Taking Over a New Asset—This Is How it Works

We just closed the deal on Summerwind Apartments! In this episode, I will share highlights from our site visit and announce our new non-profit partners, the Love Life organization.
Summerwind Apartments is a 120-unit property near Dallas. In previous episodes, you could hear how we worked to overcome some issues and close this deal. Today we’re happy to say everything worked out well and we’re looking forward to adding this one to our portfolio.
In this episode, I want to cover some questions and issues owners and property managers need to keep in mind when taking over a new property. You’ll also hear what our own transition process looks like.
Plus, we are very proud to continue our mission and partner with Love Life, a non-profit that aims to offer people options beyond abortion. As you know, we include non-profits in every deal we do—that’s what investing with purpose means!
