In this episode, Doug shares the platform with Kate Toye, a self-compassion coach whose mission in life is to help people understand a part of themselves that needs compassion and attention. Kate is a certified compassion inquiry practitioner, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Gabor Mate, and certified mindfulness wellness and somatic coach through the mindfulness coaching school.
