So thank you to those of you who did show up on the zoom the free group zoom this Saturday, that was awesome and loved being able to give feedback for everyone I will be doing. lives. So if you're wanting to be able to catch that to come on live, check that out. And if you're not following me on Instagram, it's intuitive lifestyle success is my handle there. And otherwise. So let's dive in. So today, we are starting with manifestation. For me, my focal point for March is more fun. It was a long winter, I feel like we are turning that
curve into spring. And for me when I was just meditating about this earlier, it was just lighten up and have more fun, I've noticed that, you know, I've been working nonstop, I've had a lot of requests collaborations, I'm speaking I'm doing all kinds of extra things I'm adding into my schedule, and I haven't quite been putting the fun stuff into so this was something personally for me, that I felt like oh my gosh, I need to back up and you know, really kind of have a bit more
space to kind of keep it like really not have responsibilities, which it's tricky. You know, we're quarantine, we're, we're at home, we've got families, we've got all these other responsibilities on top of our businesses, I know a lot of you are entrepreneurs out there as well. And, you know, it's just so many layers of demands that
we have on us. And so being able to really find a way to prioritize fun in regular intervals in that, and to realize that the fun is not because there's, there's, you know, it's kind of like the mom that's in the sweat pants hasn't looked in the mirror in two days, you know, and it's like, they have every excuse not to care for themselves. Because the baby has needs the family has needs or every you know, they're chasing their tail with a
million needs. And, and yet, at some point that doesn't work long term, at some point, you hit a wall, you freak out, and you know, it really can cost you so being able to ask for support, which is something I know lots of us don't always do so well. Being able to prioritize our schedule so that we are making time to enjoy life and that we're just enjoying what we're doing. If it becomes too much about the work or just kind of hitting all the marks of what we're committed to.
Sometimes that can begin to, you know, wear us down. And that really becomes You know, my first point I want to kind of address is identifying when you're not having enough fun identifying when you starting to feel a bit dull or a bit blocked or it's kind of rote. You know, that's usually the red flag that Okay, it's time to lighten up here and get more playful, like what would change this up? Can I
take a break? Where can I put an interval of just going out to play doing something entirely different getting out of town, if possible. And you know, really being able to pry your again prioritize that putting that on your schedule, making that a priority, and and making sure that you are you know, really treating that as something that's non negotiable.
Because you know, oftentimes I heard somebody joke yesterday on the Golden Globes, they're saying Yeah, putting exercise on my schedule and then not doing it. And then they were all laughing Yeah, me too, we're home, why why bother? And so there is a lot of why bother in
quarantine. And that's why, you know, I've had the body month and this is also why I was reading this body love intuition is to be able to say, hey, whether you're out in public on the red carpet or you're at home, that you are loving yourself, which is the the self care and the self needs and, and finding that healthy balance with it, definitely, it's a different rhythm. In this time, it's definitely a different, you know, flow that we're all finding our way in, we're creating new, you know,
potentials within. And so as we are enjoying that, that's I think that's the delicate, tricky part that's just so unique to each of us. Because what's fun to one person can be just chalk nails on a chalkboard to another person, kind of like music or, you know, for some people, it's, hey, I want to my son wants to stay and plays video games non stop. And so for him, that's really joyful. And he's laughing, he's talking to friends, and they're all totally
having fun. For me, I have about a 32nd, you know, tolerance for it. And then it's just not fun anymore for me. So that's where, you know, what, what is fun to you? What is uniquely fun for you? Where would you be putting yourself what would you be
doing? How can you be carving that out of where you are, when there's a lot of monotony in the home place you're working right next to where you're eating right next to where you're, you know, living, and so that, again, is the need to be more creative, the need to kind of think outside the box, really just playing with new ideas of Okay, what else can be created here that really would help for the energy to kind of lift and lighten. So you know, that's
definitely step one. And then two is seeking new stimulation. So this is really, when you feeling kind of automated, or like, you know, you're it's just too routine, you're really going in the same mode that can just help, you know, we get lazy, we can get a little bit sloppy in our care, but also in really sort of patterns with others.
And so this, again, is sometimes sometimes there's some support that might be needed in this, you might think, okay, I want some coaching, or I want some sort of a reboot support, which might be an energy adjustment, or it might be, you know, really a workout you've never done before, or you're going to go climb and go to a climbing gym and climb to the top and really challenge your body or, you know, get the body really woken up with a new workout, or have really maybe a really different
diet change that you've wanted to try and haven't done. And that, again, is part of that, you know, body love. challenge that, if you're wanting to jump into that, just make sure you email me today, because the the you know, all those free prompts
are going out. So want to get those to you, but, but this is something that you know, getting the support, getting the whatever would help you to have that new stimulation so that you're able to, you know, just kind of get out of just fresh air fresh space, go, you know, I know, some of you still aren't comfortable with travel or flying somewhere, maybe you don't have the funds to do that.
But then to say, Okay, what what's a drive away, or a few hours away, that would be different, that would be a fun park to go to, or fun natural arrow possibly, if that is fun for you. And so that's something that only you can define. And, you know, for me, I just, I've caught myself where it's like, oh, I need to keep cleaning up or here's maintenance or now
we're into spring. And so we need to start doing kind of the winter to spring stuff and, and then it's just you can just be going non stop and not really taking those intervals of play. So for me, I'm a little bit more of a go getter and you know,
what needs to be done. But, so my work has been to kind of relax and say, okay, it's actually a little more work to relax and, okay, how do I just goof off and play or do something that doesn't have to have an immediate purpose or go somewhere, if I'm just relaxing, and I'm just enjoying the day and I don't have to be anywhere, you know, that's okay, too. And if that's fun, now, sometimes that might just feel like rest.
And it's not necessarily fun. So you want to make sure like, you know, do I feel like this is lifting my energy for me, you know, hiking and being out in the wilderness that always is incredibly uplifting for me so that tends to really raise my energy very high. And that's just one for me is just being in nature really really is. You know, I I just go instantly into balance and raise. So if that's one for you then seeking Okay, where is the closest Park that really would support you in
that. And then otherwise, you know, the next tip is really, like I was saying before prioritizing is scheduling it, like really putting looking in your day, if you've got a stack day to say, okay, where is 2030 minutes that I can go play? Where is? And what would I be doing? Let me really define this. Because if you're hyper structured throughout the day, and then it's okay, here's this hour of drifting, you may not switch gears too well, to get to
that. So you want to ask, Okay, can I get an accountability buddy? Or is it maybe going to, you know, have coffee with a friend, or we're going to go shop together for a little while. And it's something that you're going to, again, really show up for, because you're showing up for yourself? And you're really finding, you know, what is that? And sometimes, like, for me, I'm, I'm just to be honest, I'm asking, okay, what, what's fun now, like, what
else? You know, is it something I want to create next is this, you know, an adventure I want to put together and share with other people is this, you know, what is it that can be created, that would be really fun for me for a while, you know, for a long time, not just one little thing that I'm doing. And, you know, that's definitely the retreat work that I do is so impassion, for me, but it also is so much fun to research, okay, what's going to work and what's going to be the right
place to do that. And so sometimes those passion projects can be a lot of fun in development, even if they're not going to be done for a while. So whether that's, you know, a, again, a collaboration, maybe you're creating or nonprofit, a really great cause that you're working with. And it's just very joyful for you to be part of it. But only you can gauge if that
is truly fun. And the way you're knowing that it's fun is that your energy is very, you know, you definitely feel a high from it, you lose all sense of time, you're in a space where your system is really, you know, not it, there's no strain, and there's just an effortless ease and flow to that, if you're feeling that and time really kind of moves through, then that's absolutely an interval of
fun. So not getting too in your headspace, because, you know, I love organizing, I'm definitely an organizational nerd that I you know, from time to time, I'll just open a closet and pull everything out and then totally organize it and put it back. And time stands still, sometimes an hour passes. But I'm I, to me, it just gets my brain to focus and relax. And then it's really like satisfying to have everything really organized in a beautiful way. And that was
actually fun for me. So I know, some of you might be like, Oh, no, not not doing the closet, not fun for me. So again, what would be fun for you, only you can know, and only you can tune
into that. So you want to be able to just, you know, keep playing with and you may have some normal go twos that you do that are pleasant and sort of satisfying within the day, but also having bigger targets that within the month that you can really, you know, okay, my intention is to really get away or really you know, save to be able to go somewhere or to have a certain experience that will be that I'm anticipating will be really fun and really expansive
for me. So those are little you know, just little tips to play with and, and prompts for you to enjoy for sure. And then setting attention you know, it's miracle month guys. So it is manifestation, what are you going to be manifesting for me, it is more fun, it is more you know, exciting people to meet and play with and enjoy and to really keep aligning with greater wellbeing, greater happiness, greater ease, and just really better flow all of the time. Because it doesn't you
know, there is no there. So enjoying as we kind of move in and out of a just life and all of the changes. So doing your best to really genuinely enjoy that to feel that and to make it you know, the best day and then the best day and then the best month and the best year and then the best life ever as we keep focusing there. So you know, definitely check out if you would like to still jump into the buy challenge. Let me know.
