I'm a nutritional pharmacist and it's always an honor and a privilege to be speaking with you. Invite Health really does a great job in making nice, clean, pure products, but they also use research verified supplements. So I'm going to discuss one for weight loss that actually

works. It's called Phase two and it's an extract of a bean Faciolus vulgaris, and this extract blocks the absorption of sugar and it literally works. Now it's not like you take this supplement and you can eat whatever you want. That's not gonna work. That's broken. But I can tell you this. If you have a lot of body fat and you look at your last blood test, everything's going to be off. People with a lot of body fat,

generally their cholesterol is really high. They triglycerides and other kind of fat in your blood that could cause a stroke is high. Their good cholesterol is low. Usually something called uric acid, which is tied into high blood pressure that's elevated. It also closes gout by the way, crystals and your joints that hurt amazingly severely. So a lot of things are elevated. Blood pressure, your blood sugar will be elevated. It's not good for your kidneys,

your heart, your brain, your eyes. All that extra fat's not good for you, regardless what anybody says. Extra fat not good. Not good. And I'm not talking a pound or two. I'm talking like people who are twenty thirty, forty fifty pounds overweight. So there's a supplement that Invite has that's really clean and really pure. I mean, even the Mayo Clinic and the University of Rochester picked this ingredient because it's such a high quality that

they knew it wouldn't fudge their results. The results would be real because they could depend on the supplement to be pure and to do what it's supposed to do. And these people were overweight to obese, almost one hundred people. They were in different clinics, so it's not just one clinic, and they were given a healthier

diet. They were given food guidance for a three month period and half of them were given a placebo, which is a fake capsule. The other half were given the Phase two and the people in the phase too lost a lot of fat. They lost inches on their belly. So typically the people who are following the recommended food lost about a pound. The people who added Phase two they lost about ten pounds, about nine and a half pounds, so it's just shi ten pounds. This is on average. That's a huge difference.

I mean that's a really good difference. They lost up to five percent of their body weight a lot of fat. So let me tell you how it works, because it really works properly. I mean it really works in an intelligent manner. When you chew on something with sugar in it, like rice of potato, pasta or anything like that. You have to release enzymes called alpha anlese enzymes to free up the sugar. What happens with the phase two it binds to these enzymes, so you take it about fifteen to thirty

minutes before you eat. It binds to the alpha amylease enzyme and you don't release the sugar. You could taste the food, but you're not getting the sugar. That doesn't mean you can eat more sugar. That's not gonna work. So these people literally lost a healthy weight over a twelve week period.

Now if you lose ten even fifteen pounds over a three month period, because what happens with a lot of people, they start to lose fat and then they feel better and they start walking more or gardening more or moving around more. So that accelerates and amplifies the fat loss because you're feeling better, you're feeling more energy, you're feeling good about yourself, you're looking better at the marria are, your clothing is fitting again better. So this can really kick

start in a good way the ability to lose that excess fat. I'm not talking about a little bit of fat. I'm talking about people who really need to lose weight. They need help. I mean, there's reasons for this, and the thing is that you'll see if you've lost ten or twenty pounds of fat, which is asking a lot, it really is, but here is a supplement that helps you do it safely and effectively. You'll see that

your blood pressure will probably improve. Your blood sugar will definitely improve. Your uric acid, the thing that creates crystals in your joints that hurts like amazingly bad, that'll improve. You Try glyceteride, greasy fats in your blood, and your cluster will improve. It's all really good. But you're also reducing

the risk of a bunch of cancer. It's pancreatic cancer to a degree, colon cancer, other cancers there's information about, but I can't totally prove it, but you know, possibly breast cancer, prostate cancer at least in advanced forms. Other cancers are digestive tract so you know it makes sense. So phase two is the real thing. The reason I brought it up today,

I don't normally talk about it because it sells on its own. But the reason I brought up today is another study just came out and it's just real. I mean, the research is real, this stuff is real. It really will help you get started. It was in a scientific report, Science Reports, I'm sorry, Science Reports, which is a good journal, by the way. So that's one way of getting started losing weight. And another way, of course is moving around. Now what's the best way to move

around? You know, I've been following just a little tip here. I wouldn't get all my exercise at one shot in a day. That really is not the best way for longevity. For a long healthy life, you need spurts. I look at these Blue Mountain studies, I'm sorry, the Blue Zone studies, not Blue Mountain. That's where I got my coffee from in Jamaica, the Blue Zone studies. In blue zones, people live exceedingly long

lives in general. You know, a lot of people make the ninety five one hundred, one hundred and five more so than other areas, and people in these blue zone regions. It's the way they move around. They're up like every twenty or thirty minutes. So I actually, I actually make sure I do that. I actually make sure like when I go to the breaks on this program. It there's a break like every fifteen minutes or so,

I actually get up and stand up. Even just standing up, it activates all kinds of biochemical processes, and it activates all these genes that are good for your brain and good for your heart, and good for your immune system. It's just a good thing. So what I'm saying to you is, don't sit on the couch for two hour stretches. Get up like every half hour and walk around a little bit. It doesn't have to be excessive. I happen to walk a great deal. I know. They do that ten

thousand step thing. That was actually a Japanese company that made pedometers around one of the Olympics in Japan, and they said, ah, let's pick a nice figure ten thousand steps. Well, that really is a good figure to aim for, ten thousand steps a day. I generally get about fourteen thousand steps a day. But I also do exercise a garden like crazy. So

but you'll see that the way I live, you'll definitely lose fact. But I'm telling you, if you can get up every twenty minutes off the couch and just walk around a little bit, you'll start to see your energy improve and everything you'll feel better about things. And if you do the phase two that can help you lose five or ten pounds without pain, a painful loss

of some weight to get you started. You're not going to lose one hundred pounds in phase two, although I've had people take it for six months or eight months and tell me they've lost thirty forty pounds. People who needed to lose weight, people who were diabetic, with high blood pressure, et cetera. They needed to lose weight. Okay, let's move on to the next thing. So that's Phase two. It's really safe. It's been using a

lot of human clinical trials. The ingredient has been tested at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. It's been tested at the University of Rochester, Upstate New York. I mean, it's the real thing. Now, another study came out on loutine. Lutine is this ingredient that is great for your eyes. It's just great for your eyes. I take it every day because it's also good for your brain. It's good for your brain and your vision.

And the problem is two things. Lower loutine taking a statin drug. You know all those statins, receuvistatin A twelve, a statin Simba stat all those statins. They lowered the amount of lutine in your blood. But so does aging, because as we grow older, it gets harder, for some reason, to absorb loutine from our food. So I tell people, like over fifty, get out a lutine supplement. It's time. Certain things become harder to absorb with age, like the mineral zinc. So I put older people

or even people over fifty who are not older anymore. I mean those are today that's relatively young. I tell them, you need zinc, you need loutine. So I've been taking a product called Macula Advanced. That's what I give my wife, and that's what I take. I frequently talk about what I take for my brain, but I really talk about what I take for my heart, so I think I should address that. It's very simple. The multivitamin is to start of protecting the heart because the multivitamin has minerals that the heart needs, that the immune system needs, that energy production needs, et cetera. Magnesium, zinc, vitamin selenium, et cetera. But

also it has to be vitamins. You see, your heart's a super high energy organ and be complex vitamins A whole bunch of them are at the core of releasing energy from food, of converting food into body energy. So if you're liking to be vitamins, regardless what you're doing, you can't really protect your heart. Same with the brain. The brain loves bee vitamins. The brain gobbles up to bee vitamins from your meal or from your multi vitamin.

So I take a multivitamin from my heart. But that's for so many things. It's also for your brain, and it's for the immune system. I mean, it's just for everything. But it's at the core of heart health. Having a multi vitamin. A good multi vitamin is at a core of heart health. Those are the things I'm taking from my heart. Now. That's important because there's heart attacks in the family. My father

died in my arms. I was ten years old. He was sixty from a massive heart attack. I will never forget that night. How could you My older brother Ed, who's five years older than me, he's seventy five, He's already had at least three heart attacks that they know about. I haven't had any. My heart is fantastic, My blood pressure is under control. My heart rate is beautiful. It's like, I don't know, seventy

six beats per minute. I mean, it's beautiful. So I'm doing a multivitamin with the Leykopena the B vitamins and they're activated B vitamins, and I'm doing the krill oil and the ubiqu one all. So what's that all about? Why is that my go to for protecting my heart? Because I don't want heart disease, because that's scary stuff, heart disease. You. Bique

one all is the active version of Cohen's on Q ten. Now, when they've taken people who've had massive heart attack and they've raised ubiq when all levels by giving infusions to co q ten, it's prevented other heart attacks and prevented them from dying over a five year period when they after a heart attack, when they raised ubiquen all levels, and the people who suffered massive heart attacks, they were keeping them alive like five to ten years later, they were

failure. And they weren't being hospitalized for the heart and they weren't having additional heart attacks. They had weakened hearts from previous I could have been viruses, could have been drugs, smoking, who knows, maybe obesity and diabetes, but most of them had previous heart attacks and that weakened their heart, and their heart wasn't beating well. And your heart has to beat one hundred thousand times a day or more to keep you going to get blood all over you

oxygen rich blood. So when they gave them you biquin wall, when they raised their ubiquinal levels, it kept them around. It cut back on deaths fifty percent, and people with sick hearts kept them out of hospital, prevented future heart attacks. Now why would I take it. My heart's in great condition, my blood vessels are clean. I just I went to a cardiogist last year and she said, man, you're doing good. I mean I could ride my bike for miles and come home and garden and walk for miles

and not have an issue. So why am I taking ubiquin all because I have less than my heart? My heart's healthy, I want to keep it that way. So I'm putting the ubiquin wal back into my heart because ub ubicwen al is what coq ten has to change into. So when you take coq ten, it needs to be converted into ubique wall to work. The problem is, when you hit your fifties, you start to lose the ability to change coke ten and to ubiq one wall. But it really doesn't mean

that much until you're in your sixties, like your mid sixties. So somebody by the age of fifty nine, they've lost about ten percent of their ability to convert coquten to ubiqwell, but by the time you reach seventy, it's way more than that. Way more than that. You've lost your ability to convert coke ten to ubiquin wall thirty forty fifty percent. So I know my heart has to beat about one hundred thousand times a day. It needs a

lot of energy. Ubiqu when all is basically the ever ready battery. It passes along the electron and the electrical charge so the heart can beat. So because I know there's a lot less in my heart than they used to be, my heart could be distressed, it could come under a lot of pressure, and bad things can happen, and over time that becomes really dangerous and

life threatening. So I want to prevent that, nip that in the blood by putting the ubiquin al back into my heart now, so my heart's not getting stressed when I lift weights or walk for three miles, or ride my bike for an hour, or garden for I'll garden for six hours at a time. So I don't want my heart on the stress. So do ubiqu when all's taken my seventy year old heart and it's making it like a forty year old heart. When forty year old hearts are typically not the hearts that

have a heart attack, it's usually the seventy year old heart. So yeah, I do the multi. That's the start of heart health as far as supplements are concerned. And then I do the ubique every morning with my breakfast. I take one ubiq one all one hundred and twenty million rounds, and Invite has a ubic one all. It's made in Texas. But in any event, I take my krill because I know that fish oils are basically the best thing I could put in my mouth from my brain and my heart. Now, I told you I generally have fish three, four, even five times a week, depends on a week. It's not a steady thing. My wife and I are always cooking and coming up with clever things to eat and all.

But I generally have fish at least three times a week, more often four to five times a week. And the thing is that that lowers my risk of dying suddenly because of my heart. Over three hundred thousand Americans each year their heart stops beating and does restart. Now that happens to about three hundred and fifty thousand Americans each year, but about thirty thousand survive it. The other three hundred and twenty thousand, which is the huge majority of them,

ninety percent of them, they don't survive. They're gone. It's called sudden cardiac death. The heart just stops. You don't have a warning. You don't know what's going to happen. When you get enough fish oils in the body from eating fish, from taking fish oils, or from taking krill oil. Many studies, probably about fifty human clinical trials, show that it cuts back on your risk of sudden cardiac death. By at least a third.

So imagine if you get your good exercise without overdoing it, you're eating your vegetables and fresh fruit, you're not smoking, you're not overweight, and then you get the fish oils. You're really cutting back on your risk of sudden cardiac death, helping you know. And I do think that anybody over the age of sixty really should see a cardiologist. I really do. I think that's very important. I was foolish eyewah until I was sixty nine. But I got a great report, and I knew I would. I mean,

I walk all over the place, I'm I'm always active. I knew i'd get a great report. I'm never out of breath, so in any event, So that's what I'm doing for my heart. Thank you for joining me this morning. Now, so I'm doing three things for my heart. I mean, listen, besides eating regular healthy food and you know, getting rid of stress, which I don't have, and exercising and stuff like that. I'll taking three supplements from my heart. I'll take it to you pick when all,

which is the act of coq ten, my heart is healthy. I want to keep it that way, so I don't want it to be scrained. See, the coq ten is at the core of supplying energy to the heart. And the heart's beating sixty seventy eighty times per minute, so it needs that energy. If it doesn't have the coq ten activity of the ubique wall, it's lacking an energy. It's on the more strain, and eventually that corrupts the heart and leads to weakness of the heart, and that's very dangerous.

of them. Methylal baaloment converts to all of them, but it's especially important in the brain for memory. And as evidence now that older people have trouble converting regular B twelve and to methylal baloment. So the regular B twelve is called cianocobalamin. Cobalamin is B twelve and they add cyanide to it. It's not poisonous, but it's cyanide attached to the B twelve. It's called ciano coobalamin. And a lot of people are not using that to their advantage.

So they're not fully protecting their brain, and they're not giving their muscles energy, and they're not giving any benefit to their nerves, et cetera. So invite through wisdom said, I'm not using siato cobaloment, which is cheap junk. We're using methyl cobaloment. Now. The second upgrade they made to their B vitamins was putting in the active form of folic acid. Regular folic acid

is fine and dandy for about half the population. The other half, it's not going to protect them from Alzheimer's or cancer because they can't activate it. Oh, let me just go back to methycobalamon to B twelve and then I'll go to the folic acid. The methico balamin is the active form of the human body, and it's converted to the other forms of B twelve in the human body, like halicobalamin and cobamamide or dibinkozide. So getting the B twelve

and the invite multi is perfect for the human body. Now let's get to the folic acid. Folic Acid is a synthetic form of folate. Folate is found in green plants and vegetables, so it's ubiquitous in them. It's found all through the plank kingdom, so they call it after foliage, so it's called folate after foliage like broccoli and spinach and whatever. They make a synthetic version for multivitamins called follic acid. The problem is a lot of people can't

use it. They can't make the conversion to the form that helps protect you from cancer and Alzheimer's, which is called methyl tetra hydro folate. So they can't take the folic acid in their cheap multi and converted to the active form. And that's a problem because the active form of foll eate methyl tetrahydrofolate MTHF. Methyl tetrahydrofoliate, Yeah, MTHF. That helps protect you from going into the cancer process. It helps protect you from radiation and cigarette smoke and pollution

and viruses that would otherwise damage your DNA. See, the methyl tetrahydrofolate is a methylating agent. It attaches to your genes and makes things bounce off them that are bad things like cigarette smoke and certain viruses and pollution and X rays and radiation. So it kind of gives a coding to your DNA and your messenger, your RNA. It's involved there and it prevents them from getting damaged because it's the damage to these factors the DNA that leads to the cancer process.

So you want the methyl tetrahydrofolic you want the MTHF. And the thing is that also lowers something in the brain called homo systein homo Cystin in the brain is kind of corrosive. It kills brain cells and it greatly increases your risk of Alzheimer's disease, possibly stroke, definitely depression. If you can't take the folic acid fed the most multis and change it to the MTA methyl tetra hydrofolate MTHF. If you can't make the conversion, you can't protect your brain.

You can't get the homos systeine out of your brain. You can't break down the homosysteine, and it increases in the brain and it's kind of dissolving the brain cells and killing them because it's a real corrosive agent. So you want a multi like the invite to get that MTHF. Okay, And also because but that also helps to protect the heart because homo systine inflames the heart

too. So these are really so that's my plan for protecting my heart, you know, besides the vegetables that are fruit and not eating fried food, not eating eating or drinking sugary junk. Well, my wife and I all our food is fresh. We don't use anything canned, We don't use anything pre made. We make our food ourselves, or if we go out to a restaurant, we make we make sure it's a healthier type restaurant where they know what they're doing with food. So we only eat fresh food. I

haven't anything in that can for decades. I just don't need it. I mean, it's garbage. The food industry is almost in the diabetes industry. They're almost the same industry. The food industry corrupts your body, destroys your body, addicts you to crappy food, doesn't nourish you well. The food industry is a disgrace, and then they hand you over to the diabetes industry. So you want, you want fresh food, you want to make your own food, and you want to get them a good multi. Everybody should

be at a good multi. Basically just about everybody will get something out of taking a multi, either increased energy, better brain function, protected from cancer, heart disease, because they prove in that a good multi helps protect you from a heart attack. A good multi not the one most of you were
