to another edition of Invite Health Radio. I'll be your host. My name is Jerry Hickey. I'm a nutritional pharm assistant. It's always an honor and a privilege to be speaking with you. This is all about good nutrition. This program is all about good nutrition. And my partners spoke to me a couple of days ago and said, you really have to address the immune system on this particular episode of our radio program because so many people up here in
the Northeast are sick. There's so many virus is going around, there's neurovirus. Neurovirus typically attacks the intestines and inflames the intestines and stomach lining, and you get nauseous and you have all those terrible stomach cramps. In some people there's respiratory synctial virus, you know in the lungs. There's covid viruses, there's flu viruses, there's crofts and coals, and who knows what else is
out there. Even dogs are getting respiratory viruses this winter. So it's not as bad as last year, but right now it seems to be at the peak. So let's just address that. Nothing terribly serious here, but let's discuss with you how to boost your immune function in a proper manner so it doesn't hurt you. It only helps you. And at the core of a good immune system are vitamins and minerals. Without vitamins and minerals, specific vitamins
and minerals, your immune system will fail you. It cannot protect you from pneumonia, the flu, cancer. You need certain nutrients, so immunity HX. Immunity HX is simple, It's just really simple. It's vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc. So let's just look at zinc. Zinc is actually used by our white blood cells to kill viruses. They overload the viruses in zinc and they kill the virus. So zinc is amazing. Zinc is
amazing. Zinc protects humans, but it kills viruses. And in fact, if you can get zinc inside a cancer cell, it'll kill the cancer cell. So how does zinc protect us? Well, First of all, there are very powerful enzyme system antioxidants called sod antioxidants that like protect our heart and our brain, and our kidneys and our pancreas and our immune cells, et cetera. Zinc is at the core of that. Zinc allows us to digest our food. Zinc allows us to control our blood sugar. Zinc does so
many things. You need for your vision, you need it for your brain health, but you need it. It's very important. It's a really important component as far as the nutrition for your immune system. They did a study on elderly people. Now we have zinc by itself, we have zinc pickled in eight tablets. We have zinc lozenges, and zinc lozenges are really cool because they've shown with the common cold, if you load up on zinc lozenges like one three times a day, the cold goes away. In many cases
and many instances, the cold goes away. So you don't need to sit there with a running nose on the couch for a week. So that zinc lozenge. I always have a bottle of zinc lozenges in my cabinet and zinc really never goes bad at last forever. But zinc is needed to manipulate your immune cells to kill infections. And they did a study in elderly people in
a nursing home. Now you're not in a nursing home by accident, you're in a nursing home assisted living where somebody helps you cook and everything, because somehow you're broken down a little bit. And I don't mean that in a terrible way, but I mean you know, like maybe you had a stroke, maybe you broke your hip, and you never got really back to total
health. So they gave these people a loto zinc and it didn't mean much, but when they gave them a higher dose zinc, like thirty milligrams, it meant a lot because it was even protecting them from the flu and pneumonia. So we had to put zinc in immunity HX, and immunity HX costs nothing. It's cheap, and in fact it's very cheap right now because we're still having our holiday sale with all those crazy sales they have this time of

knocking down cells in the heart and in the lungs, et cetera. An envitamin C. Vitamin C is needed for immune cells to travel. So if you have an immune cell in your underarm and you have an infection in your nose, that immune cell to your underarm can't help you unless you can migrate up to your nose. So you need the vitamin C for the immune cell
to travel from one place to where it's needed the second place. So from point A to point B, you need vitamin C. The second thing is vitamin C allows your immune cells to release their weapons to kill a virus or a cancer cell, or a bacterium or a parasite. Without vitamin C. That's not happening. And when you get sick, your vitamin C gets used up very quickly, Sir. Your immune system doesn't last long enough to really protect you. You need vitamin C for the immune cells to travel and to
kill the infection. So your available vitamin C gets used up very easily and quickly. You need extra vitamin C when you're getting sick. So immunity HX is the first thing. And then we also have zinc by itself, zinc picolin eate which is very well absorbed, zinc, and zinc lozenges. If you get the cold to zinc lozenges one three times a day, it really should mean something. And you don't have to take them far apart. You can do them fifteen minutes apart. It's not like you have to take one
at breakfast, one at lunch, one at dinner. You can do them all together. Now, a second nutrient to help you with infections is nucleotides. We always keep about four bottles of nucleotides here. Basically everybody in my family and friends who I've educated about nucleotides formed them about the utility of nucleotides, keeps them hind for the winter for coffin cold and flu season. And I tell people, when you start to get sick, load up on nucleotides.
See, your immune system needs energy, and your immune system normally has a piggyback, a piggy bank of energy put aside. But in the winter, your body borrows that energy because your body's cold and needs to raise the temperature. That takes a lot of energy. So the immune system becomes starved for energy. It's depleted of energy. Nucleotides is a quick way to give
the energy and restore the immune system to a functional level. And if you start to get sick, you know you're getting sick, okay, you know your nose is starting to get clogged, and you're starting to get a running nose, and you know your throat doesn't sound right, et cetera. Do like three nucleotides twice a day, or six nucleotides twice a day. It will not hurt you do it for two or three days, and you will thank me. Nucleotides is just amazing. It's amazing. So I have in
my house now four bottles of nucleotides. My wife two weeks ago started to get neurovirus. She was getting stomach crimson all and for some reason I didn't say anything to her because I thought she knew. And she was two days into the norovirus, and I go, well, aren't you taking you in nucleotides? And she goes, I forgot, So I said, well, get on them right away. Take six. Now, take six in a
couple of hours, and do that tomorrow too. It went away. The neurovirus should have been there for a week, a week and a half. It went away. It went away. It was gone in four days. By the second day of taking the nucleotides, it was just gone. I mean, it was amazing. And the beauty of d nucleotides is it also repairs. So if the virus damaged some intestinal tissue where you know you're going to wind up with stomach cramps and diarrhear and gasiness and all that, who
needs that. Nucleotides repairs the intestines in the stomach very quickly. In fact, I use nucleotides frequently for people who are on drugs that could damage the intestines, drugs like prednizone, drugs like calcium channel blocking drugs, drugs like advil and a leave and aspirin. They can damage your intestines. I say, stay ahead of the damage. You don't want to bleeding ulcer. Take the nucleotides, so I say take one or two a day the heal your
intestines. You don't need a lot. So in nucleotides is the second part of our army of nutrients that can help your immune system. Can you do the nucleotides in the immunity HX if I was getting sick, you better believe I do both. We also have beta immunity. So I'm going through all
the immune products right now. But you know, you go to the Jets game, you go into the Giants game, You're going to a basketball game. Lots of people, some of them are going to be sick. this Saturday morning and our little discussion of nutrition. Now, when you look at nu transferred imium system, we said vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc. There in immunity HX, we said nucleotides. They're in the product call nucleotides. Then we mentioned herbs like the black elderberryan the beta one to three glucan which comes from an algae. But green tea is certainly part of fighting and preventing infections. Green tea works against many viruses. Now, it
doesn't mean you won't get a little sick. You could still get sick, but it should help prevent you from getting very sick. See that's how these things work. You could still get a little sick, but you know, maybe you're not winding up with a fever, maybe you're not winding up in bed. Maybe you're better within a day or two, you know. I mean, immunizations are the same thing. I mean, this is not a show about immunizations. But immunizations don't prevent you from getting sick. They're there
to help prevent you from unning up in the hospital. That's the strategy doctors have for ammunized well, it's the same with these. I mean, you could still get a little cold, but it's not going to become ferocious. The immune system is working properly, you can prevent it from becoming ferocious. And you need these nutrients for the immune system to work properly. So there's the immunity HX, there's the beta immunity, the nucleotides, and really you
can't have a discussion about preventing viruses unless you discuss green tea. Green tea's been studied with chicken gunya. It weakens it. With xecovirus that weakens it. Even maybe dingay fever, it weakens it a little bit, but den gay fever is very dangerous. You get that in tropical areas, you know, mosquito born diseases. But you know that's not what you're worried about in Connecticut or New Jersey or New York or Boston or Filly or places like that.
You're more concerned about viruses. The typical viruses like COVID and the flu. See the reason why the viruses are more common in the winter is manyfold. One, the air is dry. The air is dry, so somebody's breath carries further, a sneeze carries further, a cough carries further. It's just gravity. If there's moisture in the air, there's more, there's more pressure in the air, and if you sneeze, the sneeze falls down to
the ground faster. So in the winter and up north, maybe not in southern Florida, maybe not in Boca Raton and Miami and stuff, but even in northern Florida, like up by Jacksonville, it gets cold. It's cold up there right now, right, I mean, Jacksonville is as cold as uh Long Island. But when it's cold like that, the air is dried. There's no moisture in the air, so a sneeze or a cough where
even somebody's uh exhalation carries further. So that's one reason why people get sicker in the winter, or they're more likely to get sick in the winter. A second reason is some viruses like it to be a little bit colder. They don't do well in the heat, like the flu virus and cold viruses. They like it to be a little bit colder. But the third reason is we're all stuck inside. You know, if it's raining out and it's damp and it's cold, and you know it's frosty, how long can you
stay outside for unless you have to for work. But so you're inside with other people. So if they have a germ, you're more likely to be exposed to it. So there is real reasons why people tend to get sick in the end of November, December, and January, the real reasons. So right now we're at like the apex it seems of the infections in New York and New Jersey and Connecticut. So you want to do green tea.
Viruses don't magically infect you. They have to work their way inside your cells and then they have to multiply, and then they have to work out of that cell and migrate into the next cell. Otherwise they die because they need to use the and inside the cell for them the function. They can't live on their own. So green tea messes with the ability of the viruses to get into your cell, to multiply, and to move from cell to cell.
So in other words, if somebody sneezes in your apartment with the flu, if somebody sneezes on the Long Island Railroad and they have the flu, the virus, millions of particles are going into you if you inhale it, or if it goes in your eyeball, or it goes in your nose or on your hands, and then you rub your face or something. Millions of particles going into you, and they have to wiggle their way into the cell to multiply. They use the machinery and to sell the multiply, and then
they have to work out of the cell and go into other cells. So that's a lot of work. And they use different enzymes for that, like chema, glutenin and neuromenidase. Green tea damages those enzymes. Viruses can't grow in number. So if you do green tea before you get on a bus or before you go to a Broadway play or before you go see a Jets game is something. And there's all those people, even if they're sneezing their you, it's harder for you to get the infection. And then you keep
on doing green tea throughout the day, two three times a day. There's many really high quality studies. There's a big volume of literature now on green tea. And some of these studies are in dishes like they e like a petrit dish, you know, they put the virus in with the green tea and it stuffs it out. Some of them are in animals, a lot of them are in US humans. There was this great study in New York health care workers, two hundred healthcare workers. They gave them green tea substances
and it cut down on their infections by over fifty percent. I mean, who's the most likely person to come in contact with somebody with the flu or covid? Right a healthcare worker. So it cut back on the flu. I forget the exact number was. It was over sixty five percent. It might have been sixty nine percent or seventy percent. It was a high figure. They were not getting sick. They've done a lot of studies like that
in Japan. I'm going to give you a tip. Even rensing your mouth with water will reduce your risk of getting the flu by about twenty percent. If you rense your mouth with water two three times a day, spit out the water, it'll wash the flu out of your mouth. Even that will cut down in your risk of the flu by twenty percent. But if you do green tea, it'll cut your risk by about seventy percent. Because that's what the research for japanchos. They even did a study in kindergarteners, like
five thousand kindergarteners two winters in a row. Medical doctors were diagnosing them with the flu or not the flu, and they found that drinking little cups of green tea throughout the day prevented these kids from getting the flu by like sixty nine percent. I mean, it was pretty amazing when they get When they did a studying elderly people in America, green tea was preventing elderly women and nursing homes from getting pneumonia, pneumonia from getting pneumonia. So you want to
do green tea now. And here's what I do in the winter. I have the green tea liquid from Invite and every squirt is like an American sized cup of green tea. It's like an eight ounce cup of green tea. Right. So I brew green tea from my wife and from me every morning. Because we're very active people. We have a lot of friends, We're doing a lot of things. I go to the gym all the time, I go to the gym three or four times a week. One week it's four times, next week it's three times. And so I go to the
gym. There's a lot of people there. Some of them are sick. They're touching all the equipment. I try to be careful, but you know, you can only be so careful. And I really did a workout not to be super careful. And I do the green tea before I go there, and when I come home, I haven't gotten sick. Other people have. I haven't, So I brewed green tea. I get an organic green tea tea bag and I brew the green tea for about two minutes. I
make sure it gets like that nice dark greenish yellow color. You know that dark yellow greenish color. Get rid of the tea bag. Squeeze the tea bag, get rid of it. And I put two squirts of the green tea liquid in there. And that's giving me a lot of the green tea active ingredient. And it's given my wife a lot of green tea active ingredient. I didn't do this when she got the neurovirus. I didn't think about it. I started doing it after she got neurovirus. I should have done
it before, she wouldn't have gotten aurovirus. Okay, So every day now, for the past two weeks, we've been to a lot of parties, get we get invited to a lot of dinners and parties. You know, we're okay, I tell you, we have a lot of friends. We didn't get sick. We're not getting sick. So we have a cup of green tea. We put two squirts of the green tea liquid into it, because then it's loaded with the polyphenols that week in the flu and weakened colds.
It weakens colds. We drink that after it cools down, and then we do it a second time. So we're basically getting the polyphenols of six cups of green tea. Now, if you don't have time to brew the green tea, you could squirt our green tea liquid right into your mouth, give it a little shake. It really doesn't need to give it a little shake anyway, because you know I'm used to that. Squirt it right in your mouth, like two squirts before you go out, two squirts when you
come home, two squirts later in the day. That's like six cups of green tea. Or you can do the capsule. Every capsule is like three cups of green tea. You could do a capsule twice a day. I'll like the liquid because it's also coming in contact with my mouth. Have I uper digestive tract, so that's why I prefer the liquid. But you know, if you don't want to do it the liquid capsule, it'll still work. It'll still help a great deal to weaken any virus that you would get
in the winter. So green tea really high up on my list of protecting us in the winter. Nuclear tides really high up on my list. Immunity
HX really high up on my list. I'm going to be flying to California in a week and a half, and before I get on that plane, I'll be doing the green tea and I'll be doing the beta immunity, and then on the plane, i'll do another beta immunity, and if they serve green tea, I'll get it, but they usually don't serve green tea on the plane, and then they after coming off the plane, I'll drink more green tea and I'll put my squirtz into it. I'll put the squirts up
and then I won't get sick. From the plane. Okay, let's go to a break a little bit early. Usually I go at twenty seven past the hour, but I don't want to start something else. Now it behooves me to speak about probiotics for the immune system.
I just take a probiotic most days anyway, because our healthy bacteria die off with age, our chemistry changes with age. And they've done some huge studies, like like on a million people, I'm not kidding you, and they've seen that the common the mixture of the bacteria and viruses and yeasts that live in our intestines changes with age, not in a good way. And it's a bad part of agent because the bacteria in your intestines control your appetite.
Like if you don't have enough healthy bacteria, you're always hungry and your blood sear goes up and you gain weight, et cetera. The bacteria in your colon, the bacterian you colon, help prevent colon cancer. The bacterian in your intestines help keep the brain healthy by reducing inflammation in the brain. There's a direct conduit of the immune system from the intestines to the brain. And you just want healthy bacteri in the intestines. And of course healthy bacteria
and vaginal tissue helps prevent yeast infections and urinary tract infections. Healthy bacteria in the breasts help reduce the risk of breast cancer, So you want healthy bacteria, and these bacteria migrate all over the body. Believe it or not, you need bacteria even for your heart to function. There's a chemical in your body that you make called nitric oxide, and it's mostly made by the bacteria in your mouth. You do make some of your blood vessels, but that
declines with age. So we're talking about people like over fifty here. So when you're younger, you make a lot of nitric oxide and the blood vessels and it pops them open. So when you're exercising or walking, you're getting plenty of blood to the muscles, and you know you have greater endurance, et cetera. And you're getting plenty of blood to the brain. But with age, the level of nitric oxide released in the blood vessels becomes less and
less, so it's harder to pop up in those blood vessels. So it affects your your endurance when you're exercising, and it affects your brain because your brain is starting to stove with nutrition, so you can lose brain cells and brain function. So you can make nitric oxide in your mouth and then that goes all over the body. It's clearly a way that nitric oxide travels throughout
the body. So a good bacter in your mouth take the things in vegetables and fruits and whole grains and things like that and creates nitric occide, and a nitric oxide pops open your blood vessels. So you need that for normal blood pressure. You need that for a healthy heart, you need that for a healthy brain, You need that to take pressure off your kidneys and liver. You need that for muscle endurance. So it's very important not to kill
the bacteri in your mouth. So once in a while, I open up the probiotic and I put it in some yogurt and I let it stay in my mouth a little bit, just to make sure i'm because you know, people kill the bacteriy in their mouth like people gargle. That kills all the good bacteria in your mouth. It's not just killing the bad ones, it's killing the good ones. So if you gargle every day, you literally can be affecting your heart and your circulation because when you kill the good bacteria,
you're not making a nitric occide. So the good news is the bacteri in your mouth come a pretty quickly. However, they might not be the good ones that come back, it might be the bad ones. So once in a while, take one of our probiotics and open it up and you can put the powder right in your mouth if you want, or you can mix it in some yogurt or something else and you'll consume it. But the probiotics are also integral to good immune system function. The lion's share of our white
blood cells are called nutrophils. They're also called polymorphon nuclear leucocytes. Okay, And the thing is we have plenty of them when we get older, but they're not working, and they're are first line of defense against the flu, against covid, against the cold, against viruses. When you do probiotics certain strains, not all strains, it brings back these important immune cells, the
nutrophills. They're ninety percent of your immune cells. They're in your mouth or in your nose, It by your eye, they're in your urinard tract, they're all over the there, in your intestines. It brings back the nutrophils and they protect you from the flu and colds. So one reason why, one reason why a cold could be worse than an elderly person, or the flu could become dangerous in an elderly person or an elderly person is more prono
pneumonia is cause these neutrophils don't work. We have a strain in our probiotic checks and it will really wake up your neutrophils. That's called by Feenobacteria animolus subspecies lactics. We have the correct strain five Yemen clinical trials. Within a week or two, your nutrophills are coming back to life to protect you from an infection. So this time of year, you want to do our probiotic.
Now who else should do the probatic Not just people over fifty, diabetics, pre diabetics, people with obesity, people who drink alcohol, people who smoke. All those people they're losing their good bacteria. People use a lot of cleaning products that have an odor, Like if you're always cleaning bathrooms or something, those chemicals get into you and they kill you good bacteria. So you need them too, but definitely people over fifty. So there's another cell
that's really important that's woken up by your probiotics. It's called natural killer cell. That is two reasons why this is important. It's a very powerful protector from cancer. It's a very powerful weapon against cancer. So in all the people, our natural killer cells don't work. We have them, they're not
working, but it's also a bridge cell. So when somebody sneezes on you with the flu or a cold, or covid or any virus that you never had before, it takes time for your body to make antibodies, and if you're older, you don't make as many hell the antibodies anyway, So it takes five, ten, twelve days, fourteen days to make these antibodies. Right, So the first part of the immune system, the neutrophils, are getting tired, they're getting fatigued, so that a virus can start to multiply
and it could potentially become dangerous. That's why all the people maybe the first five or six days would a virus, they're okay, but by the seventh day they wound up in the hospital because that first part of the immune system has slacked off because it's fatigued. The bridge between the first part of the immune system and the antibody production is natural killer cells. To a degree,
that's the bridge. If they're not working, you're in trouble. By the sixth day of the infection, the probiotics bring back the natural killer cells, and these cells also patrol for cancer cells. You're making cancer cells every day, don't kid yourself. But the natural killer cells calling the troops and destroy them. They call the killer T cells and they destroy them. So if

a lot of polyps and their prono colon cancer. Okay, But most colon cancers are due to lifestyle, and it's how you know, Smoking increases the risk of colon cancer. Drinking a lot of alcohol leads to colon cancer, can lead to colon cancer. But there are foods that help prevent colon cancer. So you can zero in on seific foods the lower risk of colon cancer. Now, it just turns out that many of these foods supply healthy bacteria.
It also turns out you're probably not eating these foods, like sauer kraut. Okay, sour kraut is basically cut up cabbage and it's fermented with lactic acid bacteria and the sugars in the cabbage are transformed into like, you know, like sour flavor. Right, So if they don't cook the sauer kraut, or if they don't pasteurize the sauer kraut, you get these bacteria. The problem is the sauer kraut you get in the supermarket, a lot of
them are pasteurized. You're not getting the bacteria. But sauer kraut reduces your risk of colon cancer because of the bacteria. So it's a second food that has probiotic bacteria, but we're not eating it. It's called kim Kimchi comes from Korea. They typically take it's a spicy pickled cabbage dish. So they typically get a knapa cabbage and Korean radish and garlic and chili peppers and they
mix them up and they leather ferment and it gives you probatic bacteria. And kim chi has been showing to help protect the colon lower the risk of colon cancer. But nobody's eating kimchi. I mean, most of us are not eating kimci. So what do you do. Well, here's two foods that lower the risk of colon cancer. The saur kraut, but they ruin it when they set in the supermarket, so it's not helping. And the kimchi, but you know, we're not used to that kind of flavor in America.
So what do you do? You take a probiotic. Probiotics will help lower your risk of colon cancer. First of all, they reduce inflammation in the colon. Inflammation is a major conduit the cancer. Inflammation damages DNA DNA mutates, and if the mutakos are the wrong direction, it starts the cancer process. So reducing inflammation than the colon is a sure fire, proven way to lower the risk of colon cancer. There's a tremendous amount of research showing
this. Probiotic bacteria reduce inflammation in the colon by snuffing out bed bacteria and keeping them under control. So that's the first thing. The second thing is probiotic bacteria help you get rid of poop. That's important. The probiotic bacteria help prevent you from getting constipated. So how does constipation affect colon cancer risk. Well, if you're constipated, the toxins in your poop will be in contact with the lining of your intestines for a longer time, so they could
do more damage and mutate more DNA and start the cancer process. So if you take probiotic bacteria, they've been proven like the Electipacill's plantarum, the Lactipiscill's rhagnosis feedum, Bacterium animoulis subspecies lactice and this product have been proven to help clear up constipation of most people. Could take a couple of weeks, but it really helps. So that's the second way they prevent colon cancer. The third way is they work on good foods and they release butteric acid. So,
yes, it's an acid. But acids are okay in the digestive tract. You want some butteric acid. Here's the problem. I mean, they make drugs out of butteric acid to treat colitis and Chrohn's disease. They have butteric acid animals for people with colitis because colitis leads to colon cancer. So they're giving a butteric acid to reduce the inflammation. But the good bacteria take the fibers in food and create butteric acid. Now, butteric acid does three
or four good things. First of all, butteric acid assists the absorption of minerals. Minerals are usually absorbed in the small intestine, things like iron and calcium and magnesiumre absorbing the small intestine. So if they get past the small intestine, there's still a chance you can absorb them with the large intestine. If you have bututeric acid. Butteric acid will shunp them into your bloodstream. So if you have good bacteria and you eat good food, you can absorb
the minerals better. And that's important for your brain, for your energy, for your immune system, for digestion, for your heart, for your blood pressure control. These minerals do everything for creating energy. I mean, they're just important. Okay, Now a third thing but rate does. It reduces inflammation in the colon. We said that before, But it takes abnormal cells
in the colon and transforms them to healthy cells so they don't mutate. So a pre neoplastic cell is a cell that's damage that can go into the cancer process. Theuteric acid takes these mutated damage cells, these problem cells, and converts them back to a healthy cell before they become mutated. So that's really important. Is that strongly lowers the risk of colon cancer. But here's the other thing, and this is to catch twenty two. Buteric acid only lasts
for a fraction of a second. That's why you need good food and probatic bacterias. So you're making butteric acid twenty four hours a day. That is something else they discovered about butteric acid. Some of the buteric acid made on your colon, you colon as your last and your large intestine, the last part of your digestive tract before you poop. Okay, it's right before the rectum. Some of that butteric acid escapes into the blood stream and that's a
really good thing because it repairs and shields the brain. You have this kind of insulation protected barrier in a brain called the blood brain barrier to keep terrible things out of the brain. But it gets leaky with age, it gets it gets leaky with age. The butteric acid from your colon. The good bacteria work on good foods, like you know, broccoli and cabbage and whole
grains and things releases butteric acid. Some of the butteric escapes into the bloodstream, goes to the brain and repairs the blood brain barrier to keep nasty things out of brain that otherwise inflame the brain and kill brain cells and can affect your memory. We spoke a lot about the immune system, then we started to talking about colon cancer, which leads me into fish oils and crill oil. Oh and by the way, once again, our holiday sale is still

There was a five year study of one in seventy seven thousand people, a diet made up mostly mostly of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and fish offered a huge level of protection against colon cancer. It reduced the risk of colo rectal cancer by almost fifty percent. Okay, So a diet rich in fish, you
need that fish three times a week. The right fish like salmon, good fish, A lot of vegetables, a lot of fruit, could include olives and olive oil, and things like that, could include nuts and beans, lowered the risk of colon cancer. So you know a lot of people don't eat fish three times a week. Some people don't eat it because it smells up their house. I mean, that's ridiculous. But what can I tell you? Open the windows. I take krill every day. So the fish,
because it lowers inflammation in the colon, helps prevent colon cancer. But the fish oils also help prevent sudden cardiac death. There's scores of studies, literally probably forty studies that fish oils help protect you from sudden cardiac death. And the United States alone, each year about three hundred and twenty thousand people suddenly keel over and die. They might be on the way to work, they might be on the way home, they might be cooking pasta in the
kitchen. They suddenly keel over and die sudden cardiac death. Their heart stops. Now, unless you're in an operating room with heart surgeons, they're not going to restart your heart. Unless you've got ems people sitting in your kitchen table, they're not restarting your heart. That's how quickly it happens. Fish, fish oils, krill oil. The oils in them strongly help block sudden cardiac death. So that alone is worth taking a fish oil capsule or eating

And secondly to get the joke, So you'll say an eighty year old there's a lag time between time and the jok and when they left. Compared to people who are sixty or seventy or fifty, this improves that. So basically, taking active HX, well, if you're over fifty or sixty, you

Going to the gym, I challenged myself, but I'm careful. You don't want
