Get ready for tomorrow's nutritional science today right here, right now. Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor Amanda Williams, Scientific director at Invite Health. Happy Saturday morning to everyone. Hopefully your weekend is full of healthy plans, and I'm going to give you some tips and tools
to help you better achieve that. Because at Invite Health for twenty five years, we have been focused on the science of nutrition, and of course we make all of these wonderful, powerful dietary supplements, and a supplement as such, it is to supplement little gaps in your diet, which is why I always zero in on the importance of multivitamins, because even if you're eating incredibly healthy, it is likely that you are still not getting adequate exposure to key
vitamins and minerals. So I'll talk about our Performance multivitamin today because we actually have that on a buy one, get one free special. So I'm going to highlight the Performance multivitamin for you. But always remember anything that I talk about on this program along the way, if I'm referring to a study or anything that I happen to reference. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to me. You can always shoot me an email A Williams at
invitehealth dot com. Remember that our stores are open seven days a week, so we try to make it as easy for you as possible to not only pop into one of our locations to pick up your favorite Invite Health formulation, but also to have a free nutritional consultation with one of our experts. So we have so many folks who have worked for Invite for so many years. They know the product line inside and out, and they're incredibly passionate about helping
you achieve your wellness goals. And that's what's, at the end of the day, so important. This is why I do what I do every single
day. That's why Jerry Hickey continues to do what he does every single day because we recognize that in a traditional medical approach, there's so many cracks in the system, and we have individuals who come to us on a regular basis who are kind of a little bit lost because maybe they receive blood tests from their doctor, they're not exactly sure what the numbers mean, or heck, what even the test was for. There are people who take medications out there
that aren't exactly sure why they're on a particular medication. So if you find yourself falling into that category where you're just a little uneasier unsure, then by all means, come in talk to one of our nutritionists. Send me an email. I'm always happy to give you my best insight. As you know, I went to medical school, so I have my MD, and I also have my master's degree in public health that I focused on chronic disease,
state management, and nutrition. And I've been in the world of dietary supplements for many years now. Not to age myself, I always say, I don't like to say how many years, huh, but you know, I feel pretty young. But this is because I changed what I was doing so many years ago. I used to not have the best diet. I thought I was doing pretty good, but then I realized, no, not even close. And so now I'm very regimented with what I do every single day
as far as the foods that I eat and of course my supplements. I'm on a very strict dietary supplementation routine. I do kind of change things up from time to time, you know, rotate in different things, you know, for a couple of days. Maybe I'm using the green TTX as an example. And especially during the summer, you know, is starting to get really hot and humid down here in South Florida. Not complaining, but it's
you can feel that summer is literally right around the corner. And so the green TTX for me, is a wonderful way for me to get the power of EGCG, which is that powerful catechin that comes from green tea extract. And then it also allows me to really zero in on my hydration because as the temperatures go up, you know, it's lovely because yes, it feels warmer, but you also have to account for the humidity levels and the loss
of water, and that water balance in our system is really important. So for me, I always like to try and make sure that I'm staying on top of that because you don't want to get to a point where dehydration is kind of dictating the way that your body is functioning and the way that you feel. When you are always at this kind of teetering on being in a
state of dehydration, which many Americans continuously walk around in that state. You may not recognize that it is due to that dehydration that you have kind of that low energy feeling, and you oftentimes wouldn't say, oh, I just have to you know, refuel and stay hydrated and I'll feel better. Yes, But in doing that, we also want to get the best of both worlds. We want to get that fluid in, but we also want to power up our cells with powerful antioxidants. Hence, this is where the green
TTX can be your best friend for many different reasons. As the temperatures start to creep up and the humidity levels start to increase as well, Because not only is the green tea wonderful for you know, regulating inflammation in the body, but as we get those powerful catkins into our system, they actually work
to fight off the harmful effects of the sun's rays. So this is a win win for you, so you're sipping on your green tea, which means you already know in your mind, okay, I'm combating any you know, viruses that are out there in the environment. Because don't fool yourself if you think that just because the weather's getting nicer that you still don't have to deal with getting sick and still catch a cold in you know, late spring and
into the summer. I always say, one of the times that I was the most sick was back in Michigan and it was in the summer, so everybody else was I don't having fun and I was at home under the weather, so not fun for me. But in any of it case, one of the things that we know about the green tea caatekins is that they are giving us this immune system support, which is hands down a wonderful thing. But it's also working to give our skin cells this wonderful added protection against UV.
So that's always key. Anytime that we can use our nutrients to give us multiple benefits, that's a wind for us. And this is how I like to categorize nutrients such as green tea, because say, for example, you're dealing with joint inflammation, you have arthritis and We know millions of Americans are dealing with arthritis, and oftentimes you chalk it up to well, it's just normal aging. This is just part of it. Yeah, I have an ake knee, but you know, so be it. No, don't
look at it that way. Look at it and say, well, what can I be doing better? You know, how do I change my diet? You know, how do I make slight modifications in my diet. What nutrients from Invite health can help my body better regulate the inflammatory response. So green tea is an excellent choice because we know that it's working at deactivating a switch in the body known as HMGB one. Not that you need to know
what that is. You're not going to walk around the streets today and say, well, you know, I took my green tea so I can deactivate the old HMGB one from running rampant. I mean, most folks don't talk that way. I do because this is the world to which I live in. But this is a very important fact, is that HMGB one drives inflammation. If we can deactivate that kind of like turning a light switch off in your home. If we can turn that switch off, we have less inflammation.
So hence this is why your green tea is so incredibly beneficial when it comes to supporting a healthy inflammatory response. So yes, we're staying hydrated, we're fighting off the effects of the sun's rays, we're supporting the immune system, and we are having less joint inflammation. And to boot think about all the ways that it's helping your brain for neuronal connections, the way that your
brain cells communicate. So we want to be sharp and focused, we know that the green tea can be quite helpful for that, and it's wonderful when it comes to cardiovascular health. So it's just a great supplement to add in to your daily routine. And the fact that it's a liquid, So you take two full droppers. This is the way I use it myself, So you take two full droppers. I usually add it in with about six ounces of water, but you can do four ounces, you can do eight ounces.
Whatever your taste Bud's like. You don't want to do it straight up because it's very potent and so it's going to be very bitter. Not that it's harmful if you do it that way, but it's it's quite bitter. So you want to you know, mix that with the water. And the key thing is too we're trying to increase our hydration. So this is why adding it in with water very helpful. So you want to do that, you can do that, you know, two times throughout the day. So
two full droppers twice a day is a good habit to get on. Even if you're using one full dropper once a day a couple of times out of the week, that's better than not using it at all. And right now, that particular product is on a buy one, get one free, so no excuses. Stop by an Invite store or go to our website invitehealth dot com and check that out. You know. I always like to talk about things that are happening, whether that be in the news or events that are
occurring. But today is plant a lemon tree day. Now, maybe the weather is not ideal for lemon trees there in New York, certainly here in South Florida. And I must tell you my lemon tree in my backyard is thriving. So it's a brand new tree. And I actually have two. I have one that's a small, little baby lemon tree, and then I have my bigger tree. But the bigger tree it is happy, So I'm really really excited right now. They look like little limes because they're very dark
green, but they're growing and they just oh, they're so happy. So plant a lemon tree Day. Maybe I will head out today and head over to one of the local nurseries and go get more. Maybe because it's plant a Lemon tree Day, so maybe that's what I will do later today, go get another lemon tree and maybe a key lime as well. I'm not a big fan of key lime pie personally, but you know, people always ask that, oh, you live in Florida, so you must love orange
juice. No I don't. I'll eat an orange, but I'm not going to drink orange juice. It was just this week there was a study that came out where they were talking about the harmful effects once again of sweetened beverages and how you should be avoiding those at all cost once again. And your juices fall into that category, folks, So don't fool yourself and think, oh, you know it's from a fruit, so it must be healthy. It's better than if I drink a soda. No, it's not eat the
fruit. That's a better choice. If you're eating the fruit you're getting the fiber, which means you're slowing. The fiber is going to slow the rate at which that glucose level your blood sugar goes up. So eat the fruit, not drink the fruit. So that's just my little key for you. But plant a lemon tree day. So that's very, very exciting, and I know for all of you New Yorkers, you're super excited because you Rangers.
I followed that series, so I watched all of the games. I was super nervous because I was like, Oh, my goodness, is this going to have to go back to the garden for game seven. So I was quite happy to see the way that Game six ended. So kudos to you. And now you guys get to face the Panthers. The Florida Panthers. They they're a chippy team, so that should be an interesting series.
I will be watching that closely and of course rooting for the Rangers because I would love to see the Rangers end up at the Big Dance and so hopefully that that happens. But I know that there's a lot of excitement going on in the city between the Knicks and the Rangers. And so for all of you sports fans out there, I'm sure that your late spring is blooming it just wonderfully. When it comes to sports, I do need to squeeze in a quick break. When I get back from that break, I want to
talk about the importance of maintaining muscle mass. I was reading it once again this week on new statistics that came out on sarcopenia or age related muscle mass loss, and it just reinforces once again why we need to get ahead of this. We don't want to get to a point where we're losing muscle mass and then trying to regain that. So I want to talk about some of the different nutrients that you can turn to at Invite Health that are very beneficial
when it comes to maintaining your muscles. So I'm gonna squeeze in a quick break right now. Stick around. I will be right back just after this. I am doctor Amanda William's scientific director at invite Health and mentioned the old age related muscle mass loss. We want to avoid that. So the new epidemiology or the statistics on sarcopenia. When you want to
get fancy with your terminology, but what does that basically mean? It means you're getting frail, You're losing your muscle mass. And keep in mind when you lose muscle mass, you are weakening your bones. That's not a good thing because you know, if you just think of the structure of the human body, you know, the skeleton exists, but what's protecting your skeleton is your muscles. So if the muscles weaken, you're weakening the bones underneath.
So this, this is why when you look at frailty and you have someone who's getting you know, up there in chronological age, you start to see this increase risk of breaking a bone. That's not ideal. So the new stats came out and it was quite alarming because they were, you know, saying that people over the age of fifty five that the rate of muscle mass loss by the time you're fifty five is roughly about fifteen percent. And you may look and go, oh, that's not that much. That's a lot
of muscle mass loss. And then when you hit you know, seventy eighty years old, that number can go all the way up to you know, close to fifty percent or even greater. So if we've lost fifty percent of our muscle mass, now you can just say, oh, well, no, wonder why if I slip and fall, I'm going to break a bone, Okay, And then we had any other reasons for that, like women For example, postmenopausal women are at a much greater risk for rapid bone loss.
Why because estrogen throughout your life was very bone protective. So as estrogen levels go down, this is going to weaken your bones. So you may first notice it in your skin. Menopausal women will be like, why am I getting more wrinkles that estrogen. Estrogen helped to keep the skin tight, but it also helps to keep the bones hard. So if we are now adding insult to injury and also losing muscle mass, that's a huge problem.
So this is why we have formulations like Menopause Advanced. Menopause advance is not just geared towards the symptomatic issues that women can deal with, not only post menopausely, but also you know before you go through menopause, the low energy issues, the hot flashes, the problems with sleep, vaginal dryness, all of those lovely things that many women have to to deal with. But it also contains the isoflavones, and we know that the isoflavones are super helpful for
maintaining the bone density. So there's a reason why Menopause Advanced HX is formulated the way that it is because it needs to be complete and comprehensive. It's not just oh, I'm getting hot flashes and it's making me lose my mind. Okay, we've got you covered there. But we also have to recognize that through this process of hormonal fluctuations, we are now more prone to bone
turnover and bone loss. So hence the isoflavones because like sometimes people will ask me, you know, why is this in this product or why is that? You know, why is there rodeola? Because I love rodeola and I know how effective it is. So for many women who just feel like they're
kind of dragging gurodiola. So that's why that's in menopause advanced. So if we're looking at the broader picture here and we say, well, you know, if we with every decade have this increased risk of losing muscle mass, it's kind of like we know collagen collagen loss occurs at a rapid rate with every decade as well, Well, you need collagen to maintain not just for your your long locks, not just for your hair and your skin and your
nails. You need to have collagen for bone health. And so if we are not being proactive and supplementing with collagen, then in turn, we're not helping the cause when it comes to bone density, same thing if we are not addressing the muscle mass. So this is why we look at formulations such as active HX, which contains HMB hmb is hydroxymethyl butyrate. This is incredibly
important. This is made naturally in the body, but as we get older, that production pathway gets disrupted, and through that disruption, we can lose a lot of the muscle energy and the muscle support that we need. So supplementation with active HX, taking one scoop of that each day helps to power up those energy centers within your muscle cells. So it's really a great way for us to feel really good but at the same time encourage proper muscle function.
But then we also look at creatine, and creatine monohydrate is one of those misunderstood and I say misunderstood, and I mean that because this is probably one of those supplements that I get the most questions on where people have heard the common misconceptions like, well, if I use creatine, is that going to you know, lead to fluid retention. If I'm using creatine, isn't that like a steroid? So does that affect my immune system. If I
use creatine, can that cause kidney damage? Because sometimes people confuse creatine with creatinin and that's a common thing too to get confused. But we know that there are all of these different kind of misnomers or misinformation about creatine that exists. I get a lot of men who will reach out to me and say, you know, I'm interested in using the creatine monohydrate, but I have a buddy who told me that, oh, don't use creatine because it can
lead to hair loss and I don't want to go bald. So these are the things that I'd like to talk about because first and foremost they're not true. We can look at the amount of clinical research that's out there when it comes to creatine supplementation and how it is that creatine is actually helping us when it comes to not only maintaining the muscle mass, but for so many other functions, including anti aging. So it has a lot of cellular protection to
it. And creatine in and of itself is endogenously formed, so it means it's made within the human body, and it is made from the kind of the combining of different amino acids. So you take urgenine and glycine and methiinine, and they all kind of it's like you're making your own little stew. So you have this stew of amino acids and this then creates your creatine.
So this is why when we start to look at the effects or the impacts of amino acids, we have to truly understand what is this particular individual amino acid doing, and how is it that the body is using this, and how is the body reliant upon this? And so you have all this information that's out there saying, hm, you know, there's all of this y
you know, talk about how creatine really shouldn't be used. And I think a lot of the problem that came along initially with creatine was in the world of like muscle building and weightlifting and the misuse of different amino acids that were partnered up, unfortunately and sometimes manipulated with actual anabolic steroids. So this is where a lot of the misinformation came from. But when it comes to supplementation of creatine, this is where it's really quite impressive because not only does it
help to encourage better muscle mass. Hence this is why you do have people in athletic performance and weightlifting that turn to this. But we also know that creatine itself helps to regulate our cholesterol. So when you look at the cardio protective effects of creatine, this amino acid that's created in the human body, it serves as a functional role for cholesterol transport. So most people would never think about creatine and say, oh, well I have elevated you know,
cholesterol levels, my LDL levels high, my triglyceride levels are high. Maybe I should be taking creatine. And so this is why I like to talk about this. We know that when it comes to respiratory health that when you're looking at conditions such as COPD as an example, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, that one of the main issues is the law function of the respiratory muscles.
And so we're thinking of creatine in that setting of your biceps. That's what most people would think, Oh, I'm using creatine to get bigger muscles, and not recognizing that we have this entire muscular system that is responsible for the action of breathing as well. So this is where the creatine has been shown
to be a very helpful tool when it comes to respiratory function. So once again one of these areas where we start to break it down and say, oh, okay, So if I'm using creatine because my goal is I don't want to be part of that fifty percent of people over the age of seventy who lose off this muscle mass, then I'm winning on that front. But I'm also getting heart health benefits, I'm getting benefits when it comes to respiratory
health. And so there's some really interesting studies that have been conducted on the use of creatine in the setting of different neurodegenerative conditions. Parkinson's disease, for example. A lot of the problems in Parkinson's is the muscle contractility, and people will notice, you know, the shuffling gait of someone who has Parkinson's where they kind of shuffle along, and this can lead to clearly balance issues. And so creatine has been looked upon as being a helpful tool in creating
better muscle strength as well as that balance. So this is a supplement that not only can we turn to when it comes to the way in which the muscles themselves require creatine and to maintain that muscle strength, but also when it comes to healthy aging and the anti aging properties that go along with creator supplementation is incredibly impressive. We know that as we get older, there's a lot
of things that can create dysfunction within our cells. It can be you know, external forces from you know, pollutions and chemicals that we're exposed to, to internal free radicals that are created each and every single day. But we know that we can kind of assess the rate of this. We look at this build up it's known as LiPo fusion. And if there's a build up of lipofusion, and trust me, you're not going to go to your doctor and say, hey, can you test my lipofusion level? That that's not
going to happen. But we're looking at, you know, from a deeper scientific research side here. And so if we have loss of function within our cells, this is where the lipofusion, this kind of garbage starts to build up, and in turn we get this increase in ox, state of stress and increase and inflammation and loss of function of that cell, and in turn
that cell just kind of withers away, it dies off. So if we run into this issue and we know that this occurs, we know that creatine really can help to offset the garbage that's building up within the cells themselves, so hence it is an anti aging amino acid which is really quite fascinating. So definitely check out the creatine. Like I said, there's an entire study
that was done and published on the safety the efficacy. It was published in the Journal of International Society of Sports Nutrition looking at those common questions and misconceptions when it comes to creatine supplementation, and you know, do I have to have the concerns is it going to make me lose my hair? Is it going to be bad for my kidneys? All of those questions are answer within
this particular study. I'm not going to get into the heavy details on it, but if you happen to want me to send you that, I'm happy to do that. You can always just shoot me an email A Williams at invitehealth dot com. Looking at the time, I do need to squeeze in a quick break, so stick around with me. I will be right back just after this. Happy Saturday morning to everyone out there. Just talked about creatine. So we have our creatine monohydrate. You can partner
up the active HX which has the HMB that's the hydroxymethyl buty rate. You can take one scoop of that and add it in with a scoop of the
creatine. That's a really nice combination and just think of all of the ways that that partner sh of active HX and creatine monohydrate is helping to support your health, not just for muscle energy, not just for maintaining muscle mass, which is the key thing, but all of the other ways, you know, the anti aging effects, the promotion of healthier cholesterol transport, all of those wonderful win win as I like to say, Beats here's another one.
Our Beats HX is a blend of beatroot extract partnered up with tart cherry, And whenever I talk about this product, I always like to tout the fact that the tart cherry extract that we use, it's called Cherry Pure. It's a registered trademark form of tart cherry extract. Why do I like to refer to this because it's from Michigan, so it's from my home state, and I know exactly where we source it from, up in Traverse City, Michigan, and that area is just so stunning. It's just such a beautiful place
to visit. If you ever have a chance, please go. You will likely fall in love with it. I mean, it's just in the color of Lake Michigan at that time of the year, you know, in the cherry season. It's really stunning. And I mean I've lived in the tropics, but Lake Michigan it's cold, so maybe not jumping in the water, but it's the color. It's just absolutely stunning. So this is where we source our cherry pure from. And this has been used in human clinical trials.
It's been shown to be very helpful to work as an anti inflammatory as well as an analgesic. I say both of those things with a lot of confidence. So an anti inflammatory and an analgesic. What's an analgesic. It's a pain reliever. And so most people, what do you do when you have paint, you have a minor injury, a muscle strain for example, Well, you usually turn to your medicine cabinet, or you head on down to Walgreens and you get an over the counter end set. You go and
you get your iv profen. But what do we know about IVU profit and the other end sets. Well, they come with a lot of side effects. You know, these are synthetic agents that are made. Doesn't mean that they're not working, otherwise they probably wouldn't exist, right, But are they worth the risk? You know, you have to always look at that.
So if you can take something that comes from nature that's growing in this beautiful cherry farm, and we can extract out these high potent anthosygnans from this, and we're getting this benefit of it working the same as if we we're taking ibuprofen. They've done studies and they've shown it to be just as effective as even if you're using a prescribed anti inflammatory, and we also get the benefit of it helping to regulate uric acid. Now that's important in the setting of
course of gout. If you are prone to having a flare up of gout, then having that tart cherry extract to better regulate uric acid is key. But don't forget that uric acid building up in our system to excessive levels is incredibly problematic for the function of our heart. So while we usually zero in on uric acid, high uric acid and having a gout attack, that should be a big clue that, oh my goodness, we're doing a lot of
cardiovascular damage because of that excess uric acid that's circulating. So if we can take formulation such as the beats HX, which contains the power of beetroot extract along with that tart cherry extract. We're not only regulating inflammation, we're not only targeting pain. If we do have a muscle strain or maybe you have
more chronic pain, this is a lovely addition. The reason why I zero in on these powders today is because once again I'm trying to focus towards, you know, the thought that those warmer temperatures are coming your way, and we want to stay hydrated. So if we turn to a lot of the powders, in a sense, it's forcing us to have to consume more fluid.
So we take a scoop of the beats HX and we get the power of the bit in that's coming from the beetroot extract, partnering that with that tart cherry and getting all of those wonderful properties of the anthocyanins that are coming from both of those from nature, not from a synthetic lab somewhere in the
middle of the country where they're you know, manufacturing and sets. We can use two nutrients combined from nature to target inflammation, to target pain, and we know how regenerating both the beetroot extract and that cherry are for our muscle cells, which is why they have been studied in that setting. The initial studies on beetroot extract and tart cherry, as a matter of fact, was
really concentrated in athletic nutritional studies. So if we give these athletes, these runners, these marathon runs, these football players, these soccer players, if we give them tart cherry, if we give them beat root extract, and then we assess for these different markers. You know, are they increasing their run speed, are they having less inflammation in their muscles? Is their less lactic acid build up? Is there quicker recovery after endurance training? And they
could see all of these things to be true. So once you always start off with like initial point of where a nutrition is being studied. So you take the beats, you take the tart cherry, and you say, okay, let's put this into this bucket over here of sports, and this is
where the primary focus is. It is always from that starting point that researchers there, it's like a hamster on a wheel where their minds get spinning and they go, oh, okay, well, heck, if it's good enough to show us all of these things in well trained athletes, let's go to the polar opposite end of the spectrum here. And let's see if we give beat root extract to someone who has congestive heart failure, and let's see if
it can help them. We know it can help the well trained athlete, but can it help someone who's in a really bad position when it comes to cardiac function. And this is where you then start to recognize the power of beat root extract, the power of tart cherry extract, and even when it comes to the way in which the beatroot extract can cross the blood brain barrier.
So when you're supplementing with beats AHAX, and maybe because you know you have a tendency to be a little bit more dehydrated in the warmer weather, you're out doing yard work, you come in at the end of the day, your little achy muscles are a little cramped, So of course you want to take your magnesium, but you also want to sip on some of the
beats HX because this is going to be very helpful. But we also can then say, well, at the same time, those beat antioxidants are able to cross into my brain to help support better blood flow and oxygenation, which is very impressive because once again here's a big concern that many people have not only in the aging process with the potential for muscle mass loss, but also for brain health and memory. So if we start to supplement with beats HX,
we can start to gain this multi system benefit. When it comes to respiratory health, we know that beats have been shown to be quite helpful even in that setting once again of cops So we talked about the creatine being useful for folks who are struggling with COPD, but we also can see Wake Forest University study the effects of beatroot supplementation in patients who have COPD who get winded.
You know, they try and go from point A to point B, which may not be a far distance to travel, and they get completely winded and they have to sit down. So they say, well, we know in athletes, we can give them beat root extract and they're on the go, go go, and they bounce back really quick. So what if we give someone who's struggling with COPD beatroot extract and they can see and it's part of the action to which the beatroot is working is to enhance nitric oxide release,
the natural way that the body makes and releases nitric oxide. Why does that matter, Because if we don't have adequate nitric oxide release, then we run into the issue that we're not getting good blood flow and good oxygen out to our tissues, including to the brain. So hence, this is where supplementation of beats HX really can provide you so much support. So, whether
that be you're like, listen, I'm pretty healthy. I luckily don't have COPD, I don't have congestive heart failure, I don't really have any muscle aches or pains. I you know, I do pretty well every day. To know all of the ways that this partnering of beetroot extract plus tart cherry can work for you is just another example of one of those really great options for you to turn to, especially as you know the weather is going to
be changing and we want to make sure that we are staying hydrated. So, whether you're out working out every day and you say, yeah, the beats, this sounds like this would be good for me for you know, recovering after a workout, or if you have concerns about dementia, Alzheimer's, if you have concerns about erectile dysfunction or blood pressure regulation, beats HX is your go too, and we have seen study after study that indicate the power
of the beats that we're using in our formulation, and then when you supercharge that with that cherry pure extract, it's just such a great and unique formulation. So definitely check that one out. I do need to squeeze in one more break, so stick around with me. I will be right back just after this. For twenty five years, in By Health has been leading the

So what I'm gonna shift focus to now is right now. We have some products that are on buy one, get
one free, and they're wonderful. I had mentioned the Performance multi Vitamin, didn't get into the details of that particular product, but also green TTX that's on a buy one, get one free. We have our brand new gummies, don't forget about that. They are a hit as expected. The fiber gummy. A lot of folks are really interested in the fiber gummy. It's
coming from chickory root. So for those who have any type of dietary restrictions, maybe you're vegan vegetarian, this is a perfect option for you to increase the amount of five that you're getting in your diet every single day. So there's three grams of fiber per serving, so definitely check that out. So those three new gummies, the Beauty Collagen gummy, the Probiotic gummy, and that fiber gummy, those are all on a buy one, get one free,
along with that Green TTX and the Performance multivitamins. In the beginning of the show, I said, it's so key that we always recognize that taking a multivitamin every day should be part that should be like the baseline of where we start when we start to analyze, like what should my dietary supplementation routine look like? And I do get this question often is but Amanda, I eat really good and I exercise, So do I really need a multivitamin?
Yes, you do. And the reason why is because we know that when it comes to nutrient density of foods, it's not where it used to be. I always go back and say, you know, it's the study that was conducted out of University of Texas where they did the soil analysis, and they can see that the soil content today versus the nineteen fifties completely different. So you're not getting the same amount of key minerals and vitamins in the foods
that you consume that you would have fifty sixty years ago. So with that awareness, then it makes sense. Okay, I do need to take my multivitamin, but which multivitamin do I use? And at Invite Health, we have so many powerful multivitamins for you to choose from, but right now,
that performance multivitamin is on a buy one, get one free sale. This is my favorite out of all of our multis and the reason why is because not only is it great for someone who is very active and going to the gym and exercising, or maybe you're in you know, a soccer league, or who knows a bowling league, whatever your passion is, but this is the number one multivitamin for folks who have concerns about heart health and blood sugar
issues and thyroid issues, because that's just how complete this multivitamin is. It's giving you the power of Rodeola to address underlying stress and energy depletion in the body. So it gives you that extra push, that extra you know, makes you feel real good without making you feel jittery, which is key for
folks who are in a energy depleted state. Who's in an energy depleted state, Folks who have heart disease, including hypertension, folks who have type two diabetes or pre diabetes or metabolic syndrome, and of course anyone who falls into that category of subclinical hypothyroidism or if you have hypothyroidism, you're going to have energy depletion. So taking that rodeola that's already built into your daily multivitamin is
a nice way for us to encourage healthy energy production. We partner that with coenzyme q ten in this performance multivitamin and you get the power of SOD so zeroed in on indogenously made nutrients such as HMB today and creatine. But we also know that when it comes to SOD, which is superoxide dismutase, which is kind of a long word, which is why we just shorten it to SOOD, this is a key antioxidant and this helps our body protect the inside
of our blood vessels from damage brought on from external and internal forces. So if we start to take a multi vitamin that has SOD, coenzyme q ten, a full spectrum natural vitamin E the keylated minerals to enhance absorption the activated B vitamins to help facilitate not only energy production for you throughout the day, but also to help the body detoxify it's just it's a wonderful multi So it doesn't mean that you need to be, you know, in that world of
being an athlete. You can be on the other end of that spectrum. Performance multivitamin would be your go to, so definitely check that out. We also have risveratrol Max on a buy one, get one free. Can't say enough about risveratrol and the trans resveratrol that we use in our formulation. You're getting two hundred milligrams of trans resveratrol partnered up with the OPCs from grape seed extract along with corstin, so it's a powerhouse for anti ab but also for
cellular detoxification and for circulatory support. So maybe you do have concerns about, you know, chronic venus and sufficiency perferal artery disease, the resveratrol Max is going to be a wonderful choice for you, and ours is in a liquid capsule. So I always like to make this very clear when it comes to risveratrol. Risveratrol is very let's just say, prone to breaking down, and when it breaks down through the manufacturing process, the amount of trans resveratrol that
you actually get may not be what you think it is. So we go to great lengths to make sure that what we have in our formulation is the highest amount of trans resveratrol that you can actually get. So it's in a liquid capsule to protect that trans resveratrol. It's got MCT oil in it, so medium chain triglyceride oil, which also works as a facilitator for energy production.
So you're taking your one capsule of risveratrol max every day and you're getting a supercharging for energy, for cell protection, for targeting issues when it comes to blood glucose, because we know trans risveratrol is very helpful when it comes to insulin sensitivity, making your insulin receptors more responsive to any rise in blood sugar. So excellent formulation. We get the question, you know, what's the best time to take it. You'll hear myself and Jerry Hicky Bo say
take it at night. Doesn't mean it's not effective if it's easier for you to take it at breakfast time. No, by all means not at all. But the reason why we both encourage taking it at night and we both use it at night is because throughout the day the body can build up stress and you know, maybe you were sitting in traffic, maybe you know you had a business meeting that went off the rails, who knows, whatever be the case. People can build stress and angst throughout their day which can create
neuroinflammation neuro toxicity. So we want to be able to go through and clear all of that out. So if we supplement with our Risveratrol Max in the evening, it goes through and it helps to kind of scrub all of that out. So this is why we both myself and Jerry Hickey encourage the use of the Risveratrol Max more towards the end of your day. Well, I said, you're going to get the benefits if you use it, you know earlier as well, but just keep that in mind. But that's on a
buy one, get one free special right now. So we have so many different formulations that we have put into this you know special kind of late spring early summer savings event, So the Performance multi vitamin, the Green Tea TX. We now have our respiratory HX as well as se betics back in stock and those are on a buy one, get one free as well. So remember your sea bedic that has the power of the cinnamon extract. We use
a registered trademark form called sinulin. So if we're looking to have better blood sugar control throughout our day, we want to take one capsule of the sea betic formulation before each meal. And if you are five, you know, minutes into eating your meal and you go, oh my gosh, I forgot
about my sea bedic, that's okay, still take it. Because the partnering of that cinnamon extract along with the nople cactus that's in that also known as prickly pair, this all were synergistically together to encourage a better insulin response for your body. So that's on a buy one, get one free. And then of course respiratory chax, which contains your vitamin C, your coarsetin that
has mango steam extract in that as well as stinging nettles. So if seasonal allergies are a pesky problem for you, and as we get further into you know, late spring and into summer, there's different things, you know, different blooming patterns, trees that bloom, flowers that bloom, grasses that are growing things that can trigger in an immune system response for you that creates those symptoms of sneezing and the runny eyes, So turn two respiratory Chax. That's
on a buy one, get one free sale. So we have a lot of products on special.
