He Said, She Said

A 30-year-old Irving, TX man is accused of sexually assaulting his 14-year-old babysitter in 2011. After a lengthy preparation, his trial is eventually scheduled for October of 2012. But after realizing that no matter how many lies or intimidation tactics he deployed - his victim was ready and willing to courageously testify against him, he began plotting an alternative path to cover up the truth.
