Get ready for tomorrow's nutritional science today right here, right now. Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor Amanda Williams, Scientific director at Invite Health. Happy June first. I always look at June versus like the start of the summer. I know, many different activities going on up there in New York. Of course down here in South Florida, that means today is the kickoff for hurricane season. So that's a fun thing.
You know, summertimes in South Florida have a lot of a lot of not so great things, like you know, hurricanes as well as you know they have the big Python hunt that happens, so you know, snakes and heat and storms. So good times happening down here in South Florida and the heat is on down here, I tell you what. But on a positive note, I have papias, so I've been giving you guys kind of the updates
on what's going on with all of my trees, my fruit trees. My avocado tree haven't had any avocados yet, but have some papayas, so they are ripening on my kitchen counter as we speak. So I'm very excited. My husband's very good at cooking. He actually went to culinary school, so he should be right. But he's very creative with making different unique foods for us, and so I'm excited to see what he comes up with with our papayas. But in any event, I digress. We're having our Memorial Day
sale. I know that we're a week past, but we wanted to extend the sale. So the buy one, get one free sale is still going on right now through the end of the day tomorrow. So you still have plenty of time, folks to head over to an invite health store or if you want to go online and place your order or give us a call. So we have new products. Very excited. We have a brand new probiotic. It's called Probiotic chex Immune and it's a really unique blend. It has
four different strains of healthy probiotics. So the healthy bacteria. We know that we should always be paying attention to our microbiome. It kind of navigates our health each and every single day. So we should care about the microbiome. And we have trillions of bacteria that have a very distinct purpose for our overall health and our wellness. And if we end up getting kind of an overrun of bad bacteria, that's not good for us because it's not just about digestive
health. A lot of times we get into the mindset of the microbiome and the health of our intestines solely in the setting of digestion, which is a great way to think, but there's so many other factors. You look at the intestinal health and we have to look at that as kind of like the engine. You know. Oftentimes we give so much focus to the heart and to the brain, which are pretty darn important, but the intestines themselves. If we have dysbiosis or an over running of bad bacteria, this can lead
to so much many issues and drive up inflammation. It can create problems with our mood. So it goes well beyond digestion. So our brand new probiotic HX immune formulation is really incredibly comprehensive to support overall intestinal health and it's enhanced with zinc and vitamin D, so two very important things that we think about when it comes to our immune health. So this is a multi strain probiotic. There's four different types of healthy bacteria contained in this formulation. It has
Lactobacillus acidophilus. There's Lactobacillus case i in this rahmnosis as well as Biftobacterum longum. So it's a really nice blended strain of healthy bacteria. And those are like the predominant healthy bacteria that are found in most of us. We're all unique in terms of our bacterial makeup. One can say, you know what you carry around with you every single day, and I know that gives people the creeps, But those bacteria, they are there to keep us healthy.
So every single day we're carrying around, you know, around two to four pounds of healthy bacteria. And when we have an inadequate supply coming into our system of Lactobacillus acidophilus, for example, this can start to create this shift
towards the negative. We don't want that to happen. So with the probiotic HX immune we're getting this wonderful blend on top of having the exposure to the zinc as well as to that vitamin D. So this is all very important, and it has a prebiotic in it, and we know the importance of prebiotics. Prebiotics are a means to an ends for allowing that Lactobacillus acidophilus,
the Biffidobactrum longum to have their own little food source. So it's like when you're traveling and you're like, I should bring some snacks with me, so because you don't know when you're gonna have your next healthy meal, and hopefully you are eating healthy. But we know that the bacteria they're the same way. They want something that they can snack on. So having a prebiotic in this formulation is allowing the viability the thrive ability of those healthy bacteria. So
very excited to have this formulation. I know we'll get questions, you know, should I switch over to this and not do the standard probiotic HX. Definitely. You know, if you're on our probiotic HX, you can continue that you can add this in as like an enhanced immune system support probiotic, and that that would be fine for others who are just looking to have year round immune health support. Maybe you have an underlying autoimmune condition, you know,
something like arthritis or irritable bowel issues. This would be a really nice product to add into your routine. Taking one a day, generally speaking, would be fine. Best thing is always to speak with one of our nutritional experts because they are there to help give you that guidance. I always say, when Jerry Hickey came up with invite Health so many years ago, it's not just based off of his brilliance of being able to create these wonderful formulations.
It was really to have that added support. You know, he recognized so many years ago when people would come in and talk to him, they wanted to ask those questions. They wanted to understand better. Why would I take this product? You know? Is this the right product for me? So this is why we have our team of nutritionists. They are there to kind of go through some of those questions with you and to help you better
navigate your path to wellness. So this is key, and remember that is a free service, so you can stop by our Forest Hills location, you can have a sit down conversation with doctor Clare. She is a natural pathic doctor. To be able to go in and talk to someone who is so well versed and well educated on nutrition and human health as doctor Claire is just such a wonderful thing. So please stop by. She's at Forest Hills.
If you can't make it in there, you can always give the store a call or call over to our main number and ask them to transfer you over to speak with her. But that really is what makes Invite Health such a unique place. It's not just about our wonderful products like the brand new probatic HX Immune. It's that you can say, well, is this the right product for me? And to talk to someone and say this is what I currently do, this is my current supplementation routine. Would it be advantageous for
me to add in this particular product? Or you know, do I need to change something in my diet? Maybe you're doing everything right, but you still feel like you have no energy and you're trying to figure out, well, why is that? Why is it when I wake up in the morning, I just feel like I'm dragging throughout my day? So you want to talk to our nutritionists because they can give you some insider tips as to how you can, you know better, navigate your diet each day. You know,
what are you eating every single day? Is that helping you or is it hurting you. There's been an awful lot of studies coming out recently on the harmful effects of ultra processed foods, which ding, ding, ding, not a big surprise. We know ultra processed foods are just horrible. And you know, they estimate that at least sixty percent of most Americans' daily calorie intake is coming from ultra processed foods. And then you don't have to go so far as to then, you know, connect the dots and say,
oh, well, wonder why there's an increase in cardiovascular issues. Why is there an increase in the rate of diabetes. Well, we have to be able to look at those foods. So if you feel like the food area is your biggest problem to overcome, then go in and speak with one of our nutritionis because all of us have been there. We have all had our own experiences with having to make different lifestyle modifications to allow us to feel better. I myself, I always say my diet used to be really bad.
I thought it was good. I convinced myself that I was eating healthy, but I was not. So now that I have completely changed the way that I eat what I eat every single day and I have a very strict adherence to a Mediterranean style way of eating, my energy levels have increased significantly. And it also allowed me to be better focused on taking my supplements every day
because I feel good and I want to continue to feel that way. So when I get up in the morning and I'm taking my performance multi item, or if I during this time of year, I always switch over to the multi energy powder because I like to zero in on staying hydrated. We know Americans struggle to get adequate fluid in every single day. Most Americans are walking around in a chronic state of dehydration, and dehydration can affect so many aspects
of your health. So for me understanding that the heat down here in South Florida will definitely lead to greater fluid loss for me each and every single day, I like to switch over to the multi energy powder during the summer because it's making me have this decision to drink more fluid and it's such a wonderful multi vitamin, multimineral complex that's enhanced with energy producing nutrients, that has die methyl glysinge in, it has carnatine, is just loaded down with power antioxidants.
And I enjoy the taste of it as well, so that's a plus. But this is an idea for you. If you know that maybe you struggle a little bit with your fluid intake, maybe consider, you know, doing that similar routine is during the summer months, switch over and start using that multi energy powder. Take one scoop, add that in with about ten ounces twelve ounces of water, just depending on your taste preference, and you're kind of you're off to a good start to your day. Maybe it's easier
for you to use it in the evening, that's fine too. We do get those questions, you know, does my multi vitamin always have to be first thing in the morning. No, we realize that we're all, you know, under different levels of stress and you know chaotic schedules that you are living with every single day. So if it's easier for you to stick with your routine when you take everything at dinnertime, that's fine as well. Once again, talk with one of our nutritionness and they will be able to help
guide you. I want to talk about the importance of hydration in a little bit more detail, but I do need to squeeze in a quick break. So you are listening to Invite Health Radio and I will be right back just after this. So back to staying hydrated. It is estimated that a good seventy five eighty percent of Americans are chronically dehydrated. And usually when this occurs, people may not see the little warning signs that
your body is giving you. I had talked about, you know, having no energy and when people wake up in the morning and they're like, gosh, I just feel like I'm dragging you know, Well, what is the causative reason for this? Is you know, improper fluid intake playing a role into that is you know, disruptions in sleep. Like what is the cause? And this is what we always try to figure out with you at Invite Health is to get to that root. Cause we're not the band aid approach,
which is why I love doing what I do every single day. It's completely polar opposite to my initial training going to medical school, where now I, you know, looking from the outside in, I recognize how much of traditional medicine is that band aid approach. Here's your symptom, let's try and fix the symptom. Not well, here's the symptom, but why is that happening in the first place. So now I'm on the totally opposite end where I really want to put that detective hat on and figure out what is that
root cause? Because things don't go off the rails for no reason. So looking at something as simple as staying hydrated can really lead to a lot of answers and change the outcome of how you feel every day. The average American drinks roughly about two cups of water per day. You should be drinking ten. So to understand that statistic and say okay, well, yeah, I
can see where eighty percent of Americans are walking around chronically dehydrated. But then we factor in the other things and say, okay, well, if you're chronically dehydrated, but the majority of your calories are coming from ultra processed foods, which are for the most part devoid of any decent nutrients or antioxidants, and then you have stress on top of that, and perhaps your exercise level is relatively low. Then we can start to piece all of these things together.
And this is why when I look at wellness, you have to look at many different moving parts and start to address those. So these small lifestyle modifications may seem quite large to you at the time, but they're actually easy
to achieve, and I always use myself as that example. Now, I learned, unfortunately the hard way on being chronically dehydrated, partly because some people we can argue this point, but they say that you know, when you live in an area that is very hot and humid, the tendency to develop kidney stones can be quite large. Is this true? Well, I would have to say yes, that makes sense based off of the fluid loss, and for myself, living in the tropics for many years, I probably was
not drinking enough water and I eventually ended up developing kidney stones. Not a fun time. I will tell you that. I remember when I was graduating from medical school, I was in the midst of trying to pass a kidney stone, and it took every ounce of my being to just get myself to be able to stand upright to walk across the stage to receive my diploma, because cause I wanted nothing more than to be curled up in a ball in a corner and cry because I was in such pain. But I did it.
I pushed through, I stood up straight, I grabbed that diploma, and I smiled for the picture. But from that point, I really recognized the importance of staying hydrated because I wasn't seeing those flags, I wasn't seeing that me feeling like I was unfocused, having that lack of attention, feeling kind of groggy by you know, the middle of the day. I shouldn't
have been feeling that way, especially at my age. I should have felt quite energetic, and I would chalk it up to, well, I'm just stressed out because I'm in medical school, or you know, oh I skipped a meal, so maybe this is why. So it was many different factors, but that you know, chronic dehydration definitely was playing a role into that. So that's why I'm very focused on my hydration now and why I had mentioned I switched over to using the multi energy powder during the summer down here
because South Florida it is hot and humid. So my point drink your water. It's easy to you know, try and keep track. You know, you can go old school and just have a little notebook and try and jot down how much water you're drinking. But this is what makes our product line so nice is that we have so many different powdered formulations that are easy for
you to incorporate in during the summer. So whether that is taking the multi energy powder, or perhaps you add in the Oranges HX, which has all those orange, red yellow pigmented fruits and vegetables, really wonderful for skin health during the summer because all of those powerful antioxidants helped to fight off UV from the on. But it's also really a nice way once again to get this steady state of energy being produced within your cells. So the Oranges HX.
Of course we have the reds HX, the greens for detoxification. That's very important. We have to recognize the level of toxic exposure that we come across every single day. I was reading through a study just the other day looking at the level of pfas. Pfas are incredibly detrimental to our health, and what they are is they're forever chemicals that you find them in pretty much all consumer products. They are known endocrine disruptors, so they screw up your hormone
levels. But we also realize that they do a significant amount of damage to the way that our liver tries to detoxify every single day. So with that in mind, this study was looking at the rates of pfas found in drinking water and so then what's the alternative. Oh, I'll just drink bottled water. But that's not really helping either, because when you look at the plastic from the bottled water, you get leeching of pfas into that as well. So it's alarming. We need our water. So what do we do well,
We try to offset that negative effect. We try and give our liver the upper hand. And in doing that, if we use a formulation such as the greens AHX, this can give your tiny little hepatosites, these little
tiny liver cells, a mechanism to be able to fight that off. And when you have nutrients like chlorella and spillina, which in their own right are kind of like these little superfoods because they have this full spectrum of vitamins and minerals and fatty acids, they're powerful antioxidants, and they do just such an efficient job at being able to bind on two different toxins and allow the liver a better daily capacity to remove all of those harmful substances that we come across.
So the greens HX always an excellent choice. But during the summer, you know, think about that, think about do I drink enough fluid? If I know I don't, if I honestly am telling myself, yeah, I don't, then during this sale it would be quite wise to look into
one of our powdered formula. Maybe it's the beat say checks, we're getting that combo of the beat root extract with the cherry pure, which is that tart cherry extract which comes from my home state, uh, from Traverse City up in the the up upper part, not in the up that's the Upers, but Traverse City, absolutely beautiful up by Lake Michigan. But that's actually where we source our tart cherry extract from. Big things happening in Michigan right
now. Got the Detroit Grand Prix. I will be watching the qualifying on that today and then the races tomorrow. H It sure is a bumpy little little track that they race on. The race on the streets of Detroit, right down by the Detroit River. So it's always a fun race because it's going to be incredibly physically taxing on those drivers. Last weekend had the big Indy five hundred. I was quite happy with the with the results of of that. I have my my favorite drivers. Obviously, I'm a Team Penske
U girl because I'm from Detroit and so Roger Penske. I always follow the Team Penske drivers, but i'd like all of the drivers. I am not that you know, tied to any one driver. Uh And I know that right now, you New Yorkers, you're probably kind of a little bit anxious for tonight's game against the Florida Panthers. I really thought that the Rangers were gonna be able to win the other night, so big game tonight. They need to win to stay in so I will be watching that one closely as
well. Hockey is my another one of my secret passions. Stayed up late last night watching the Edmonton Oilers beat the down Stars, so I was happy with that outcome. But I will be watching tonight to see what happens with your New York Rangers playing the Florida Panthers, and even though the Panthers are not far from me, I always say I'm rooting for the Rangers. I would love to see the Rangers make it to the Cup. So we will
see how that all works out. Maybe they need to take some beats Hax before they get on the ice down here in South Florida, or maybe take some oranges hax. So, Rangers players, if you're listening right now, stop by, invite get your oranges hax. Stay hydrated. You're coming down here to South Florida. It's incredibly hot, so you want to make sure that you have good hydration, good energy. I also want to talk about some other nutrients. Obviously, with the sale, I can kind of zero
in on many of our different products. I just wanted to reinforce that the powdered formulation's very good choice during the summer. But I also want to talk about olive leaf extract. There's a reason why I want to highlight this product for you. I'm looking at the clock, I realize I need to take a break, so I'm gonna hold off. I'm getting into olive leaf extract until the flip side of this break. So you are listening to Invite Health
Radio and I will be right back just after this. With summer right around the corner, let Invite Health help you get ready for the season with our limited time Memorial Day buy one, get one free sales event. The sale is on now start your summer season off with a health kick. Check out one of our brand new gummies for added support for digestive, immune, and

That number for Invite eight hundred six three two zero five seven to two, and welcome back to Invite Health Radio. Happy Saturday morning to everyone. It's June first, very exciting and I know, it's feeling like summer for you guys already up there, finally getting some nice weather that which is nice because I know
that your your spring really kind of lingered for quite some time. We're not officially to summer yet, but you know, June first, I look at that as we are. We are offishly into summer. Now, why do I want to talk about olive leave? Well, because today is National Olive Day. Isn't that interesting when we look at olives and what it is that olives are providing us. Some people love olives, you know, they like that bitter taste to an olive. There's a reason why there's a bitterness to
it. I'm gonna talk about that. But when you have a day that's honoring the olive, we have to think beyond just you know, thinking of it as the whole food. We think, well, what else does that olive provide us? And most people would think of olive oil. Clearly, olive oil quite beneficial. And you think about the Mediterranean style way of eating, olives usually will come to the forefront of your brain when you're thinking about that. So we look at the olive, we look at the olive oil,
But what about the olive leaf. And this is where the another medicinal benefit comes into play when it comes to olives, and we have a wonderful olive leaf extract formulation for many of our invite health clients, they will use our olive leaf extract, maybe for their immune system. Maybe during cold and flu season. They're like, oh, I'll take olive leaf extract. Has
a lot of benefits on that front. But that bitterness when you think about eating an olive and has that bitter taste to it, that's coming from something known as all europine, and all europine is in the leaf itself. Interesting, huh, So you have this all europine that travels down the leaf into the actual olive giving that kind of that bitterness. So if we take the straight all europine out of the leaf, what is that going to do for
us? Well, Number one, it's a very powerful antioxidant. But we also realize that this all europine is incredibly helpful for our circulatory health and can help to kind of keep your blood vessels nice and healthy. How do we know this Well, because scientific research dictates this and the studies done on this alluropine coming from that olive leaf extract demonstrates very powerful anti inflammatory properties to it. It has the high antioxidant, so it's protecting your endothelial cells, those
or the cells that line your blood vessels. It protects those from oxidative stress. Now here's always that confusion when it comes to heart health. Most people think of you know, having plugged up or you know, plaque build up in their arteries. But what is that from. Well, it's coming from oxidative free radical stress occurring within the cells and then the immune systems trying to fix that. So then we get this accumulation of white blood cells that come
in and that starts to build up what we recognize as these plaques. So we can see that all europine can actually help to get rid of that sludge that's building up within the vascular system, which is pretty darn important because if you're thinking about, you know, coronary artery disease, we should be thinking, hmm, maybe olive leaf extract is something that I should be including into my routine. We know it has very powerful neuroprotective properties to it. What
does that mean? It can cross into the blood brain barrier and it gives the brain cells an ability to fight off free radicals and ox dative stress that drive up inflammation in our brain. Of course, we know it's wonderful for our immune system and for folks who have any underlying respiratory concerns. The inclusion
of all of leaf extract into your daily routine can yield significant benefits. So if we're thinking of cholesterol management, if we're thinking about the health of our blood vessels, we think about our sinuses and our lung function, our brain
function, we should be thinking all of leaf extract. It's so powerful that there are studies that have shown it can actually break down biofilms, which is really quite fascinating because you have different pathogenic things that can create their own biofilms. Parasites are notorious for this. Different viruses, back teias can create a biofilm which makes it difficult for our immune system to then rid the body of that pathogen, because what a biofilm actually is is it's like a protection that
that bacteria or that parasite or that virus is putting up. It's like it's their own little protective barrier that our immune cells then have a difficult time penetrating through, so that pathogen can continue to do its destruction all while being nice and safe and sound because of its own biofilm. So we know that the olive leaf extract can actually help to penetrate in and break that biofilm down. So super duper impressive on that front. I find anything in microbiology very very
interesting. So whether it's looking at a parasit infection or looking at viral infections, looking at bacterial infections, I just I find it all very fascinating. But also on the other hand, what I find very fascinating is to say, Wow, something from nature. You're telling me that this very active antioxidant, this compound that's found in olive leaf can actually break this down. Wow,
that's impressive. And yeah, that's what it does. And to boot most of the clinical research studies on olive leaf extract are in the setting of blood pressure control. So when you were supplementing with olive leaf extract, we can see a shift as far as your systolic and your diastolic blood pressure levels
coming down. A fascinating study indicated that when you were taking a thousand milligrams of olive leaf extract per day, they saw systolic, which is your top number, that number coming down anywhere from ten to twenty points and the diastolic pressure coming down anywhere from five to ten points. So that tells you the power once again of nature. So in any event, today national all of
day, we have a wonderful olive leaf extract formulation. So other things that are in the news right now that I want to mention, and it comes down to hormone health. This is important. Whenever I'm working with individuals, I always ask this question, have you ever had your hormone levels tested? And the answer for most folks is usually no. It's important to know what
your hormone levels are. I always say I wish I would have known these things, and you know, started testing my hormone levels when I was in my twenties, because it gives you an idea, an insight as to where something may be misfiring in the body which is now creating a particular symptom for you. So maybe that's disruption and sleep, maybe it's a lack of energy, maybe it's low libido. So we always want to know, you know,
what is our true hormone status. But there was a really interesting report that came out of the Endocrine Societies meeting in Boston just recently looking at low blood testosterone levels being an independent risk factor for developing type two diabetes, So this is important to think about this. They were looking at the risk of
diabetes in men and this was men under the age of sixty five. Is where their data points were looking at, and they can see a direct correlation between low levels of testosterone and increases in hemoglobin A one C levels, as well as looking at other biomarkers for glucose control. So this is why when
we say have you had your hormone levels tested? It's important because if you're struggling with insulin resistance, if you're pancreas is not being responsive to the rise in blood glucose, and say you're doing everything right as far as diet, we need to also say, well, is there another factor playing into this? Is testosterone a factor in this? Remember, all of your hormone levels
are all interconnected. While we to isolate out individual hormones, you want to think of your thyroid hormone, you want to think of your insulin levels, you want to think of your cortisol. Everything is interconnected. So if your insulin levels are a little off, that can affect your corsol levels, which can in turn affect your thyroid function. So we always have to be able to draw those connections and figure out where along that pathway the disruption is starting
and how do we then make adjustments and corrections for them. And this may lead you down the path of saying well. I came to Invite Health because I was concerned that I'm a pre diabetic and I left after talking to someone like a doctor Claire and realize taking GLUCOHX or taking the seabedic formulation, which are very important if we're looking for blood sugar support. They also encourage me to take masculine HX that chrisin, which helps the body retain moore amount of
testosterone. And you may think to yourself, well, I didn't realize I had a testosterone issue. I didn't. I'm not seeing an increase in muscle mass loss, my energy levels feel pretty good, but this could be one of those contributing factors. So that's why getting to the bottom of what is going on is what can lead you to success in your wellness journey. So this is also another reason why I always encourage you to speak to one of
our nutritional experts. It's always amazing to us when people stop by it invite store, and maybe they're dealing with some hormonal imbalances and dealing with some of the ramifications of that as far as low energy, maybe low libido, a rectile dysfunction, and often people think it's just one you know, contributing factor to that, when it's many different parts. Insomuch, when you look at many medications that can create problems as far as hormone balance, and this is
you know, said true for both men and women. When you really break down the list of common medications that can create havoc when it comes to your sexual health, when it comes to lowering your libido and your sex drive, when it comes to a rectile dysfunction issues for men, you would be astonished by how many medications are so commonly over looked. So this is once again a reason why you want to have those conversations with our nutritional experts so that
we can help you to find solutions to these problems. So I'm going to give you actually the list of some of those very common medications because they're numerous, and if you are taking one of those, it's just you know, kind of puts a little thought into your head where you say, oh, okay, well, if right now I'm dealing with this particular side effect, or if in the future this problem arises, then I now can say, oh, well, maybe it's because I'm on this medication, and what are
some alternatives for me to that? So in any event, I do need to squeeze in one more break, So stick around you are listening to Invite Health Radio, and I will be right back. With summer right around the corner. Let Invite Health help you get ready for the season with our limited time Memorial Day buy one, get one free sales event. So hopefully you had time to get a piece of paper and a pen so you can jot down some of these medications that are well known for creating problems both men and women. Common very common common medications thiasides, thy
side diuretics. So if you're on hydrochlorothiazide or if you're taking a blood pressure medication that includes hydro chlorothiazide, oftentimes say shorten it to hctz. These are the biggest problem areas. So thi sides are the most common class of drugs to create problems with our rectile dysfunction and low libido. We also know that beta blocker drugs, so this can be a double whammy for someone who is
on a combotherapy. If someone's on say metropol, lull and hydrochlorothiside. So just facts to know and then we can say, okay, well we have these medications. That's creating this, but then also my hormone levels are off, so you know, how do we combat these things. So we always have to look at those drug induced nutrient depletions, try to you know, fill in those pockets, and then we also have to address any underlying hormonal
deficiencies or inadequacies that are occurring. So the beta blocker drugs, that's just one class of high blood pressure medications. We can certainly see that many of the other ones. The ace inhibitor drugs, those are anything that ends in a pr il, so listen, april cap to pril. These are all common drugs that can create problems when it comes to the way that you are feeling as far as you know, sexual performance and low libido antihistamines folks,
these are also very very common. So maybe you were taking bena drill, maybe you're taking zantech for you know, acid reflux. We know that these medications are well known to create these problems. So this is why if you're experiencing these things, maybe you come in and say, hmm, I have acid reflux. We want you to figure out why that is. Not to be reliant on zantech every day. We want to try to find that root. Cause. We use nutrents like digestive HX, for example, to help
your body better break down the foods that you are eating. That's that comprehend. It's a digestive enzyme blend that we offer you just take one capsule before your meals. So these are the things that we try to find resolution for. We know that many of the antidepressant medications are well known to create problems with low libido. I always say, it's kind of that uh oxymoron. It's one of those huh, how is this possible? You know, I
have depression. My doctor put me on And this is very common for females, by the way, because a lot of females who are going through menopause and they have this shift in terms of mood and energy. So they'll go in and they'll talk to their doctor and their doctor's like, well, you just you're depressed where that's not really what's going on. But they put them on an antidepressant, and then you know, they have even more issues because
now they have absolutely zero sex drive. So these are the things that we always want to try to, you know, say where the cause. You know, is it that the medication that i'm on is creating these problems in combination with my stress levels, in combination with my hormone levels. So always wise, even over the counter things like ibuprofit folks can create problems when it
comes to low libido and arectile dysfunction. So if you are experiencing anything like that, please stop buy and invite health location or shoot me an email if you, you know, want to be more private about that, you can always do that. Sometimes people are you know, I feel like it's kind of a taboo topic. I don't look at it that way. I look at it as the human body and hormones to me are very very important. They drive our sense of well being. They are chemical messengers in our system.
If we have hormonal imbalances, you know what can that lead to? You know, when you start to recognize the influence of hormone imbalances in prostate health. You know, even with BPH, and we know that when it comes to BPH, that's very very prevalent for men. We know erectile dysfunction is incredibly prevalent in men. Once men hit forty years old, you're looking at about twenty five percent of men who are already starting to exhibit symptoms of
erectile dysfunction. So it's not something to just overlook because you don't want to be forty years old and saying, well, I guess this is just normal. It's not. We have to figure out why this is happening. Is it because you're on these high blood pressure medications? Is that the cause?
You know? These are things that will also help your mental wellbeing because when you can find resolution, and you can find a root cause and you have a means now to fix that, it changes everything about that process for you. So just keep that in mind many different things. Now, what else do I want to to mention are respiratory HX that is back in stock. This is key for you to know because I was just talking about benadryl and
benadryl creating problems for for folks. We know that the respiratory HX this wonderful blend of vitamin C with corsetin. There's mango stein extract in this formulation and nettle, so we're using nature to combat the effects of nature. I always say this is how formulations like black seed extract as well as the respiratory HX work. What is triggering your system. Is it a you know, flowering tree. Is it a particular pollen that is creating havoc for you? So
what's the best way to combat that. Well, we use nature against nature, and so when we're using the respiratory a formulation that has this power of mangostein extract, and mangostein's very unique because it is its own superfood. And in parts of the world where it's commonly consumed, that is what they call it. They call it the Queen of Fruits. Other parts of the world they call it, you know, the food of the gods because it's so
broad in the nutrient spectrum that it contains. It has a very high amount of vitamins and minerals and powerful antioxidants, and so we know that our immune system is heavily reliant on vitamins and minerals and powerful antioxidants. So if we're dealing with seasonal allergies as an example, and we use mangostein extract, this helps the body be better responsive to that particular allergen. So maybe it does a tree pollen that is your issue. So you start taking the respiratory HX
formulation, get that vitamin C to regulate histamine. So do we need to go down to a pharmacy and use an over the counter anti histamine that comes with a whole laundry list of side effects including grogginess. I mean, how many anti histamines When you read the box it says don't operate heavy machinery. That should be a sign right there. Okay, I'm taking something that's gonna
basically knock me out, Probably not the best idea. When I can turn to a formulation like respiratory HX, which gives me the power of corsetin. And I know a few different things about corsetin. I know coarsetin can help me fight off pfas and other chemicals pesticides that you know are on different foods. I know that the over the counter anti histamines not doing that for me.
I know that over the counter anti histamine can lead to problems such as low libido, So I know that the corsetin that's definitely not doing that. We can see the benefits of corsetin in prostate health, as an example, helps to ease inflammation in the prostate. So you're using a product, the respiratory HX that has this whole multitude of side benefits. We're not looking at side effects. We're looking at side benefits, whereas if you take a antihistamine,
we have to start listing all of the side effects. Watch out for this, watch out for that where you take respiratory HX and you say, ah, this is great. The vitamin C is great for my skin. I'm taking the corsetin in this formulation, which is great for cellular detoxification. I get the mango steam extract, which is really encouraging proper cell function of those immune system cells. So it's a great product, wonderful for year round
use. If you do have seasonal allergies or any type of respiratory concern, excellent product to add into your daily routine.
