a drug for like ulcers or heartburn or gurd you know, like pepsid, okay, you don't release as much of the hydrochloric acid and the pepsin to absorb the minerals from a tablet or to absorb the minerals from your food. You're not going to liberate the minerals in time. And if the minerals don't get past your your stomach and small intestine, you don't absorb them well at all. So this is a powder. A
it's easy to swallow, so people have trouble swallowing pills. But b if you have a problem with absorbing things, maybe from a disease or maybe from a drug you're taken like the pepsid or a tager met and you know seti metadine or any of those drugs for the intestines. This is the way to go because the powder is like it's already digested and you'll be able to absorb the minerals from the upper part of the small and testament where they should be
absorbed from. Now the other two patters on special Our GREENSHEX and our reds Chex GREENSHX is herbs like milk thistle for your liver in kidneys or Siberian gensy for energy. So it's herbs and greens, like there's clorella and spiralina that give you energy and help you phytooviruses, but there's also probiotics and the greens.
In fact, if you do our GREENSHX, you probably don't need to buy an extra probiotic unless you, like maybe diabetic, or you're taking it a lot of drugs or something where, or you drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, or you live in pollution like the city you're breathing pollution. All these
things kill you good bacteria because aging kills a good bacteria. So when you do to Green's HX, you're getting probiotics every day, but you're also making a body alkalncy can heal and help reduce soreness and inflamation, et cetera. You're also detoxifying through the colon and liver and kidneys because of the ingredients in here, you're also bolstering the ability to fidof viruses. So the green HX people love it, and you're never going to get as much greens in a
capsule as you do in this powder. It's liophilized. We suck out the sugar is and the and the and the water and we leave behind the greens. And the reds HX is similar. The red HX is mostly carotenoids and polyphino walls and berries. It's red stuff. Okay, mostly berries, some citrus for the flavonoids and the vitamin C. But the red ZHX also has probatics. So the reds HX is great for your skin, great for your eyes, great for your brain, great for your heart, in your circulation.
It's given you the probatics for you for digestion and the immunity. These are great formulas. So here's what's on special. Because no matter time, collegeen HX powder, if you really soil like your spider, your need, that's the one to use, or College x h just to rebuild you, or to college and tablets they're un special. Flax chex, FA liigments and
tendons. Are you beckon one hundred and twenty milligram for your heart for energy, krill and fish oils for your brain and your heart and inflammation your memory, Green say checks and red schecks, which do a million things for the body because there's a lot of ingredients in them. And like I said, you're never going to take fruit capsules or vegetable capsules to equal these two powders. And they're really clean. They're American made, and then a multi energy
powder. Go to our website. We have hundreds, literally hundreds of podcasts. There's a search engine. You could go to the podcast and say memory and a podcasts involved with memory. Most of them will pop up, maybe not all of them, but most of them. Where you might put heart, or you might sleep, or you might put energy, whatever you might you want to look for. Type it in. There's probably a podcast that addresses it, allergies, summer health, skin, whatever it might be.
