So I'm your host, intuitive master intuitive coach and energy therapy practitioner Cathleen Miller, and today is Episode 35 We are in the month is April is this month of personal intuitive balance, everything about just personal balance, handling just this huge diverse wave of energy, what's going on in the world, what's going on in your business, what's going on in your life. So we are all questions around the focus of purge and keeping personal

And otherwise Today we are in intuitive clearing for balance, we're going to talk about clearing, we're gonna talk about forgiveness, we're going to talk about really letting go that power of letting go and how, you know, this is ongoing, really, with how you know as we move through life, and we are in different cycles of starting
projects. And you know, sometimes we're in maintenance of this or you know, work all the ebbs and flows of how we are moving through life, there is just this constant, you know, release that really needs to be happening. It's like the body's in constant detoxification, you know, our home, you know, keeping clutter and garbage to a minimum, you know, that's, that's just ongoing, to be able to do that well, and to be able to, you know, not let too much
kind of build up. And sometimes this is literally physically within the home where, you know, if you've ever seen hoarders, which I can't even watch, because Yikes. And sometimes it's emotionally, we just, we don't quite allow ourselves to be honest or be real emotionally and that builds up or mentally or spiritually. So there can be, you know, sometimes it's a non physical energetic aspect, and sometimes it's a literal, physical
manifestation. And other times it's it's build up that manifests as different things happening in the body, or the way that our work, and our career or lack of it is
happening as well. So as we really prioritize that balance, and we prioritize, you know, the ability to be very clear, and this is where intuition comes in, is being intuitive and following energy of our body, really having that body mind connection to know, when something's off when you know, the pulse of, you know, the momentum, whether that's in our business, or are having a heads up that, you know, changes
coming. And it's important to begin to make adjustments and really prepare before it really even shows up. And not everyone's, you know, willing to be that aware, not everybody's willing to, you know, flow that flow that well. And that's, that's, you know, really unfortunate, because it's part of where really unexpected big, you know, roadblocks and detours
can come from. So, so having the willingness, that's a really important point is, you know, that willingness to be in constant forgiveness, like releasing others releasing, you know, giving ourselves a break, more often than not, it's this personal release of, you know, we're just so tough on ourselves, I mean, I can just speak from my own experience of, of really setting the bar so high and wanting to just always do better, and contribute more
and reach more. And instead, and sometimes, you know, I was talking to my husband this morning and realized, man, sometimes, if you just look at where you've come from, and what you have overcome, and how far you we all have come, I mean, things that you were struggling with even a year ago, a few years ago, and now you know, you have made progress, and there is
strides forward. So being able to be gentle with that, because that really releases, you know, that resistance to allowing better and more to show up, you know, when we're not forgiving ourselves or we're not forgiving
somebody else around us. It really does block just the ease in the moment for starters, but also, obviously this is you know, communication blocks This is our ability to see things clearly blocks and so it gets Of course more complex depending on the situation all the factors that are involved, and yet being willing to just have that really focused release of, you know, all the people and all the energies that you're working through is is such a wonderful practice every
day to really just ask, okay, all of everything I've passed through everything I've, you know, been connected to, I'm just gonna just surrender it and really allow it to release and anywhere I'm holding on to, and I might not even realize I'm holding on to it. And I asked for that to release, that can be a really powerful daily practice to help there. So that's definitely one is that personal release can be super, super important to is really the
environmental release. And this is, you know, we have all got the junk drawers, we've all got the areas of maybe some may, it might be an area of the home, it might be, you know, a catch all drawer or catch all area of, you know, a front end table that just never quite stays clear, you know, they just begin to accumulate higher pyre piles of clutter or mail or, you know, really mismatched things that don't go anywhere sometimes, and, and those can be reflections of that internal
clutter, that disorganization of energy that's happening. And so, you know, a lot of times it's manageable, not too bad. But when we have that environmental release, where, you know, you're in a focused intention to really make sure everything that you own every piece of what you have, which all contains energy that is contributing to your
life. And if you have things you don't love, that's contributing, really kind of a negative, you know, not fun, very slow energy to you, if you don't like your clothes, if you don't like your, you know, furniture, if you don't like things in your home, it's important that you, you know, and sometimes it's not feasible to replace it all right away, but to just set the intention of, you know, that desire to really love and, and feel this receptive energy, that everything is contributing to an
ease or a balancing support for you. And, and then, you know, I know there's a lot of minimalists out there and people really downsizing, there's just amazing shows with, you know, all the little mini homes and going into these smaller spaces, which, you know, isn't right or wrong, if that feels wonderful
to you, great. And this isn't about getting rid of every possession at all, because, you know, material definitely has its place, it's just making sure that all of those pieces are truly contributing to your balance and supporting a wonderful high quality of life experience, or are they detracting from it? Is it a
constant distraction? Is it a burdensome to be maintaining it constantly, and if that's the case, then that's where possibly downsizing might be a new route that is more appropriate for you, you know, and it's making sure that, you know, if it's one area, or maybe, you know, if you have a several, you know, several levels of a home, and maybe one's really comfortable, and it feels really good, but then it's a catch all in the basement, or the catch all in
the upstairs in the attic. So those sometimes, you know, asking, if you could be aware of, you know, what area could be declared a bit more, you know, just asking from time to time, what is what could I benefit from in paring down, or releasing and lightening up, because this is all and that's a big piece of spring is lightening up being able to release to raise the energy and be able to, you know, keep going in that way. So that's that environmental release. And, and it's slightly different for
everyone. Sometimes it's even outside, you know, if you've got clutter in a garage or an off off building, you know, storage area, or, or just junk in the yard, you know, sometimes that if you're constantly seeing or you can even see it from the window, your mind and this is a function a pencil, if you're constantly seeing a big pile of junk and your mind's trying, you know, stress trauma, or you just don't like it every time you see it, that can be a drain of energy. So that becomes an
energy leak. That is that affects your energy. And so are another one is boxes on the ground, you know, if you have a lot that you don't even have a place to put, so it's just stacking on the ground, that can slow energy that can slow
projects that you're doing. So making sure things have their place, you've got clean and organized to the best of your ability, and then really watching Okay, where else can I be aware of that would, you know assess for the environment, just really being as light and kind of airy, where everything feels like it flows? Well. There, you know, you're quite Comfortable physically in your space, that's, that's a good sign that things are, you know, in a good state of balance
there. And then the third one is really, it's that release of control. So how many control freaks out there? I'm definitely a recovering control freak, I like to think that, you know, definitely in the past, I could hold my own with trying to control everything and, and now I realized, you know, more and more that not only is that complete waste of energy, but it really it rarely works, or it
rarely works long term. So being able to surrender that control, surrendering circumstances, this is the you know, people things loved ones, what your business is, what life is doing, you know, really trusting, because that's the flip side of control is, you know, that allowance and trust of, Hey, you know, things really are conspiring in your favor for success that, you know, the body returns to homeostasis when we stop picking
at it and prodding at it. And you know, most things as we're just staying in a positive state of alignment, really come into balance. And so that's where less is more, that's where that meditative state of let me just move into a pure thought, can be an incredible contribution to allowing, you know, a just more support or a sense of just a
sense of greater ease. It's, you know, I think that most people discount that and don't realize the power of that if you're just in a relaxed state of Hey, I don't have every answer, but I'm trusting them going the right direction. I'm working on releasing control. And again, that's what I was talking about, initially, of, you know, those those sort of knotted up mental
or emotional energies. And we're all different with that some subjects were great on other subjects, it's just really pretty nodded and pretty, pretty
challenged. So finding those areas, you know, whatever area you're wanting to most improve, that's the area where this might be a good, you know, you know, to to ask these questions and see, you know, what else could I let go of, or what could I open, you know, and really surrender to that would let this shift that would let this begin to move forward or let this beat just be better? How can this all
just get better? That gentle, relaxed opening is where you're inviting, so much more possibility that can begin to come in for you. So that can be a really powerful support to
work with. So you know, definitely asking this week for sure what what can you be aware of, to release and let go of, you know, that's definitely worthwhile to do I would challenge each of you to do that and see if you know, maybe it's a few items, maybe it's a few emotional negative self talk patterns, maybe it's, you know, just some control aspects that you've been, you know, wasting energy putting going into, so finding those and just seeing if you can take a step in a
positive direction to just let go feel feel better. Be gentle with yourself being kinder to the self and others very, very powerful.
